The store did not have any change. Not even 36 cents!

I went to go pay my phone service. After I was told how much I have to pay. When I took out cash. The worker said something unusual to me. The worker told me that they did not have any change at the store. I went to buy something. at another store just to get change. I returned to pay for the service, the worker said that they did not have any change. They only owed me 36 cents. The worker did not apologize, he did not say anything like, "Sorry for the inconvenience." This was on 7/5/204. This is the last time I go there. In San Francisco, you have other options when it comes to AT&T stores. What type of business doesn't have any change for their customers? Not even 36 cents. None of the workers thought of going to the bank. This was a Friday, all the banks are open. They have multiple banks at a walking distance. Why didn't any of the workers think of that?

Last 4 billing cycles

I purchased a phone and added a phone line during the holidays and was assured my bill would be adjusted after 2 months. That has not been the case! My bill has skyrocketed and now I'm on my own having to call 611! Not a fan of this store and I'd recommend everyone to try a different location unless you do not mind being lied too!

This is how Att take care of there customers

They were able to complete this in half a day and I picked it up next morning. Odometer on my 2001 Toyota Camry was having issues on high temp days that cause the odometer to not display and the speedometer to remain only at zero. It seems to be a common issue with older 1997-2001 Camrys and the solution was to replace with a new resistor (I tried replacing the VSS, transmission solenoids, spark packs/wires/plugs, new alternator and battery) per a video on YouTube. They did a great job with the soldering of the new resistor and I put the odometer/speedometer back together and into the car with no issues. Now to see if this resolves my Camry issues! Big thank you to Andrea for her prompt replies to my questions and Carlos for ensuring that the techs knew what needed to be done!

While the text message updates are convenient, all they used it for was to sell me new services. Another $95 to initiate with windows. Only when I push did they say the first $50 will be applied towards that price. And then without me responding, they said they tested it with another hard disc and it worked so I should replace my hard disc and that would be $425. So for a $600 laptop it would take $475 almost to fix it and there's only a 90 day warranty. Why don't I just go get a new laptop? I was unimpressed that they didn't really tell me anything about why this happened or really give me any practical solutions. I won't be back.

I took my Dad to Gadget World to look for a new phone case for his old iPhone XR, and also to ask…read moreabout the cost of replacing what we thought was a cracked screen on his phone. After very patiently helping my 94-year old Dad select a new phone case, Az checked out the phone, and we were very relieved to learn that it was only the glass screen protector that was cracked. Az replaced the cracked screen protector with a new tempered glass one, and put on the new phone case. My Dad was very happy because his phone looked brand new again! The price for everything was incredibly cheap - compared to others, and especially the Apple Store! - and Az even gave my Dad a discount because it was an older phone. Truly the best experience ever, and it only took 20 minutes! Az, you deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

My best friend and I were visiting from Southern California and were looking for souvenirs to take home but couldn't really find anything that stood out or that we didn't already have. This was perfect because it was a fun, creative activity and we got to take something back that was cute, useful and memorable. I currently do not know of a place in our area that offers this but will look from now on. It is pricey. I believe we paid around $30 each but luckily, the charms for decorating spoke to the very fibers of our beings that loved all things cute. They have Sanrio, food, mermaid, holidays, and flower charms to name a few. The biggest con was figuring out how to take the cases back on the plane since the girls said they will take around a week to dry. They put them in glued paper plates for us and we decided to take the risk and just hold the plates while we travel. Surprisingly, they held well and I even dropped mine once. Overall, you are paying for the experience more than the product but it is worth it and I recommend!
