Verizon is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Contacting support just results in fake promises, or being hung up on. I've been trying to close my account for over a month. I came here, like my sixth Verizon store desperate for help with this. Matthew was extremely kind and patient and fought very hard to try and help me. I'm still here, I don't know if we will be successful. It's been an hour so far, Verizon support has hung up on us twice already. They don't call you back even when you provide a call back number and ask them to call you back. But I SO appreciate Matthew's help and patience. Definitely the best rep I've dealt with in a Verizon store so far. read more

First and foremost, I would like to thank you Ryan. He was sooo kind and so knowledgeable. He actually wanted to help, compared to the location on Van Buren. The guy there was horrible and nosey instead of doing his job he was negative and was looking for any reason to turn me away, even lying saying Verizon doesn't except cash. There customer service can be a lot better every time I went I was told different information and had to return multiple times to the store just for each time to be told other wise. One in particular was very rude and not very helpful and was smacking his gum in my face the whole time. Others were kind, it's a hit or miss with this location. read more

i was scammed at this place!!!!! they forced me to buy a new phone by telling me that the $19 insurance didn't kick in until 30 days later. i called verizon the next day and they told me that my phone, a s22 ultra was covered by the insurance. i called the store manager and she referred me to her corporate office, whom after many calls and hours on the phone, said that there was no way to prove what was said to me. if you have a technical issue and they try to sell you a phone from this location, walk away and call verizon directly. read more

Wow, i went to buy a flip phone for our mother in law, shes on a budget. We were told to pay the taxes and activation fee up front, the lied its a set up fee, they charge saying its a one time activation fee. We will be charged another 40.00 on our bill for the activation fee. They are retailers, go to the one in eastvale, they are a true verizon store, they've lost our business. Don't buy these chargers! I bought one from the salesman Mackenzie Van Orden under the impression that these have lifetime warranty. For for $37.70 I bought one. Months later of course it stops working and I have to wiggle it around and it's now draining my battery. Walked in today with receipt and original box and is told it's damaged and it voids warranty.... Ok what is the purpose of the lies of buying these chargers!!! Since posting last negative review of Verizon and this location, my account has been overcharged twice or as Quaneze in the corporate office says " it has had some hiccups" user beware. There are way better service providers. The corporate office is going to refund the "hiccups" that are costing their customers extra money but without any long term result. Went in to get a new phone after repair shop said my phone was broke, long story. Check review on CPR for that story. Anyways, i told Jesse what the repair shop had said and before selling me a 1k phone he asked to see my broken one. To our amazement the repair shop had installed the sim card backwards thus rendering the phone useless. Although he didnt make a sell on a new iphone13 he was happy that he was able to fix mine, me too. Had the worst experience here in my entire life. I opened a business account. Darshay who is manager at this store told me I would pay $143 a month. No additional fees after the first month. Come my first bill I was getting charged $700 dollars and some change for overages. I reached out to him he told me he dropped the ball. He told me he accidentally put me on a limited plan not unlimited. He said he would fix this. Never did. I went to the store one day to get this issue fixed. I show and ask for a manager. Salesman says that they didn't have a manger onsite. They reached out to corporate and corporate did not want to help fix this. I am now getting billed over $2,000 that I will not pay for a mistake that a manager made. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. Don't believe anything they say. My name is Erik Alanis. The WORST - BY FAR - EXPERIENCE YET!!! WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!! This "store" first off is a retail re-sale store. Meaning, they know nothing. The fees are astronomical! It is utterly ridiculous that they can get away with this type of behavior. 2 Lines of "Service" = 270.24...out the door (fees, fees and more fees) Bill that comes within 3 days: $320.34 (more fees) To Cancel said "service" within the 14 day time period: $170.24 (on day 13, mind you, complete with yet more fees) Another bill for cancelling said service after the fact: $1,729.90 !!! WTF? Needless to say, I am disputing all charges associated with this store and account. Already wasted days of my life, videos and photos I will never get back and a gut-punch financially. Today turned to be a good day.... I started off the day with some terrible news and to top it off I couldn't get my phone to work.... I went to the store in Jurupa valley off Limonite and was helped by the most kind person there. His name is Jesse... I wish I would have gotten his last name and on the spot I wanted to contact his manager let them him know how good and helpful employee he is... from the moment I walked out of my car I was so bent out of shape... you know that feeling of "my last resort is to go to the store".. Anyway as soon and I walked in he right away welcomed me... he wasn't hovering over me but instead approached me with a simple "hi, welcome... how are you doing on this day? I said, I wish you knew.. he said, well I am here if you need any help or anything." If only he knew the day I had and how nice it felt to have someone just simply say "I am here if you need anything". We continued by him helping me with my phone issues I had all day and he showed me a few things I didn't know.. he had so much patience and was just so helpful... to me it's all about the way that you are approached and treated... it doesn't matter if it's a restaurant, store or even just at the gas station... it's all about your approach... he is very approachable and very knowledgeable with the things Verizon offers. If only he knew how much of a good job he does... he really deserves to be acknowledged and his boss should know they did a great job is hiring Jesse. He made all the difference today. read more
