He is knowledgeable, courteous and resolved the issue I was having getting my devices unlocked. This AT&T store is where I purchased my iPhone 3G, so I'm automatically a fan. I don't think they did the best job with the release, but they certainly tried to accommodate everyone. Before the store opened, they handed out information and water to everyone waiting in line. They were friendly, despite the hour and tried to keep everyone's spirits up. There was an associate at every register and two managers to help out. The store manager is a bit of a slimeball, he reminded me of a used-car salesman and I swear he tried to overcharge on a cash purpose. The associate that helped me, George, was wonderful and deserves extra praise. He went above and beyond to help my boyfriend when his number wouldn't port correctly, despite several other employees telling him to give up and move on. He knew he could help and I thank him for sticking with us for those very long 90 minutes. Of course, I was one of the lucky one's to be in the front of the line and guaranteed an iPhone. My opinion might have been quite different if I was one of the people at the back of the line who got turned away after waiting several hours. read more

My wife and I just visited them to change from a post paid to a prepaid plan. One representative immediately told us we had to do that on a call but we were diligent enough to do research before and it told us to do it in store. We did not question it, and left. We try calling support as instructed and spent hours on the phone getting delayed and rerouted to multiple other support numbers as I am sure everyone knows just to realize we did have to go in store. Apparently there are specific stores that can do this sort of thing?? Regardless, a simple turning us away with wrong info has cost us half a day of frustration. It must be really nuce and easy to shoo customers off to call the support numbers when you dont want to deal with things. read more

Okay so I read the reviews before coming here so I was a little bit worried but I chose to come during the week when I know most people are out of work and after lunch. I'm giving this location of five star compared to other AT&T places I have done for before the wait was less than 10 minutes there's only about three or four customers. Niche was a gentleman to help me and he gave five star service I came in for a quick switch over my phone and then leaving with a great deal on other products I will definitely make this my go to AT&T store. read more

I went in today to trade in my iPhone 6 plus and activate my iPhone 7 when i asked about the promotion I could hear Farce (assistant manager) making a slick remark saying for me to go somewhere else. Came in here to upgrade my phone in November. I was taking an international trip and my current phone wasn't compatible with their network so I wanted to get the Samsung Captivate which would be. The issue was that I wasn't eligible for an upgrade until January. I talked to an associate named Walter, explained the situation and got the upgrade and the phone I wanted in under twenty minutes. I went there to get a card for my sister s phone and I cannot even start telling you how nicely we were treated and how fast and competent the associate - MIKE P. was. And _this_ is how you do it. Contrasted with my experience in Saugus, I wish I'd gone here first. My associate did try to sell me what he was likely directed to by his superior, but when I said 'No thank you' that was the end of the discussion and I was in and out of there with my upgraded device in under 15 minutes, most of which was waiting for my associate to go into the back to retrieve the particular model/style I wanted. Awful experience here. The price and the products don't change when I enter stores like this, it's more of a customer service review for me... Which was sub par! They tried to sell me on upgrade options several different times, after I said no several different times, LOL. It felt like they were looking for a commission on the upgrades for some reason to me, which I found to be true. Maybe I was just dealing with the wrong sales rep so my experience was awful, but I didn't like and felt dirty when I left. read more

i own a samsung evergreen cell phone. It constantly and randomly shuts down. The same problem remained after returning it and getting another one through at&t three times. They even had me punch in some codes and * and #'s to "fix" the problem to no avail. I called AT&T back today and demanded as a customer for 12 years with 5 cell phone contracts with them, to send me a different and comparable make/model phone. The answer was someone will call me back in 24-48 after they "review" my case. So for the next 24-48 hours my phone will continue to shut down while i am stil paying my bill without interuption! After "googling" the phone, it seems to be a problem for everyone. Why there isnt a recall on this phone? Answer: they are making money off people continuing to purchase it. Also, AT&T does not extend the warrenty each time they send you a new phone so my warrenty may run out during the time all the broken phones are mailed back and forth. This is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for both Samsung and AT&T customer service practices. Anyone think Verizon is better? Considering making the switch!! read more

We were assisted by a sales associate from Cape Verde who told us he got promoted so he would be leaving the store soon. No wonder! He was awesome, and he really understood our complex situation (terminating plans, switching others, using european devices) and gave us an AMAZING overview of our options. We made a choice we felt very comfortable with, and left the store impressed, that the man dealt with our madness so gracefully and that he made us feel understood and welcome. I was going to give them a zero rating because these people suck. I went into the same exact store and ask for a sim card not to long ago and the guy never charged me, Today when I went to the the store, they guy was going to charge me $25. Be aware guys because these guys will charge your something that you shouldn't be charge for . Sim card are suppose to be free from corporate stores but these guys will charge you the 25 and pocket the money. The guy name Chris is very sleazy and there is another guy that was working there who is in the same game. If you walk into this store, please be aware that their customer service sucks and watch out for their lying tactics. I want to make sure the public know that these guys are pocketing money and watch out before you walk into the store. read more

AT&T is the biggest scam. They get you in a contract a use that over you so you are forced to pay them money that is not your responsibility in order to keep your phone on, and to avoid collections. I sent back two of the exact same phones for the same reason to the warranty department, although I have insurance. I sent them into warranty because the only issue they had was they got stuck on screens when on the web it was extremely slow. AT&T received my phones on October 16, my tracker notified my phone once they got to the company. They did not process my phones into the system. Between Oct 16 and Nov 17 my phone was shut off 4 times and I was charged reconnection fee. I had to spend numerous hours discussing this matter with supervisors. I was told that they received my phones but could not locate them within the department. I had to pay any money due that was unrelated to the warranty issue. I was told it was the companies fault and that it would be resolved and the money for the phones would be off my account, this happened 4 times. I had explained to the company I have a very sick kid and no other way for her to contact me or call someone when she is not doing well. Today my phone was shut off again. I called the company who I had just last spoke to, two days ago, and they said that the reason my phone was off this time was because there is damage to the phones. I spoke to warranty who did not have pictures to prove the damage but was told that the charges are valid and I was responsible for the balance. When I sent the phone back to the company there was no physical or liquid damage... the company lost my phones for a month and now they say they will not turn my phone back on and allow my daughter to have access to her family if she needs them. AT&T is one of the most expensive services you can have they are not customer friendly and they screw their customers into paying money and have no back up to show why the customer is responsible. I plan on going on every social media forum day after day to express how much you get screwed in hope that everyone thinking about switching to AT&T will make a better choice read more

worst att service i have ever had! i ordered a new phone which was free online and selected in store pick up from the options with customer service on the line as well talking me through the process. when i arrive at the store the employee and manager wanted to charge me for the phone even though i have proof of purchase on my account, email and from customer service which i had to call because they didn't want to call themselves...after spending an hr and a half in the store the employee and manager started to help others instead of resolving my issue first..horrible...i left with customer service on the phone and no phone and not even a have a nice day...horrible staff and service. i also noticed i wasn't the only one being hassled in there and angry at them. do yourself a favor and go to another att store if you have to. read more
