Went in to get help on upgrading and was met by a dismissive Fabio. When politely clarifying why we had to call customer service and why he couldn't perform a function in store he pointed to his name tag and said "I'm in sales" and didn't seem to have the ability to articulate anything in a helpful way. read more

Eli could not be bothered to help me and my disabled son get his phone set up. Since this is a safety issue, it's also a moral issue. Is this the best T-Mobile can do? read more

Sent my friend in for a simple upgrade and some how was signed up with 2 new lines and plan switch. Fast talking deceiving sales person. Very unethical. Go to a corporate store. read more

Katie was EXTREMELY helpful when I went in earlier this week. The man that "helped" me today was rude.. dismissive... and aggited.. when all asked was for help charging my old phone.. so I could wipe it clean back to factory settings. Once his manager Eli walked in. He decided he could help. Mind you... NO other customers werein the office . Another employee was sitting in the corner. I give. KATIE 5 stars.. that perk today gets none read more

I really can't stand Tmobile. I had started with Tmobile paying about $60/month one phone. My mother was having issues with her phone, so I added her. I was told it would be $30 a month more. I ended up with a bill for $110/month. Sadly, my mother passed away last year. I brought her phone to Renton Tmobile to take her off the account. I was told they were not able to do this there. I needed to call in to a number they provided. They said they would take her off. Somehow, my bill went from about 110/month to $126/month. My next bill has jumped to $133/month. I am using one phone one line. read more

Was signing up for 5G Home Internet. I started to order it online via chat and was just about done until I realized this store was close by and I wouldn't need to wait for shipping. I called the store up to confirm they had the 5G gateways in stock and they confirmed. I told them I'll be in shortly. T-Mobile rep starts getting all my information and as soon as he gets my address he said T-Mobile doesn't have it available in my area and they have a limited amount of licenses.. Needless to say, I just went back home and ordered the service online. What a waste of time. read more

Trust the ONE STAR reviews! If it was possible, I would have given this T-Mobile location zero stars. If you want to get a hard aggressive used car sales experience where they want you to sign up for a plan immediately and treat you like s$&+ if you haven't made your mind up in 10 minutes. Then I recommend you come to this location. If not, go to any other location. Was at IKEA and wanted to change my phone plan. This was the closest location to IKEA. Came in on a Sunday and they were not busy. They don't have any iPhones for you to look at. It's a very sparse store. The two male workers barely want to get up off the chairs to help you. They only want to help you if they can sell you a plan. It was a terrible experience. I don't like being pressured with that level of aggression. I'll just go to the Msoft campus store where I know the T-mobile reps are professional. read more

Service was fast and excellent! Thank you Orlando for helping our family get new phones at a great lower rate! Amazing experience

This store is full rude liars. I stopped in because my I phone 12 had gone dead. And you know if your charger isn't a Apple charger it won't start until you plug into an Apple charger. So I asked if I could plug into one their chargers. There were several charging cords on the desks to plug into but I was told that they didn't have any. I said come on I need to plug in for a few minutes to get my phone to start . I again was told that we don't have any chargers. I said what's this picking up a charging cable. I was told that's for store use only. After being treated so poorly I won't ever sign up for T-mobile. read more

Katy was amazing with helping with all of my needs! She was able to get me my phone for free with a lower cost by adding a line to my account and even got me some free watches! My bill is still less than it would have been with just an upgrade! Definitely appreciate knowing the sales so well to be able to get me all of those promotions! read more

The manager, Brittney, does not keep her commitments to return calls or her promises to correct billing issues. She blames issues on "corporate" rather than taking ownership and solving problems. read more

They never answer their calls. I tried to upgrade my phone and there was only one person on the floor and you could hear the rest of the workers in the back laughing while 4-5 different groups of customers just waited on the floor. One guy was in here for so long he finally asked when their coworkers were coming out and the response he got was a shoulder shrug. read more

I wish i can give this negative stars. Came in to trade in my iphone 7 plus for the xr. There is a promotion on their front page of the tmobile site which I qualify for but they dont know anything about. They said "you cant believe everything you read online. What it says on the website and what we can do in store are two different things". Thats like mcdonalds advertising $1 big macs and when you come in, they say no no no, that will be $3, dont read the internets. I can maybe forgive them for being poorly trained but here is the fucked up part. They went through all this shit and pretended to get everything done then sent me on my way saying everything is good with the promotion, just sign the agreement via email. When you go through the email, it shows nothing about the promotion. Bottom line, they are a bunch of lying pieces of shit. They just want their commission, dont care if they fuck you over. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. read more

