It went well. I came in because my phone was broken and got run over in the street near a gas station. The back was all broken and cracked but the front part is fine. They recommended to lower the phone bill to add another line and to get new phone. They couldn't fix it. It didn't have insurance on it. So they're mailing my husband a new phone for his birthday or having cheaper discounts. I get his current phone(upgrade) & he gets newer phone. Yay! So if you ever go to this store be aware that these employees will scam you they will add on lines for no reason to your plan this happened to me twice, so the story today is [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jeffrey was helping my father and I on trading in and upgrading my father's phone and Jeffrey was letting us know about the promotions they had on trading in the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One promotion they had was trade in you iPhone 6 through 11 and get $315 off your purchase of an iPhone 15 or 16. So we agreed to that one but he also wanted us to open up another phone line to activate that promotion and insisted that it was the only way and to upsell us to purchase a tablet or a smartwatch on that extra phone line. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I confirmed with Jeffrey that if the plan actually needed a phone to see if promotion would work he said absolutely that how it needed to go down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] so I told Jeffrey to instead get a sync tracker from T-Mobile because not only it needed a line but it was much cheaper out the door instead of a smartwatch or tablet. So he goes with the tracker and then he goes through with adding an additional tracker so 2 trackers in total. now I'm asking Jeffrey why are you add 2 trackers on my phone plan instead of just the 1 for the promotion and this banana trucker looks at me and says if I want the promotion I need to have open 2 lines for the Tracker for the promotion because it doesn't add up so Jeffrey is out here lieing to my face and adding line for no reason whatsoever I look back into the promotion and literally has nothing to do with opening lines these guys are low life's and scammers y'all be careful if you go here or be on high alert. I myself have given this store 2 chances and they stay scamming so I will never come back to this store or recommend anyone I know to come here for T-Mobile things. read more

How stupid does this kid think people are. I'll start by saying that if it wasn't for the manager Adrian I'd be leaving 1 star. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went there a month back to have my account pulled off my friends and made into my own. I left being told all was good to go just needed to call to get my number transferred. When I did that they told me I had no phone plan... just an internet plan.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Long story short it took 3 days to get things right due to customer service on the phone making multiple mistakes that messed things up pretty bad.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I thought all was well until I got my next bill and it was completely messed up. I called customer service and they swore everything was correct on my bill when it clearly was not. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came back to this location and Adrian, the manager, was able to not only find but fully fix all the issues and remove the extra things on my bill cutting it by almost 50%.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] T-Mobile is such a mess these days. However [[HIGHLIGHT]]Adrian, the manager of this branch, will go to bat for you and get things right. She went far and beyond the call of duty and I am so pleased to be a part of the T-Mobile family. Quick and informative patient and kind. If I could give this location no stars I would.. I came in for my phone for battery failure and the back cover separating from the phone due to battery swell and customer care said my protection covers it but I just need to go to a store so they can validate there is no screen damage and the associate who helped me reviewed the notes and processed the warranty exchange after and I was told it will come in this week but when I went to pick it up, the store manager wouldn't process my exchange citing the back cover coming apart from the phone is physical damage. I tried explaining that customer care put notes in my account regarding my faulty phone but he didn't care to see anything regarding notes in my account about the exchange and even walked away during our interaction after repeating that he's the store manager and he's not accepting this warranty exchange but I called TMobile customer care and they'll be sending me a warranty exchange directly and apologized for the inconveniences I had at this store. They couldn't explain why the store would deny my warranty exchange when I have insurance. T-Mobile customer care representative went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. read more

I understand that you've been doing your job for several years but I also made my due diligence and reached out to the proper sources and they provided me with the information I gave to you. Your attitude was not necessary. Story: I went into the store to return and/or exchange a phone that I had recently ordered. Before attempting to go to a store I reached out to T-Mobile customer care in which they advised that I was able to do such return or exchange at store front. I walk in and Moe greets me and asked what I needed, off the bat he already had a caca face, I proceeded to tell him, he asked where I purchased the phone, I answered and it was an automatic "NO! you have to reach out to customer care we don't do returns or exchanges if it was delivered to you." That's not what I was told by customer care, he then proceeded to tell me how long he's been working for T-Mobile and that they've never had to do that. I read verbatim the message sent from T-Mobile. He then proceeded to attempt to help me But he had already left a sour taste in my mouth. I've had problems with phone service providers since I could remember it's not an uncommon occurrence. when it came to dealing with the issues they're team of "experts" wouldnt be soo helpful causing me to switch providers due to frustration of how they would not help the customer out. Well iv had some problems with my service with T-mobile not the end of the world but got close to switching providers the only reason I havent is because they're two "EXPERTS" at the location off limonite "Esmeralda" and "Juan" to be precise have really impressed me. I've never experienced this type of 5 star customer service support ever and I'm staying with T-Mobile because of how effectively they handle any problem or concern I have they are truely the best I cant imagine them not rising to the top in that company and T-Mobile would be crazy to loose them.! read more

BEWARE THIS ISNT A T-MOBILE STORE, ITS AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER!!! It explains the attitude of the employees. Went in to get an upgrade for my whole family, asked questions about our bill and the girl said she couldn't help us with reviewing our bill at all and that that was what the app was for. STRIKE ONE. When we were talking about upgrades, she was pretty much UNINTERESTED and every phone we asked about, she made them sound like the worst idea in the world. She seemed soooo annoyed to be talking to us when we weren't even asking anything crazy, just how much they would cost and so on. STRIKE TWO. At one point we asked her to give us a second so we could discuss briefly within our family and in the 2 minutes we were away she started helping another family and we then had to wait like 30 min before she could help us again. STRIKE THREE. We asked a question about warranty at the end and she straight up said she couldn't help us with any information and that if we wanted, we could go on their website for more info. STRIKE FOUR!!! Like seriously it was the most unhelpful, rude, and frustrating experience I have ever had at a "T-Mobile" store. I ended up upgrading my iPhone but now I'm wondering if we were jipped or taken advantage of with the prices and fees. Will be going to a real T-Mobile store tomorrow for more information. SERIOUSLY T-Mobile should force these retailers wearing their name to uphold their customer service etiquette. Will be filing a legit complaint with the company as well. My sister and I went in to inquire about adding 2 new lines to an existing account. After we were told we needed $500 per line deposit we told the associate we wouldn't be signing up for those lines. This was June 1st. It is now July 2nd and we are now getting charged for having those 2 lines.
