We were requested to provide a new email address during installation. When we went to our email for the first time there were already lengthy disturbingly pornographic emails in our yet to be used account. (we had not given our address to anyone). These hurtful disgusting emails came on a daily basis for our then young teen to stomach. I phoned to explain the situation and asked for the email address to be deleted and replaced because the one we had was unusable. The assistant said it could not be deleted because it was the primary account. We solved the issue by setting up sub-accounts and never did get to use our main account. A few years later we were purchasing another property and phoned to enquire if U-Verse was available there. After several days of phoning and being switched to different departments and left holding on for hours we were told no it was not available. I went into my account online which had a record of large bill payments paid consistently on time and messaged if U-verse was available there. They said yes. The equipment sells itself if you want your handheld to go through a bigger distributor. If you inherited equipment from a previous tenant, landlords problem. If a car is left on a property you inherited, do you call the manufacture to come and clean it up or the person that sold it to the previous tenant. Anyways, great people great service.

I rent and the landlord has asked me to remove it, even though the previous tenant is responsible for service I presume. I contacted DISH and was told they could do nothing about it by every person, and phone number I called. It gets me thinking that if you actually have DISH service you can probably expect the same terrible service. The retailer was very uncooperative and wanted to charge me a fee of $29.99 for its removal. They said they could "care less" about getting their equipment back. Well I suppose they also could "care less" about their customers as well. The customer service line including the supervisor was also very rude and even made a sassy remark. Jessica said "your not a customer so I don't give a damn." Her name is Jessica code 34Y. I pity anybody who ends up speaking to her. Clearly Dish network needs to invest in some employee training programs for customer service if they want to continue profiting. When the building obtained service through another carrier it included internet so I canceled my Xfinity service. Xfinity sent me a bill for $201.25 for a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee? I never signed a contract or agreed to a contract. Now, since I have not paid that fee they sent the amount due to collections and it dropped my credit score by 38 points. This company takes advance of people. Has everyone else experienced this with Xfinity as I am considering speaking to an attorney regarding filling a class action lawsuit.

My internet has been on the fritz for the past few weeks, and earlier today I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with Breezeline Technical Support without reaching a resolution. At that point, I decided to visit my local Breezeline store to see if getting a new modem would solve the problem. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Sonia. She took the time to actually listen to my concerns, understood what I was experiencing, and offered me another modem. What impressed me most was her knowledge and willingness to explain what was really going on. Sonia informed me that my condo association is in the process of upgrading to fiber, something I wasn't even aware of. She explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and even scheduled a technician to come to my condo tomorrow. I'll be honest--I haven't always been the biggest fan of Breezeline as my internet service provider. However, excellent employees like Sonia can make a huge difference in the customer experience.
