Horrible company! They gave us a promotion for changing lines from another provider. We had to change services as my husband was going abroad and they cancelled the promotion they awarded to us. we had to pay them back 1400.00 I called them before I cancel to check if there was a penalty and they said no. There were no contract signed and this promotion did not show a balance on the statements. They said it was somewhere on the fine print of the promotion, however this must have been well hidden! I hope you share with all friends and family so people can be aware of their deceiving promotions. read more

Bottom line: A good experience at this AT&T store location in updating my phone plan to 5G, even got a plan a bit cheaper than my prior one. The Deets: Recently I made the jump from my older iPhone X to an iPhone 14 Pro at the Apple Store, and after a few days decided to make sure I had a 5G phone plan that matched my new phone's capabilities. I stopped by this location for AT&T to do so one evening and had a good experience working with Sydney with the plan update. Once we were able to go into my current plan (which I had since my first iPhone, actually), we were able to get the 5G plan that met my needs and ended up a few dollars less per month than my plan I had before that time. We tested the phone function while in the store after switching over the plan and all worked before leaving (I loved she said "Welcome to 5G!" when the indicator on the phone changed over to show the switchover completion). So far so good, and I am glad I stopped in to update my phone plan. read more

The worst experience ever . Morrom is good and have lot of patience and she really know how to deal with customers. But the others( specially i am talking about a guy , i don't know his name) is rude and have no patience at all. I really felt so much irritated while communicating with him and his behavior . read more

I would say going here is like a used car lot but I think I have more respect for used car dealers. They will try to nickel and dime you on any service request in the hope of driving you to buying a new phone. Seriously getting a phone serviced should not be a multi day ordeal. Just unprofessional bullshit all around and the in store wifi makes things even worse. read more

The 5 stars are only for working with Carlos! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I am one of those customers with lots of questions and stuff going on with their phone service. He never acted like I was a bother and was not forceful/pushy on upgrades or services. There was another young man that worked there and I am sure he would rather look at paint dry than attend to customers. Extremely lackluster and was interested in doing the bare minimum. If you need great experience at this location, ask for Carlos! read more

I called to get a help with a purchase and the lady told me I could do the purchase over the phone but I want ready so I told her that I would call back. She repeated, "you can order over the phone and the phones will ship by Tuesday ". I replied tat I'd call back ...she sighed and hung up on me read more

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would! This place is racist and I have it on video. The 'expert' assumed I brought a stolen phone because it was in the box. I needed my new business phone password reset and he refused to help. He never gave his name and was uncomfortable giving me his manager's name. I called the customer service number and when he realized I had an account he tried to save face. A white man, white family and Indian man walked in after me and he was eager to assist them. I told the rep Cassie, what was going on and she said she would create an escalated case. AT&T has not even tried to respond. I'm seeking legal advice as well as filing a formal complaint! read more

Not a fan of this store, the guys there are personable but don't answer the phone or follow up. Selection in store was kinda sparse as well, but not going to hold that against them in COVID times. These cell stores are all about how well the folks that work there can make a tedious process easier, and the folks who worked here did not do a good job with that. read more

After buying an unlocked dual SIM card phone for my Dad, we ran into trouble, and were advised by the ATT set-up website, and phone support 800# to go into a wireless store. Full disclosure, we bought the phone on our own to avoid having to go into a store, however.... Here's a run down: Pros: a) They were ready and willing to help, even with a product bought from a 3rd party. b) They confirmed our phone would work on their system. c) They didn't try to aggressively upgrade us to anything. d) We were able to walk out with a pay as you go monthly plan. e) Not being locked into a contract allows us to see the real world coverage vs. what is shown on a map. f) They offer a Free phone to anyone who walks in and pays for one month of service. Granted the phone only works on their network, but as a trial, this would be a potential no brainer. Cons: a) They had 2 workers, and 2 customers. One employee seemed much more concerned organizing cell phone extras on shelves than helping the customers. b) Of the 2 workers, the one who was helping was in training, so he had to ask the experienced worker to repeatedly stop organizing the shelves to help move along the process. c) Deciding to have the inexperienced worker on their own made for a longer check out. Despite having multiple set up stations, the other customer was pacing, and awaiting their moment of glory. d) The whole idea of buying the phone and SIM card on line from an approved 3rd party seller was to avoid having to go into the store. This didn't work out as planned. e) Again, our plan was to avoid the store experience. After being assured the phone would work, and could painlessly be set up online, we soon found out otherwise. This comment has nothing to do with the store, however is part of the overall story. I would haven given them an extra star if the 2nd employee had helped the trainee get through the process without having to ask for assistance repeatedly. It seemed after the 2nd or 3rd request for help that this person might have done best to take over, and allow the trainee to observe. Oddly enough, I almost felt like I was being trained. read more

Got iPhone 11 for my daughter with advertised promo. They said I would get credit for trade in but recommended I take the old phone home while setting up new one. Then when I brought phone back for trade in to get credit it was denied for a defect. Why not tell me that when signing up for phone. Second went to get accessories when trying to trade in phone, and no credit card machines were working so told me to come back later. A store selling phone service which doesn't have adequate service to process a transaction? And be prepared to wait. read more

Starting June, my household switched to ATT for our internet access from spectrum, because after a year at spectrum they increased the charge to $90, while ATT offered $60 a month. We probably should have just stayed with spectrum considering the trouble we been having since June. Two main reasons to be aware when choosing ATT for internet access. 1. ATT has placed 2 random extra charges on our account, which we needed to call twice (an Hour phone call each time) to get refunded for the mischarge. 2. Multiple times (almost every 2-3 days), our internet has been going in and out throughout the day, which is very inconvenient for those living in the house since we need internet for work etc. read more

Avoid the Indian named Shank. He is destroyed our iPhone 5c. I offered to pay for a nano SIM card and instead he cut the iphone 4c SIM card and damaged the sim tray. This is not a corporate AT&T store. They have a dangerous habit of cutting SIM cards The far better place is the Corporate store on Walnut street at Cary Towne Mall. read more

Staff at the store helped with setting up FirstNet for myself and my fiancé. They were extremely helpful and diligent though this was not an easy or fast process for either of us. They were very nice and helpful. read more

We had a fairly good experience here. The staff spent an hour and a half with us, fixing a problem with two phones set up wrong at Best Buy, and adding a couple of lines. They kept working until the problems were fixed. Rick was very helpful. It was a much better experience than we had at the Beaver Creek AT&T store. read more

I wont go to this store. This store says it is open till 9 PM, but closes at 8 PM. I went on Friday at 8.04 PM to be precise and the moment I opened the door, I was told 'Get out' by a staff member and that the people inside the store were the only one whom they would serve. When I pointed out that the store is open till 9 PM according to AT&T website, I was told it would be changed soon, but now I had to get out. read more

Amazingly helpful. I will make it a point to always come to this location! The Indian man, as one reviewer made a comment on, was wonderful!! Couldn't have gotten better service. read more

I had what I thought was a pleasant experience in the store. Imagine my surprise when on my AT&T bill there were some surprise charges after I purchased my phone. $20 upgrade charge and $45 activation charge that I wasn't told about! It is not on my paperwork. When I called AT&T they couldn't help me with this because she said I signed paperwork. I have the paperwork that I was sent home with. These charges aren't on it and weren't mentioned. I feel very taken which is not a good feeling. read more
