So I came in asking and looking for headphones for my new IPhone Pro Max 17 that's being delivered…read morethrough FedEx this week. It's been a min since I got a new phone. So I asked if the new phone would come with headphones, because I couldn't remember if they did it didn't... the only employee working, at 1:15 pm 02/03/26, Latino in his 20's looked at me like I was an idiot and said with a smirk, "they haven't come with headphones since 2021"... that would be common knowledge to him; since he sales phones for a living... I don't. So I think it's worth asking... then I asked if he had any head phones with cords In his store, he again looked at me like I'm an idiot and said "we definitely don't sell headphones with the cords here".... So if you want to be looked at like an idiot and talked down to... head here to AT&T at 4423 E Thomas Rd.

I'd give them a negative 10 if it was an option for the lack of respect from the "manager" that I…read morereceived. I upgraded my iPhone and could not complete the transfer, therefore, I went to this AT&T store for help. I was so frustrated and beside myself because AT&T promised me by phone that it was "super simple" to transfer the phone info from old to new. It wasn't and when I got to the AT&T store I was beside myself. The first sales person I came across was Victor who was trying to help me but eventually the rude manager "Bryant" stepped in (he didn't give me his name and wouldn't allow Victor to give it to me, but I looked at his name tag briefly). That manager "Bryant" stated "I'm being rude to you because you're coming at us" and no one was "coming at them" and I tried to explain that I have been at this all morning since 4AM and I'm frustrated. The manager "Bryant" said to me we're done. I asked well can you at least help me prepare my old phone to be sent out. The manager "Bryant" said no because you're a liability!" Victor was willing but "Bryant" said no, and told me to "get out of my store". All I could think about was why didn't I visit this store before upgrading, because based on this experience I'm sending back the new phone to AT&T and going with another carrier because not only was this behavior from "Bryant" uncalled for but unnecessary. I work with customers and they always come first especially when they are experiencing "hang ups" with our service. Never have I ever been treated so poorly outwardly and with such confidence. It's as if "Bryant" owns the AT&T store and maybe he does, but he needs to be schooled on customer service, because he had no experience in being the expert how to treat customers. I was not only frustrated with the AT&T product, the new pi phone, I was also embarrassed by "Bryant" for not knowing how to behave.

Copied from my google review:…read more I brought an iPhone 14 in here for repair for my boss a few weeks ago. The screen was completely shattered and we wanted a new screen. $375 later for an 'apple certified' screen that isn't actually apple certified, the phone just reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I brought it in again and they redid the screen and said there was nothing wrong with that they did and everything was fine it had to have been a different issue. I took it to a different repair shop, and that repair shop just called me after having the phone for a week. This repair shop lost one of the sensors when putting the phone back together. Instead of letting me know and fixing it, they told me multiple times it was fine. I have a very strong feeling they scammed me. Edit in response to the owners reply: I asked the other repair shop if it was likely to have happened when the screen broke /just to give your company the benefit of the doubt/ and their repair man said it was highly unlikely and the only way he has ever seen that piece completely missing (not just broken) was via improper replacement. He followed up by saying it was either thrown away carelessly upon removal or torn and your repair man thought it was okay to return the phone without it. He also let me know you did not add new waterproof adhesive and just used what was left on the phone to stick the screen on. Not only that, but over 10 screws were ALSO missing from the inside of the phone. Every single step of this repair was met with carelessness and an inability to do ones job properly. Just responding to a google review is not enough. I do not want a discount off of any future services as I will absolutely never trust you or your company with a thousand dollar device ever again. Call the number left on the voicemail to remedy the situation, don't extend a discount that will absolutely never be used. You can do a partial refund of the exorbitant amount I paid to get back a paperweight.

Ok whatever at least the screen works now. 2 days later I'm watching on the iPad not even touching it and the screen goes all wacky just like the first time. I brought it back in because I was still in the 15 day warranty window they've provided after replacement. I take it in and the owner tells me "I can fix it for $80"....but wait it's only been 2 days since replacement so it should be covered by warranty. "No that's only if the screen works but the buttons don't" wait what the screen is still messed up without any fault of my own doing. " I can replace the screen again for $80" hell no I am not getting robbed of my money twice! Might as well have bought a whole new iPad by this point, waste of time and money. Do not go here for any screen repairs, my situation didn't get better, it got worse. ZERO STARS.

While more of my memories of visiting the Apple Store are either stopping by the Biltmore location…read more(now closed), the Scottsdale Quarter (my regular location), or the ASU location (sort of an Apple Store), I have also enjoyed stopping by the Apple Store at the Scottsdale Fashion Square every now and then. I have visited the store and looked through the products and spoken to the staff with questions. In addition, I have stopped by the Apple Store in general to purchase items, get a replacement iPhone, sell an old MacBook for store credit, and more. When I have previously entered the Apple Store, I remember being greeted by an Apple associated very quickly (identified by their colored shirt). They asked me a few questions to check me in, and before I knew it, someone came over to greet me and welcome me to the store and ask what I needed. This system is very well designed where everyone entering the store that needs anything engages with at least two employees if not more. Regardless of which employee, everyone is very knowledgeable and prepared to answer general questions while knowing who to go to for additional support. The store is beautiful and well laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Fashion Square location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalefashionsquare. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. They also have their Genius Bar (for technical support) and you can shop by drop-in, order a pickup in store, or make a reservation in advance for repair. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. I certainly recommend visiting any Apple Store including the Scottsdale Fashion Square location.
