Isiah and Junior were incredibly helpful today. Thank you both for helping us during a stressful situation and getting our daughter set up on her iPhone. We appreciate you! read more

Isaiah was super helpful!! My 82 year old dad's phone was acting up and he went through and removed a bunch of apps and it cleared up. We will be back when it's time to upgrade the phone!!! read more

Great service! Customer service was outstanding I wish I remembered the young lady that helped me. She was so nice and happy to help!!

I was at the store with my husband to upgrade his phone. A man (Jose) came in and was being helped by the "manager" named Forrest (Jose had lost his phone and bought a new one at Apple but now needed his phone number assigned to the new phone). Forrest couldn't resolve the issue and then disappeared. The woman helping us (Fernanda), was gracious in asking the man if she could assist (Fernanda is the only person there who understands customer service!). She began to problem-solve. But then Forrest kept interrupting trying to antagonize Jose. Jose calmly explained that Fernanda was helping him. Well it turns out that when Forrest had disappeared, he called the police on Jose. For what? For having a passport? Fernanda, my husband and I were shocked and appalled. We couldn't understand why Forrest would call the police - except perhaps because Jose was Colombian per his passport. Jose did absolutely nothing. Jose was calm, patient, and seeking help from his phone company. Jose was removed from the store and without his passport. When I asked to complain, the store manager responded with aggressive bravado that he was the manager and that was it. I asked for who he reports to and he shrugged. If this is how customers are treated when seeking help, this is a sad state of affairs for AT&T. Fernanda did text a former regional person who was in the back room training people to come and assist our concerns; however, we quickly realized where Forrest learned his service manners because Elias was equally rude and stated "I believe my employee over what you and your husband have to share." I said talk to your employee right here, referencing Fernanda. His response "No, I'm good." So the moral of this story is that if you have a difficult problem, avoid Forrest at this store because he'll call the police on you!! WOW! AND I did give my info requesting a call from whomever oversees Forrest but my guess is that Elias threw my info away. Thank you, AT&T, for completely ruining my afternoon and for allowing two employees to treat customers with such disrespect and unkindness. read more

Had a crisis with my drowned phone. Destiny helped me recover it. She's really knows her stuff. Thank you!

Employees are rude af . All of them just sit and don't even want to help with anything . Have attitude for no reason . Zero customer service . read more

Went to the store to get my daughter a new phone. The wait time wasn't so bad due to only one employee in the store.. when I tell you Jesse is the best person for the job, his personality is among and he kept us entertained while he did the whole phone process. He definitely made the time a pleasure!! read more

Awful customer service! I do not know if they gave me their actual name, but that worker was working 03/31/2024 almost at the end of the day. He gave me as his name "Oz". Did not treat right. I believe he does not know what he is doing. Does not understands what I mean. Not even tries to. I would suggest to fire that guy! He definitely does not like his job here. read more

They can't seem to hire more than two employees to handle a store full of customers! They're great at greeting you, but the wait is 45-50 min just to be seen by someone. Actually, that's an estimate. We left after waiting 45 min. and our name was in second place. Can't imagine how long it would've been for that 7th party that came in as we left. The secret is probably to visit during a Seahawk game or go to Bellevue mall and get better service. read more

This review is for Jayson. I took my 80 year old mom there today to get her very first smart phone hooked up to a service plan. I know...getting mom into the 21st century is tough. Mom already purchased an iPhone from the Apple store and we had already researched the AT&T service options and had selected a plan. Jayson gets five stars for his patience, politeness and perseverance. AT&T gets two stars for the lack of training they provide their employees. What should have been an easy process ended up very convoluted. It took literally three hours from start to finish including my mom going home to get the paperwork for the Boeing retiree discount which upon return was refused as she didn't sign up for multiple phone lines. No excuse for Jayson not knowing this other than lack of training because he seemed like a pretty smart guy. They sent my 86 year old dad's phone into outer darkness because instead of adding my mom as an authorized user, they deleted my dad completely. The whole thing was a bit of a shit show. But as I said, Jayson was wonderful and did his best with the tools he was given. read more

