The internet speed on my lap top increased by 10X!. Luis is a smart and concientus guy. Luis discounted the equipment and while this stuff is professional grade and not cheap, the pricing was reasonable.

Unprofessional Service & Misleading $5,000 Quote…read more I hired this company to figure out why my outdoor sound system wasn't working. After taking a $150 diagnostic fee, the technician told me that all four of my speakers and the subwoofer were completely "fried" and dead. He then gave me a $5,000 quote to replace everything and rerun new lines. Instead of taking his word for it, I called a second company to get another opinion. They came out, did a proper inspection, and found that my speakers were perfectly fine--it was just damaged wiring. They repaired all the damaged cables for $450 total. All four of my original speakers and the subwoofer work perfectly now and sound awesome. This business either lacks basic diagnostic ability or tried to pull an unnecessary $5,000 upsell on working equipment. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and look elsewhere!

Also, I've even used their emergency service (for an additional fee, of course, which I didn't mind because I needed the help). I've never been unhappy. I've had a couple of viruses on my computer, (at different times), and all of my information was restored! They take the time to explain things so I understand the work that is done. Whenever I've gone anywhere else ("big box" stores), they wiped my computer clean and *did not* recover my data, which did NOT make me happy. So, I will remain a loyal customer and will always make sure to use the Computer Guy of Florida for all my computer needs!
