Verizon has the WORST CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE! You have to talk to ROBOTS who don't understand half the time and then never give you the option you need. Shaun provided great service in getting me started on upgrading my phone. He even assisted in transferring the data. Tiffany then took over, she gave me her phone number if I had any problems, I bought a cover and protector sheets and she put them on for me, and contacted corporate about getting a label to return the old phone (there was a problem with that which she solved). Tiffany provided exceptional customer service and is so kind and knowledgable. I recommend her to anyone who wants the best options for their phones. She goes above and beyond and I admit I was leery about upgrading my phone but I guess it was time. Highly recommend!!! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. The "manager" was rude and couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. Christopher was not helpful and talked in circles and refused to actually address my concerns. The entire staff here needs to be fired - Verizon customer service is as bad as it gets. This place would be a lot better if they got that horrible stank out of the air and trained their salesmen to actually know about the products they sell and how to talk to customers :) One Blonde lady told my father his phone (1 year old) was shot and needed to be replaced, but since he didn't have insurance or mfg warranty he'd have to buy a new phone at full retail. Didn't know what she was doing..fiddled around with it..downloaded a task killer and told him not to use music or GPS on the phone...okay..... went home, for shits and giggles ordered a $3.49 phone battery off amazon, got it and phone works fine. Another lady is just rude, whenever I go into this store I hope she is not there or wants to "help me" African American woman, always has a stick up her butt and is rude. I waited for assistance after some phone issues and was completely ignored by everyone. I finally asked if she could help me and why I wasn't being greeted and her response was "oh, well you never told us you needed help" and had an attitude the whole time I was trying to resolve the issue..yeah.. Sorry, I'm used to the whole "Hi, how can I help you" thing...my bad. There was one guy there who was actually decent... but I haven't seen him there, so just my luck. I'm going to purchase another phone after the holidays, but probably won't be going to this location. read more

I had some of the best customer service I've ever had buying a phone here. The gentleman spent about 45 minutes actually selling me out of a more expensive iPhone that I came in for, because it didn't meet my needs. Instead, I bought a less expensive phone that was better for my business needs. Most other stores I've been to just want to sell you the highest price phone they can. We have been Verizon customers for approximately 9 years. We walked into the store in Oviedo and met with a sales rep who was extremely unhelpful (lady with clear glasses and a sunflower tattoo on her forearm). The sales representative did not inform us of any trade in promotions that were going on. The only information she provided was how much we owed to pay off our current phones. She held up her ipad and stated we should look at it. We felt as if we were bothering her and interrupting her day. I informed her we may look elsewhere for cellular service and she shrugged her shoulders. In my opinion this was extremely unprofessional and felt as if the Verizon team could care less about retaining customers. I spoke with the Verizon team over the phone once we left who informed us of some ongoing promotions. At this point we are looking into changing cell phone providers due to this experience. read more

At times I will come in upset because something does not work, and they with a smile and with great tactfulness point out where I went wrong and teach me how to do it rigt. Went in today to discuss a new plan because I wasn't happy with my original plan of 6 GB and would get over charged all the time. I spoke with one of the representatives(Shelby). She was very helpful, able to understand what I was looking for, went over my options, how much data I was using and put me on a new plan to what I was originally paying back when I had unlimited data. Let me start by saying that I have never left a review before, so this must say something about how dissatisfied I was. I hope this helps people as I would never recommend this store to anyone. You would be better off working with Verizon online. I went into this store to upgrade from another company with 3 phones and a hotspot. It took FOREVER to get the process completed. Unfortunately, the hotspot didn't work for me. It was not the fault of Verizon, just where I live. I went in to return the phones and hotspot 3 days later and was told the original salesperson would be with me once she finished with her customer. I did not have a problem but I did have a problem with the fact that I waited over an hour before I started questioning why her Manager, Oscar, could not help me while she was busy. He sat at his laptop and continued to look at his watch. I know this because the whole time I was waiting, I was watching him do nothing. Finally, one of her associates came to assist her with her existing customer so she could help me. NEVER did the manager offer to help. I am floored and have made a formal complaint with Verizon once I found out this was a Corporate store. And just a side note: be aware of the 35.00 re-stocking fee that you will be charged even if 2 of the items were not used. It cost me $140.00 to find out that the service didn't work in my area. read more