I am waiting, waiting, waiting for our tech/salesman to finish setting up my old iPhone to sync with my husband's old Samsung. Maybe if he weren't so busy watching Batman on the TV it would go a little faster. While he was syncing my old phone to my new phone I had to call his attention to the fact that it had finished loading that section and needed his attention back to the task at hand. Go to the Fairwood Store instead of the Landing. It is a smaller store but service is way better. read more

Been waiting now 30 mins +. Only 1 person in the store. There was 3 but the guy that was in front of me walked out in frustration. There is 2 people. 1 is new other is manager. Manager is clearly clueless and doesn't care about customer service. Company was here cleaning floors. Floor guy got more service than me . Why can't we give 0 stars ? After waiting 30 mins. Alex walks over saying sorry for the wait. Then asks what he can help me with. I tell him I need to cancel a line. Then says nope we don't do those in stores you have to call. No oh I'm sorry to keep you waiting for that . This place is trash read more

I had an issue and immediately went to online customer support to solve the problem. They were extremely great but the issue needed to be handled in the store. The customer support representative told me how much I would be getting back from the trade-in process. I asked if there were any additional things I needed when I went in, he said no. I came into this store just as they opened so there was no wait. A gentleman named Austin assisted me. I did need something else and I did not have it. However, he confirmed how much the trade-in was with the same amount as online support. Great, brb. I returned the same day, when I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I stood there for more than 5 minutes...waiting for someone to even make freaking eye contact with me. There were 3 staff members helping other customers. They did not even give me a "hello, we'll be right with you." So first off- take a tip from Apple and have better customer support!!!! I LOVE WHEN I FEEL LIKE I AM BOTHERING YOU TO DO YOUR JOB- said absolutely no one ever. The woman who finally helped me, Angel, had the worst attitude and I had to keep telling her what needed to be done, how much the trade-in was, and keep f*ing smiling. Hi- I work for AT&T now apparently. Why are there customer support or customer service people who aren't friendly and can't do their job? I would never return to this AT&T & you shouldn't either! Drive a littler further... read more

Would give 0 stars if I could, I waited 45 minutes and there was one 1 worker there helping other customers. I feel for the guy that there's only 1 worker but still it seemed he was trying so hard to be inefficient. After he helped other customers he came up to me and said sorry for the wait after sighing and looking very annoyed. I tried upgrading to the new iPhone 14 but he said nope can't help you since my dad wasn't in the store since he is the main provider for the plan. I waited 45+ minutes when my questions could've been answered so easily but there was no effort by the worker. His name is Alex, and Alex if you're reading this please know you suck at your job, you suck at customer service. read more

When my mother and I went into AT&T to upgrade her phone last October, the sales rep said that iPhone 12 Minis were half off, so we upgraded her phone to the IPhone 12 Mini. The paperwork was finalized and it showed 36 months of full price. I asked about the half price and he said it would take 2-3 billing cycles to kick in. Starting in January, then again in February and March, I would ask about the half price and why am I still paying full-price? Turns out the plan I was on was not eligible. I asked them to adjust the bill to make it right, since that's what the sales rep promised. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it. I was swindled out of $315. Don't trust them! They will do anything for a sale, even lie and cheat. read more

This is the place where criminals go to make purchases' on other peoples accounts. Charged $500 (2 sets) worth of ear buds on my account. Never asked for identification or any other form of verification. I'm in Detroit, Michigan and I travel to Washington state to buy ear buds. I can't get help from these idiots and they make me out to be the bad guy. I've been with AT&T for 30 years but, guess what. Fuck them!!! I don't care if the put a ding on my credit report everyday for the next 30years. they're not getting that $500 bucks. read more

