Alex and Everton were absolutely AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to determine the hardware issue, and to understand what needed to be done regarding activation. They ran interference with the online customer service team and found a number for me to use on a Sunday when the regular customer service office was closed. They texted me for several hours until my wi-fi was working again. Honestly, if it wasn't for Alex and Everton I would have left Optimum because I was so frustrated with the difficulty I experienced in trying to reach someone over the phone. After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. So, after searching for local specialists, I found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free.
