After running a diagnostic, they told me the only issue was the screen and that it just needed to be replaced. I waited nearly a month for the part to arrive, and only after all that time did I get a call saying the problem was actually "something internal." So after paying $150 for inspection and repair, I was told I'd only get half my money back ($60). In the end, I got my laptop back in worse condition than when I dropped it off--the screen doesn't turn on at all now and never got my refund after calling multiple times and then saying we're re-processing it and it would take "a few business days" they will give you the run around over and over again. This place is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. They wasted my time, took my money, and returned my device in worse shape. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this business and all there stores. If ur a person that wants the work done properly and not done by amateurs SPEND A LITTLE MORE and just go to Best Buy or somewhere else please.

I had no phone number or actual location address from her except that it was located near Chili's outside the mall. Luckily that turned out to be true. I met a very helpful fellow here. And although he could not understand why I'd been wrongly directed to this office, he did give me a contact number to their loyalty department. This turned out to be a winner. So if you are looking for service or new phones or whatever from AT&T, this seems like the best local office with the brightest and most courteous individuals.
