I called and spoke with Brad who gave me some suggestions for what I was interested in and then promised to call the next day so we could set up an in house meeting. I want my whole house wired up so it's not something that can be done in-store or over the phone. That was May 16th. I waited for his phone call ( shades of high school!) but alas, it never came. After a few more days I called again and left a message with an employee but yet again...no call back. I don't know...was it something I said? Was it something he said? What was it?? I am slowly learning how to move on and I just know in my heart that there is another tech guy out there just waiting for my call. It's just not ever going to be Brad from Triangle Tech Whiz.

I am now able to use my age old acer laptop, an amazon tablet which had kept giving a wet port alert, a locked Samsung tablet and a broken laptop from which my data needed to be extracted.
