    The guy in the picture was very disrespectful. He refused to take the two devices as a return. I disconnected my Fios TV and was instructed by Verizon to return the receivers to this location. I asked the young man in the picture if I can speak to his manager, his response was to go F myself! Very surprising that he works in sales, I could not believe it. I picked up my devices and went to a UPS store to initiate the return. This is bad for Verizon that they trust someone like this guy to carry their name, it is giving me to think about the business I am doing with Fios, perhaps it is time to switch to Comcast.

The Geek Squad desk was very helpful with a computer repair that need to take place rapidly. The technician Dylan was very knowledgeable and very organized. He was virtually helping three clients at the same time - multitasking like a FAA airport control in he middle of a crisis. Jesus was also super helpful and patient as he helped me identified a decent computer deal for my son. We had to buy a replacement. Value is on the expense side, despite the Total package. Best Buy has started to charge a fee for $100 even when it is the computer that has some serious keyboard defects. So that was less cool. Be aware- The roundabout to get to the Best Buy is a nightmare of traffic. It took me 45 minutes to get out of the roundabout. Overall, smaller size store with professional and dedicated staff.

Multiple things worked prior to it being set up, and after it was wired up, they weren't working well. My driver side air vent was completely blocked and the wiring looked like vomit. Extremely disappointed. Nothing was appropriately wired up and "clean"... Everything was everywhere. Can you believe that the person that installed it for me at Best buy put everything in the driver side air vent so no air could go out? Then I went back the following week for things to get cleaned up, and nothing got fixed after I mentioned that it wasn't working. I'm all done with the $200 a year membership, it's not worth it I would rather go to a professional. I feel bad for the guy working there.

Over multiple purchases, he's helped me pick out a range of cameras and lenses (both new and used), and every recommendation has been spot-on. What I appreciate most is his advice. As I've gotten deeper into sports and portrait photography, Brad has taken the time to explain tradeoffs, suggest practical setups, and make sure I understood why a certain lens/body made sense for what I'm shooting.     Their developing work is as good as ever, but the quality of their scans has been significantly…read morereduced. I first noticed with my last batch that the 135 scans they did, supposedly at "full resolution" were noticeably pixelated, with jagged edges visible at 100%. I was surprised, since this problem was not present the scans this same lab had done for me in years past. I called and they agreed to re-scan them on a different machine, which ended up producing scans of about 1/4 the resolution of the original job. I finally talked to the manager of the lab who admitted that they deliberately reduced the quality of the scanner's outputs, so even though they bought a machine that can do impressive 30MP files, they no longer collect that much data off the film. They refunded me, but refused to change the settings on their machine. So even though you're still paying the full cost for "high res" scans, you're getting significantly less quality now. This isn't just lazy, it's bad business practice. Their lab work is fine, but if you're looking for quality scans, look elsewhere. Their results are garbage, and they don't even care.

I was told I should plan to leave the old and new computers for 3 days, just to be sure everything I wanted could get done. I set up an appointment on a Thursday and cleared my calendar of work, which was extremely challenging, but it had to be done. When I arrived, I was super upset to find that I had no appointment in the system. But Lucas responded immediately, letting me now that he knew that I had been in multiple times in the past few weeks buying my computer and he found a way to get me in. I was incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond to help me, and he did it with a smile on his face. Once I have my old and new computers back, I'll write another review of the actual service that I receive. If Lucas has anything to do with it, I know the job will be done perfectly.

Asked to purchase that computer at that price. Was told "not in stock" so I asked to order it for shipping or pick up. I was told "can't do that" they don't make that computer any more??? But it's on display, with a big sales tag, on your shelves. I asked for a comp product at the sale price - they looked for 45 minutes had me waiting and waiting - MOD Mike came and offered me $50 off a $1200 15 inch laptop (trying to upsell me? Idk) but since when did their staff start haggling prices? Sounded fishy and I asked to speak to their manager - Cliff - and wow, I was met with a stiff rude attitude from the start of the interaction, despite my attempts to be courteous and kind. From the beginning he said " that whole area is Microsoft, it has nothing to do with us at Best Buy" as if he was taking zero responsibility for any of the products or prices I asked for a rain check for the sale price and he said "nah we don't do it" I asked for a comp product at the same price, he was not offering any type of situation. He wanted to keep me there for more and more time, after 60 minutes - clearly Cliff wasn't offering any help to me - nor any understanding or empathy - so I left empty handed. Going to buy from the Microsoft store directly. Best Buy - ugh this place should have gone out of business when blockbuster did.