Needed a new phone.. Walked in and waited for help, 1 employee is helping someone, no one else to be seen.. She goes and gets another employee from in back to help her with her client. Was told 2 times that someone will help me in a few minutes, after 15-20 mins, gave up and left, as did the guy who came in after me. Won't waste my time here again. read more

Went in a couple days ago to get a new phone for myself and a watch for my daughter. The associate added the insurance to my plan after I told him I didn't want it. Get home and I can't get the watch to work and it said I didn't have the right plan. Do I called customer service and they tell me the associate put the watch under the incorrect plan so they watch would posit or get service. So I'm frustration I go back to the store to return it. A new Associate helps me and says he doesn't know how to do returns and calls the manager over, manager states they can't do the return or cancel the line and that I would have to call customer service and mail it back. Wtf?!? So I call customer service to initiate the return and she tells me I can just walk into a store to handle it. I told her my experience and she puts me on hold and calls that store to tell them to do the return. Next thing I know, she gets back on the line and tells me to avoid that door at all cost and says she filled a complaint on the store herself as she was having a bad experience with them too and provides the address of another location to go to. Stay away from this location as its full of incompetent employees read more

We went in on New Years Eve. My husband and I were there to switch services from AT&T to T-Mobile. Sam did an AWESOME job explaining our plan and phone options. Sam did a GREAT job of multitasking‼ She even handled a combative customer with class‼ We recommend this location. read more

This place deserves a zero! I've been to other tmobiles and their staff is great and helpful. I went there today 4/14/17 and the two girls that greeted me, finished the conversation first before asking if I needed help, and then lied to me about what the could and could not do. I went to another T-Mobile and they were able to help me. Your staff is lazy and rude. Simple, get new staff. read more

I went into the store to do a warranty exchange on my Samsung watch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiling faces. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to the store. Thanks again Sam! Also a shout out to Demitre and Austin for the awesome service and product knowledge. read more

I've been to this location multiple times over the past couple of years. I'm always waiting an ridiculous amount of time for assistance. Its usually someone new barely trained and working alone. The last time I went was the worst. I happen to stop in yesterday on my way home to see if they had the Watch in stock of course they don't second store out of stock and on back order. First time I didn't have to wait for assistance and they lady working was knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleased. read more

We've had two terrible experiences at the T-Mobile on Rainier, and after the last one we decided it was necessary to visit another location. Super happy we went to this location, because the manager Samaria was able to fix their errors and get our plan sorted. Honestly we were very close to switching carriers, and if it wasn't for her we would have. read more

I have been to this branch twice now, the first time to get my new phone and the second to take my new phone back because I had smashed my home button! Javie was wonderful, and very kind and patient as I called home to be added to our account so that I could make changes. He is very smart about iPhones and he was able to add a roaming home button to my phone that I could use in place of the manual one. He also helped me find a phone repair place that was top notch. Javie went above and beyond and saved me a lot over needing to purchase a new phone that I really didn't need. Both times we have been to this T-mobile, we have been very happy with the help and kindness of the employees. We will be back! read more

Today I had worst experience with Tmobile representative Star and the store manager Britney. This experience has showed me that Tmobile is big business and customers don't mean anything to them. They sent my phone back when I was saying clearly they lost my phone so are you sending out a new one? Britney decided to be vindictive and a cancel my replacement phone. First because the caller ID didn't say my name and I said who cares my ID says my full name. Corporate didnt care and she was allow to get away with it even though the customer care rep Mary noted my account in detail what she heard and I did nothing wrong. I use this phone for work and now I have to wait 3 days to get the replacemen. My phone was signed for by Star and been in the store at 17615 108th Ave Renton, WA since 10/26 but nobody would tell me it was there because the caller I'd didn't match the name on the phone. This store is the worst!!! Britney is not a good manager. In my opinion!! read more

Worst T-Mobile employees! I've been with T-Mobile for over a decade and the staff at this location are the most disgusting, lying representatives I've encountered. The two times I've been in this store, I'd always get a "we can't fix it" or "that plan doesn't exist anymore" so they make you upgrade to a different phone or plan. They also tell you they'll give you a case or screen protector "for free", and then a month later, you'll see an charge on your bill. When I'd call the store, the manager would say "okay we'll fix it and it should reflect on your next bill"... And of course it doesn't! read more

Not happy. Went in and purchased two IPhone 6's under the BOGO sale. Clerk ASSURED me that the promotion included a case, screen protector and car charger at no additional cost. I asked several times just to confirm I would not see additional charges on my bill for these items as I would normally buy accessories through Amazon. Just looked at my bill and there are the extra charges! I've already talked to customer service and will be contacting the store manager today. Lying to customers is NOT the way to increase sales. read more

