    Very frustrating experience at Russell Cellular (Verizon store) in Malden, MA. We were told we…read morewould get a "free iPhone" with a 36-month contract and about $30/month + tax with auto pay for 5 lines. We also paid around $750 upfront for activation fees and taxes. However, the first bill came to about $350, and the second was $595. When we questioned this and later contacted customer service, we were told the information we were given at the store was not accurate. We were advised to return the phones and cancel the service. Even after returning everything, we received another bill of $981. Every time we try to get clarification, the staff says they don't know, and no one takes responsibility or helps resolve the issue. This has been very stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. What initially seemed like an affordable deal ended up causing major confusion and unexpected charges. We even recommended this to family and friends at first, which we now regret. Sales person name Fernanda Fernandas, She is the one , Don't trust her . She lie a lot and not helpful . The negative reviews about the Russell Cellular store on Eastern Ave in Malden are very accurate. My family and I have personally had a bad experience there, and we can understand what others are saying.

I went to this Verizon location back in September to upgrade my iphone 15 Pro Max to an iphone 16 Pro Max. The Iphone 15 was still under financing agreement. The rep Johnathan Garcia, move my payment to my watch line and upgraded my phone line to the trade in promo for the iphone 16 pro max. From what i was told, the iphone 15 pro max was not paid off and was not eligible for trade in. The rep J. Garcia, instructed me to leave the old phone with them, then they stole the device and reprocessed the trade in with a different device they had lying around - Google Pixel 4 in order to satisfy trade requirements. Emil Concepcion sold the new phone w/payments on the primary number. A few days later, Jonathan Garcia, submitted the promo correction form to change the $0 pixel 4 trade in to $1000 promo. Stay away at all cost from the Verizon at Stoneham, MA. They tricked me and now as it stands, I'm paying on two phones and plan to file this complaint with the FCC as the Verizon Corp location is also investigating. NEVER AGAIN, will i go back to this store.

I would not be charged. I returned the modem and never thought anything of it. Until I find a collection account on my credit for 109$! I couldn't even figure out what it was. I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. I am hoping the manager of this business reaches out to me to resolve this issue so I can delete my reviews.

I do like that you can log into your mail from any computer on their Megamail website. Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.

    I had dish for 17 years and the bills were outrageous. The service wasn't great either had 250…read morechannels because if nor I'd not get the channels I really wanted and literally I only needed like 4 channels. They sucker u in with lies etc. I finally had enough got a roku and better internet and terminated service. When I called to cancel I thought they'd try get me something like better deals or prices but nope not even sorry to lose u as a loyal customer etc. They're prices are ridiculous. And I can't understand why especially with all streaming apps and roku etc. U think they try to lower or keep their longtime loyal customers. One more thing my bill literally for top 250 nothing more was 200$ a month and if u were late they shut service off. I explained to a supervisor that most of America moves on the first of every month. Her response to the me was her saying that she was American ???? Ok what does that have to do with what I am saying ? I reiterated that most America moves in to an apartment on the first which is the date I ask for in the first place. Her response was "well I live in a house so . Again good for u here is a fucking cookie bitch . What does any of that have to do with my service inconveniencing me ? Wow . I can't .