I am so done with this stupid company! So about a year ago I got kind of pressured into helping a friend out and I put a additional phone line on my account and that ended up biting me in the butt and I've been stuck paying for two phones when I only need one. Now that my iPhone that I use daily is paid off I wanted to drop one of the lines and keep one makes sense right.? The problem is they are trying to tell me that I can't do that because that is the original phone line which I would like to keep that number if I could but they're saying I have to pay the entire amount of the remaining for the phone that I don't use and don't even have any more. So essentially they're still stealing from me and I've had to call them every single month I have the line suspended that even though every single time they told me it will go automatically off of my bill next month it's absolutely ridiculous and not ok! Do not use this service! read more

So my iPhone screen cracked last night and went dark. Those of you that I've been there know how frustrating this is. In any event I went down to this particular AT&T store to look at my options. Vince was the gentleman behind the counter who was knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere in his job to help me out. We went over my options chose the best route for me. I would recommend this place based on its friendly staff, central location, and customer service. I hope this helps you out in your decision to come here. read more

Came in to get help setting up my phone and received exceptional customer service from Renauld! (? Sorry if I misspelt). He was extremely friendly and helpful. He greeted me the moment I walked in the store and assisted me efficiently and quickly. I was able to have all content from my old iPhone transferred to the new one in under 10 minutes! he answered all my questions, was super knowledgeable, and got me setup in no time- I really liked this store and experience. I noticed all the workers were friendly with each other which created a positive and warm environment, and I never felt pressured to buy a product although they did offer and show me the latest gear. Please send Renauld my thanks as I never write reviews for phone stores typically.. also shout-out to Vince for helping me at the end also. Thanks! read more

My phone service is Worse after visiting this location. My phone is stuck on 4G and not connecting to LTE. I've been stuck on the phone with AT&T customer Service for over 2 hours and issue still not resolved. Grr. Next this store changed my cell phone plan without getting my signature; I'm stuck in a plan with slower cell phone data; and AT&T customer service can not revert me back to my old plan with faster cell phone data. Stay away from this location. I wish I never stepped into this store today. read more

Don't ever ever ever go to ATT in the landing of Renton.... the service is so lame and the manager (JAY) is so so rude snd horrible... they sold me broken product in the package.., and refuse to exchange it for a useable product...(JAY) the mgr. yelled at me and proceeded to embarrass in front of employees.. I'm 66 yrs old and I'm always a happy person... but this guy (jay) made me feel so bad that I started crying (wondering why?) then he said leave his store or he will call police to escort me out of his store... I left the store didn't know what to do...I called customer service to complain but I didn't get to finish... I had a heart attack so I was rush to the hospital... I live in this neighborhood and shouldn't have been treated this way... so stay away from the landing ATT store if you don't want to be treated this way...horrible horrible place. read more

Ohhhhhh Zach, A&T customer service extrodinar... you knew I was going to review and your witty humour and attempts to downplan your products could not bring me to give you more stars... I want to commend the employees at this store for their patience and courtesy. They'll get you set up with the right phone or tv plan for you, and if you have a problem, (I did, and I tried calling AT&T and I tried chat on the webpage, and got nowhere.) they'll find a solution, and they won't stop until they make right. read more

This place is always under staffed. I have been waiting for more than 30 mins in the store and there was only 1 person in front of me in the line the whole time. In other word, the line does not move at all. Here we are having 13 groups of customers and only 3 to 4 staffs helping. I am really about to leave the store. Don't come to this store if you have better choice in your area. This is not a only time experience but multiple situations I will update my review if customer service is significantly bad or excellent. But it leans toward to the down side with my previous experience that even the store manager does is not very skillful when it comes to customer service. read more

