We all have been truly blown away by the response time, knowledge, and efficiency that they have brought to our practice. We jokingly call them "The Wizard" because they operate like "the man behind the curtain" in The Wizard of OZ, silently taking care of things behind the scenes. Then, when you call on them for help, they're "magically" remoting in and solving the problem in minutes. And when needed in person, help is extremely prompt and efficient. The other day we could not get into one of our workstations due to a major software glitch. I sent a message to MCS describing the error message. Before I could even let my coworker know that they would be remotely accessing her station, she let me know that they already had and the issue was fixed! "The Wizard" strikes again!
