Verizon is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Contacting support just results in fake promises, or being hung up on. I've been trying to close my account for over a month. I came here, like my sixth Verizon store desperate for help with this. Matthew was extremely kind and patient and fought very hard to try and help me. I'm still here, I don't know if we will be successful. It's been an hour so far, Verizon support has hung up on us twice already. They don't call you back even when you provide a call back number and ask them to call you back. But I SO appreciate Matthew's help and patience. Definitely the best rep I've dealt with in a Verizon store so far. read more

I would like to thank Diego for his Amazing service today. I went in just to see if I wanted to switch from AT&T to Verizon after being with them for over 10yrs. Diego's service and knowledge gave me a deal we couldn't refuse. I'm so so happy and glad we decided to stop by this Verizon. Thank you Diego again for your amazing customer service :) read more

Good service by Daniel help me get my bill down answered all my questions would recommend.

First and foremost, I would like to thank you Ryan. He was sooo kind and so knowledgeable. He actually wanted to help, compared to the location on Van Buren. The guy there was horrible and nosey instead of doing his job he was negative and was looking for any reason to turn me away, even lying saying Verizon doesn't except cash. Safe to say Ryan, at the limonite location saved the day. Total opposite of what I had first experienced. Thank you Ryan, for reminding me why I chose Verizon for my cellular company. You were so awesome. read more

There customer service can be a lot better every time I went I was told different information and had to return multiple times to the store just for each time to be told other wise. One in particular was very rude and not very helpful and was smacking his gum in my face the whole time. Others were kind, it's a hit or miss with this location. read more

i was scammed at this place!!!!! they forced me to buy a new phone by telling me that the $19 insurance didn't kick in until 30 days later. i called verizon the next day and they told me that my phone, a s22 ultra was covered by the insurance. i called the store manager and she referred me to her corporate office, whom after many calls and hours on the phone, said that there was no way to prove what was said to me. if you have a technical issue and they try to sell you a phone from this location, walk away and call verizon directly. read more

My LG smart cell phone was only 2.5 years old when it self-destructed. I went back to a Samsung - the S24 Ultra and have been very happy with this phone. The sales people were very helpful with me setting up my new apps, etc. and getting finding a new easy-to-use tablet for my elderly mother. read more

Employee I was helped by was professional and had good customer service . But I was misinformed about how payments are processed through this location, since it's a authorized dealer not an actual Verizon store . Had to wait two days for the payment to be in the system and have my service back on. Huge inconvenience since I use my phone for work . Called customer service , agent had an attitude. I would Avoid this place and go to an actual Verizon store . read more

I wouldn't deal with this store especially Abdul . Seems like a nice guy but he is really only in it for the commission. Stay away and go to a real Verizon store unless you want mistakes that can't be fixed through Verizon because you came here. I Was told one thing and the bill said another. read more

Wow, i went to buy a flip phone for our mother in law, shes on a budget. We were told to pay the taxes and activation fee up front, the lied its a set up fee, they charge saying its a one time activation fee. We will be charged another 40.00 on our bill for the activation fee. They are retailers, go to the one in eastvale, they are a true verizon store, they've lost our business. I don't deal with liars and thieves. The nanager never called back read more

i just love this place. Every time I go in here the staff is really kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It's clean, comfortable, and accommodating. There are closer stores near me, but this store is cool enough to wanna take that extra time. read more

Don't buy these chargers! I bought one from the salesman Mackenzie Van Orden under the impression that these have lifetime warranty. For for $37.70 I bought one. Months later of course it stops working and I have to wiggle it around and it's now draining my battery. Walked in today with receipt and original box and is told it's damaged and it voids warranty.... Ok what is the purpose of the lies of buying these chargers!!! Don't buy chargers they are a total scam and they are definitely lying about the warranty!!! read more

I don't even want to leave 1 star This is undoubtedly the saddest Verizon store ever, ALL employees are turds, all they want is a sale, when it comes to handling anything else they SUCK. The store manager told a customer to shut up while in the store, i was shocked! Not supporting Covid guidelines at all, mask were half on most of the time while customers were coming and going. I'd go somewhere else if you're looking for customer service. If you're concerned about catching Covid-19.... Enter this store at your own risk! read more

Very rude people here and when trying to explain the problem they don't listen and still say the customer is the rude one. Definitely need better customer service read more

Since posting last negative review of Verizon and this location, my account has been overcharged twice or as Quaneze in the corporate office says " it has had some hiccups" user beware. There are way better service providers. The corporate office is going to refund the "hiccups" that are costing their customers extra money but without any long term result. Corporate office kept telling me that I had 3 months of service without problems! They are proud of that and I consider that a failure. If you like company that can add anything they want to your bill, you will love this company, if you want a provider that does what it says and charges what it states.... GO TO AT&T!!! Verizon - $140 box receipt! Scandalous - Mobile Phones Near Me - Riverside, California