DESIREE ROCKS!!!!! I was activating and new phone, dealing with barking dogs and parking lady wanting to give me a ticket. Desiree was patient and helpful. She even helped me with my old device which I'm giving to my mother in law and my iPad which I was struggling with. Thank you so much!! If you are slightly challenged with technology, go see Desiree. Left AT&T a couple years ago due to their lack of reasonably priced international plans. Recently heard a rumor they have an option now. Stopped by this AT&T store to inquire and see if we may want to return. Based on the extremely poor customer service we have changed our minds on this. It wasn't that busy in this store but after 20 minutes of standing around still had not even been acknowledged by a single employee including the simple act of eye contact. AT&T your lack of employee training in simple customer service skills has lost you a customer. read more

Terrible service, manager CJ did nothing but bash other cell phone providers. Basically told me to eff off when I went in to tell them that the phone I bought three days ago was not able to make calls. He told me that it was the "prepaid plan" that had terrible service, and that I needed to get on a regular plan to have better service. I paid for a cell phone and I expect to have service. Recommended to 0 of a million people searching for a good carrier. read more

Though the staff are nice that I've dealt with this store has yet to be useful. I've gone in a few times about odd changes to our bill and they are unable to actually help you. What's the point of having a shop with staff that can sell you things and they can't help when you have real issues? Oh but I can call and have billing help me.... seriously? If it's such an easy thing and "they wouldn't fight me on the charges" then fix it. read more

Make this a minus 4 star review. Do Not Shop here! It is a franchise store so they have an incentive to make more money for the franchise. Go to the company store which is better staffed and normally much bigger. I got my phone stolen and went in to get a new phone. I ended up having to pay for an extra line, $70+ extra a month, until I figured out what they had scammed me for. The last thing on my mind was the salesman giving me a second line. When I complained, the manager was very dismissive and the guy I dealt with just said I was in a hurry. It would seem if someone is in a hurry they would make doubly sure that the person know what the contract was rather than just speaking fast and not making the fine print obvious. He saw someone who was in a bit of a rush and gave me something I never considered looking for since it was pretty obvious I did not want a second line. Rather than trying to make it right the manager tried to "save" me money by "selling" me AT&T cable, and some other services which I do not want at all. I found it insulting. Do not shop here, not ever! read more

It is an ATT store. The employees are paid on commission, so you will be asked "Are you ok? Do you have any questions? Can I help you" about 5 million times. I understand this is the status-quo at places like this, but it is sort of creepy to be stalked in such a small store. The employees here ~are~ nice however and I feel if i did have particular questions on a phone or cell phone plan they would have a ready answer for me. I really just wanted to physically play with a phone I have had my eye on, and besides the "occasional" ..."are you ok?" questions I was given free range of the store. The store was bright, clean, with a whole bunch of friendly staff who didn't have a need to help me, were quick and efficient in helping other customers with their questions. The store is in a good location too, I mean. The landing has a lot going for it. So if you have a wide range of things to do and cell phone shopping is on that list, not a bad area to go to and check things out. read more

We had multiple visits to this particular store to activate a new line and every time we were promptly greeted and helped with no wait time and this was at various hours of the day both on a weekend and weekday. The items they have are typical for all ATT stores. Store is clean and open. The staff however varies in amount of knowledge in changing services and the first of the visits this week there was difficulty with getting the proper SIM size and service started. The subsequent two visits this week was to fix the SIM issue and I had one of the female managers who was knowledgeable and friendly enough. ATT itself as the company and service has been more difficult to navigate and I've spent over 3 hours not counting in store time getting them to straighten out our phone lines. read more

I came here to return a phone case and the guy who checked me in said I was number 5 on the wait list. He said if I ended up waiting too long, he would help me himself. Really...all I had was a case to return, why couldn't he take the 2 mins to do it right there. All he did was just stand there holding an iPad observing the store and when someone would come in, he would check them in. I waited OVER 20 MINS just to return something and still didn't get assisted so I ended up walking out. Are you serious atat? The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. I won't come back to this store again. Other atat stores I've been to were much faster than this place. read more
