I wasn't sure where to go so I turned to the trusted Yelp community and thank goodness I did! I decided to go with The Computer Cellar for the win and was very pleased. While I was hoping for an easy fix, it wound up to be a bit more serious. BUT, Chloe and Gabriel are angels, they were so calm, genuine, and trustworthy that it made the process bearable (that and some wine! I'm not going to lie!). It was New Year's Eve and they didn't want me to have to wait until today to get my computer back so Gabriel saved the day and fixed the laptop before closing. The cost was reasonable and while I hope I don't have problems going forward, if I do, I am DEFINITLEY go back to them!!! I hope you guys had an awesome and well-deserved New Year!

Mr. Ben called me personally to make sure that he could do everything possible to fix my issue and they did with some bonuses included! I will most definitely recommend anyone that has issues with with their electronics to use this company! As I stated in my previous review, I had no issues with their professionalism nor customer service. The gentleman that work here were fantastic! And special shout out to Mr. Ben, the owner! Blessings to you! I'm going to leave my previous review below For context --------------- I'm only giving 3 stars because I am a Mac User. My general experience was good with this company... it's just that I found out after paying and bringing my new drive home (but not being able to seamlessly access my data), tthat they don't have a mac in office. My new drive was formatted to Windows (although I'd already formatted it for compatibility with my macbook). While i can read the data, I can not actually open my Adobe libraries or programs, nor can i partition the drive because of the way it was set up. I will update my review upon final resolution.

Rating: (10/5 Stars) After calling over a dozen computer…read morerepair shops in Raleigh, I was repeatedly told they either didn't solder motherboards or couldn't even look at my issue for at least three weeks and If they would even try and fix it, it would take another two weeks beyond that. Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast, high-quality computer repairs.
