Very nice staff. Total scam artists. Wow, are they smooth…read more Wanted to purchase a brand new iPhone. Laura "just happened" to have "one left in the safe." Gave a very convincing performance and assured us her store only carries new phones. She was calm, super nice, and great at distraction. However, when we left the store, we noticed the receipt didn't match our purchase. Returned and Laura explained that it was "because of the deal" she gave us. She said, "My manager told me to write it up that way so don't worry. Here, I'll write my name on it in case something comes up." Again, very nice; very convincing. We left again. Then we noticed the camera had dust on it. We consulted Apple and learned the serial number of this phone indicated it was refurbished. Back to the store. This time a second employee told us they only carry new phones and that because of the discount we received we could not return the phone. Asked to speak with the manager. She too said they only carry new phones. We explained what we learned directly from Apple and suddenly it was fine to return the phone. She gave us a full refund. After that we went to Best Buy and purchased a genuinly brand new phone (witnessed the opening of the packaging and serial numbered jived) for exactly what we paid for the refurbished phone after Laura's "deal." Coincidence? What a performance we experienced! What a lesson learned. Won't return to that Metro store -- unless I bring popcorn!

They were rude, didn't know what they were doing, and botched my phone set up, leaving in partially set up and not working right. They were rude when I asked them to check some things, and asked them to enlarge the print so I could, they refused. The worst was, while my phones were with them, my Google password was changed, and there were password reset requests during the 2 days it was out of my control before I changed my password to something I picked . I couldn't access my account. These employees just should be avoided.

Thank goodness I listened to him because I had to the best experience ever! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ERIC AND LEXI! I walked in and was greeted right away. Eric was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to get (upgrade to the 17 Pro Max) and made sure I was an authorized user (shocker, I was in there twice). He even let me check his phone out first to see if I would like the bigger screen and he said he loves his phone, so I went with the Pro Max. Eric was very helpful and we talked back and forth as my phone was being transferred. He made me feel at ease and I wasn't pressured into buying Apple Care or any accessories as I had them waiting at home for me. Lexi came by and just made sure everything was going smoothly.