I'd give zero if I could. Long story short calling into customer service and listening to their direction, three hours later then a visit to this store got me nowhere. What it did do was double Bill me for one month $300 yay me... and raised my monthly $15... so much for treating your loyal customers right 10 years plus. You have lost your way and I'll be changing providers very soon. I hope you bankrupt Verizon Buh Bye! read more

Went in to get a new phone after repair shop said my phone was broke, long story. Check review on CPR for that story. Anyways, i told Jesse what the repair shop had said and before selling me a 1k phone he asked to see my broken one. To our amazement the repair shop had installed the sim card backwards thus rendering the phone useless. Although he didnt make a sell on a new iphone13 he was happy that he was able to fix mine, me too. Because of this when the time arises, i hope jesse and Verizon are still in this spot so i can purchase that new phone A company willing to pass up a unneeded sell to keep a current customer happy is a company i feel can be counted on for all your future business Thanks Jesse & Jurupa Verizon read more

Had the worst experience here in my entire life. I opened a business account. Darshay who is manager at this store told me I would pay $143 a month. No additional fees after the first month. Come my first bill I was getting charged $700 dollars and some change for overages. I reached out to him he told me he dropped the ball. He told me he accidentally put me on a limited plan not unlimited. He said he would fix this. Never did. I went to the store one day to get this issue fixed. I show and ask for a manager. Salesman says that they didn't have a manger onsite. They reached out to corporate and corporate did not want to help fix this. I am now getting billed over $2,000 that I will not pay for a mistake that a manager made. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. Don't believe anything they say. My name is Erik Alanis. Feel free to reach out to me Verizon or Darshay 909-642-1254. Pictures of Darshay and I texting hIm saying they were fixing the overages. read more

Ripped us off and lied to our faces. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They even took my little brothers phone as a trade-in for him starting his own plan and that phone wasn't even on his plan to to use as a trade in. So we showed up an hour later to get it back and void that entire transaction and they said they already sent the phone out within 45 minutes to an hour and it's irreversible. Full of crap. The WORST - BY FAR - EXPERIENCE YET!!! WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!! This "store" first off is a retail re-sale store. Meaning, they know nothing. The fees are astronomical! It is utterly ridiculous that they can get away with this type of behavior. 2 Lines of "Service" = 270.24...out the door (fees, fees and more fees) Bill that comes within 3 days: $320.34 (more fees) To Cancel said "service" within the 14 day time period: $170.24 (on day 13, mind you, complete with yet more fees) Another bill for cancelling said service after the fact: $1,729.90 !!! WTF? Needless to say, I am disputing all charges associated with this store and account. Already wasted days of my life, videos and photos I will never get back and a gut-punch financially. The service is sketchy, the phones G-8's are garbage! Customer service - a joke. Nice to your face, stab you in the back and laugh at you on the way out. And yeah, I'm going to port out my numbers before cancelling with you as you would probably sell those out from under me too! Do a hard pass on this store and Verizon for that matter. Unless you love throwing money out the widow, then please make sure I am downwind from you to catch all your hunskies! Went to t-Mobile where the total bill for 2 lines WITH FEES = $90.00 per month, no surprises or gut-punches. read more

dont accept the gift cards they will charge you back for them , i get a call this morning saying im in collection! liars the biggest liars!

I made what I wanted rather clear. A young salesperson, not wearing a mask, ignored that and up-sold me on a device that I don't need with less capability than the one he had me trade in. I made the mistake of thinking he knew what he was doing and of trusting him. Go anywhere else, this place is horrible. read more

Today turned to be a good day.... I started off the day with some terrible news and to top it off I couldn't get my phone to work.... I went to the store in Jurupa valley off Limonite and was helped by the most kind person there. His name is Jesse... I wish I would have gotten his last name and on the spot I wanted to contact his manager let them him know how good and helpful employee he is... from the moment I walked out of my car I was so bent out of shape... you know that feeling of "my last resort is to go to the store".. Anyway as soon and I walked in he right away welcomed me... he wasn't hovering over me but instead approached me with a simple "hi, welcome... how are you doing on this day? I said, I wish you knew.. he said, well I am here if you need any help or anything." If only he knew the day I had and how nice it felt to have someone just simply say "I am here if you need anything". We continued by him helping me with my phone issues I had all day and he showed me a few things I didn't know.. he had so much patience and was just so helpful... to me it's all about the way that you are approached and treated... it doesn't matter if it's a restaurant, store or even just at the gas station... it's all about your approach... he is very approachable and very knowledgeable with the things Verizon offers. If only he knew how much of a good job he does... he really deserves to be acknowledged and his boss should know they did a great job is hiring Jesse. He made all the difference today. read more