Super shady. Husband thought doing my upgrade for me would be a good mothers day gift. He got me the wrong phone so I went back to return/exchange the phone 30 minutes after he picked it up. I was told there would be a $75 restocking fee for a phone that had never left the packaging that I had in my possession for 30 minutes. When he went back and asked to speak to a manager, they said no. They refused to let him speak to a manager. Luckily when I called t mobile to ask about this fiasco they refunded my money no problem. It was so easy, makes me wonder why the Jerks at the store refused to do it. I'm still with t mobile and ive heard the covington store has good service, so I guess next time I'll drive on out there... read more

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the employee Orlando. He completely checked out mentally in the middle of a call that he placed with insurance. He stared out the window for 10 minutes and wouldn't answer our questions or the questions the customer service rep on the phone was asking. He would just continue to stare out the window and waved me off with his hand multiple times. It was very odd behavior. He rolled his eyes, made faces at us and rude remarks. In the middle of helping us he even stopped and tried to show another customer his "side hustle" selling sneakers to make a sale. We spent over an hour trying to get help just to find out that all of that time was wasted because of a mistake he made at the beginning. We've been coming to this location for years and have had T-mobile for over 10 years and have never experienced such awful customer service. We will never come back to this location again. read more

Unfortunately this location is right by my house. Bought an iphone4 off OfferUp and took it to this location to give them a second chance....took it in and asked if the young man could help me put my T-Mobile service from my windows phone to the iPhone. He had zero interest in helping me. His focus was on the other two employees sitting outside smoking. He finally popped my sim in the iPhone and immediately said no it must be locked and most likely stolen and blacklisted from all carriers. I asked what the cheapest phone he had available and he quickly mentioned $100 and sumthin bucks but had no interest in showing me options. I then told him I'd just pay my bill then and he had the nerve to ask me if I had enough internet for my plan after I had been telling him the whole time the windows phone doesn't support apps or barely the internet To top it off I did some research at home by running he imei# and it came back as unlocked and clean!!! Because this idiot gave me the wrong information I ended up chewing the seller out and reported them This location is TERRIBLE!!!! The rudest employees ever. read more

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. When I tired to send a picture via text with my unlocked AT&T phone, the picture would not send. I went to this store to get help fixing the problem. When the Manager saw that I had an AT&T phone, he told me that even though the phone was unlocked, it would not work with T-Mobile service. He said he had seen this happen many times and that I would have to buy a phone from T-Mobile to work properly. After I got home I called my brother, who recently switched from AT&T. He and his wife have the same phone that I have and never had a problem. Forget about going to this store if you need help with your phone or T-Mobile service. They do not take care of the customers. I have been a loyal customer for three years. I purchased the IPhone 8 with the buy one get one free. I activated one phone and had to run before I could set up the second. In the midst of my busy professional life my wife took ill and had to have emergency life saving surgery not once but twice in 45 days. I took FMLA to be home and care for my wife and new born child. Things just returned to normal in my household, so I decided to visit T-Mobile and retrieve my second IPhone. I was told the deal was no longer good. I get that time expires on deals but I spent $800.00 in cash for a phone with the agreement that I get a second phone. They shared no compassion for the life circumstance that was unexpected with my wife who almost lost her life twice in 45 days. The only thing I can do and I told them is to take my business some place else that is about more than the bottom dollar. I am going to shout from the mountain top that the company does not care about their customers. Leave before you have to test the experience. Let my hindsight be your 20/20. Not one representative conveyed compassion. They did tell me they have a new promotion if I would like to buy another 800.00 phone and get a second one for free! Please! They must think I am Booboo the Fool...Get out people, leave T-Mobile before they take advantage of you too. sincerely a former customer of T-Mobile read more

Walked in to this store, greeted enthusiastically with every worker. I was asked what I needed, so i told them. I was told someone will be with me shortly. There was quite customer service personnel on the floor but they were all huddled to someone who appeared to be a customer. But what i've noticed was that they we're just talking about something that doesn't seem related to their service. They were all laughing and looks like having fun. So I thought to just wait a few more minutes and see if someone will try yo help me. Still waiting and looking their way so they will notice that I noticed what they are doing. No one came up to me for a good 10-15 mins waiting there. They were just carrying on chit-chat and laughter. I finally started walking towards the door and see if someone will ask me or try to stop me. No one did so after i opened the door before walking out i turned towards them and gave them a disgusted look. No one said anything and just stood there looking at me quietly. So i figured no one was really willing to help me. Mind if i tell you want i needed to do there? I have a phone that i need to start a line with. In short I just need a new sim card to put in my phone. I guess they figured they will not make a sale with just that so why waste their time with me right? So there you have it! Be the judge of my experience with these guys. read more
