The manager doesn't help when they are busy. She just walks her fat bottom around the store like the Queen of England.
The disabled guy in the wheelchair is a surly when you ask him anything,
and that isn't the first time I have dealt with that jackass attitude with him.
Sorry that you are in a wheelchair, bud, but that doesn't give you the right to treat people like crap.
Apparently there is a high turnover of help at the store,
secondary to AT&T keeping you part time and not offering insurance and vacation benefits to employees and a penchant for hiring dimwits. I seldom see the good employees stay, like Josh who was there last time I visited. AT&T seems to keep the morons and idiots there. Anybody with a brain should run like like hell from that toxic environment.
Conor is excellent and knowledgeable about your phones, plans and gives outstanding customer service.
He should be running the show there, "large and in charge"
Conor has his "game on"and I would be surprised if if he stays, when he seems to be doing the majority of the work as other employees mill about the store not doing a god damn thing except taking up space.
I feel blessed by the luck of the draw to have Conor help me yesterday and not having to deal with usual simpleton. The majority of employees there that are
lazy, incompetent and imbeciles.I do not come that conclusion lightly as I have visited that store a multitude of times over the years.
That is why AT&T consistently scores at the bottom of of customer service satisfaction.
Will my comments change anything?
I really doubt it. It has been the same shit show there for years. I just got lucky to get Conor who is intelligent, kind and pleasant. Conor will do well at whatever job he has.
Conor is top-notch and has a bright future ahead.
