I originally went here back in June to get an i-Phone. There was some young Asian woman working. She told me I would have to go to an Apple store, buy a T-Mobile phone there, put in all my info in and THEN come back to them to get the i-Phone!!!! This makes absolutely no sense! I decided to give in another try yesterday. She was gone but I had a GREAT young woman who helped me. She answered all my questions fully, was calm and polite. She was nice enough to set up the i-Phone for me! The manager was also a great guy. I was very impressed by the great customer service I received the second time around. They're a lot better than AT&T or Metro PCS who treat customers like dirt. read more

These employees, including the manager, need to be fired. The service is terrible, and they are unwelcoming when I come in for T-Mobile Tuesday. They have 4-5 employees serving just 1 or 2 customers, while the others act as if we are invisible. Additionally, they require us to show ID even we show my T-Mobile Tuesday. Then he also ripped off the phone case and screen protector without consent and then created a scratch on the screen then had the audacity to tell us it was our fault. They are the worst. I have never met.We went to buy a phone, but They mistake on the trade-in phone we wanted to trade.Then they told us they could not do anything else even though we called the T mobile agency.After we called the agency despite they did not advice us to do it and one lady on the phone left some note in the account they refuse to care of they mistake. In the end, we have to restore the phone and pay 95 dollars without a new phone. I went to another t mobile agency in Medford so they can reactive my line since the Malden one refused to fix it. Finally, I bought my new phone. I do not recommend anyone to go there to the Malden t mobile agency. They spent time smoking drug and cigarettes talking badly to customers. read more

Sad to say but this store has no employees with customer service skills. Been here too many times to say that it is one or two people, but never a good experience. Too often it feels like you are interrupting the employees from their internet surfing time and they throw so much attitude at you that it is practically confrontational. This is the only place where I will actually drive out of the city to find another T-Mobile store. Service is that bad. : ( read more

Beware of this location i went in to inquire about Migration from Sprint to T-Mobile because I kept receiving promotional emails. I go to this location and spoke with the manager (Dan) as we are talking about the migration he tells another employee to swap the sim cards in my phones I noticed it and asked him what was he doing he replied i have to put our (T-mobile) sim cards in to see what kind of deals i can get you He proceeded to ask me things like "how u used your phone " etc. So after he quoted me a couple of prices I told him I wasn't interested and I would just wait can you put the Sprint Sim cards back in my phones so I can leave he replied "sorry "I already migrated your account" so then I replied I didn't agree to that why did you do that I didn't sign any agreement "He then had the nerve to tell me the computer automatically digitally signs for you "now I'm stuck WTF isn't this illegal ? read more

Just had the WORSE EVER experience at this store! On arrival one of the employees was sitting on the floor and started his conversation with me from there in a very rude manar like; how dare I was at his store while he was relaxing sitting on the floor. I went to the store to collect a replacement phone which I had an email confirmation that had arrived there and he just told me it wasn't there without even looking at it. After trying to explain several times what I needed he then went inside and retuned saying it wasn't there and just said there were nothing he could do to help and waved his hand insinuating that I should leave. Myself and my two friends were all shocked with such poor behavior and unprofessionalism! I will never return to this store. I had very bad experience today for purchase a new I phone, the sales person did not explain to me charges twenty dollars for upgrades fee. She said phone plus tax, she didn't give me the receipt for charging amount and she asked me to electric sign the credit card. I signed it, then I realized that was some extra charges, I asked them to get refund because they did not explain to me all details and receipt before she asked me to electric sign. But they were annoying and ask me pay 50 dollars re-in store fee if I don't buy the phone. I have been t Mobil customer for more than ten years so I was trusted this company with my former experiences. There we're at least 6 people waiting and all he did was just go in the back room what was funny was that I could hear his voice in the back room talking like what is This kind of store are they not getting paid enough? Some employees at this location are great, but some people are beyond rude. I called T-Mobile on the phone and she was mumbling and her voice was in monotone, I understand there might be personal things going on and this pandemic is awful. However, when you go to work, you need to be professional. She did not care I was going to buy a phone from a different company, and did not care I was trading in my phone. I have the iPhone 8, and she said it was going to be around $50, but I know Apple is giving me $170 to trade it in. I went in this location today for a cell phone case and was treated so poorly I ended up leaving. The customer service is the worst I've seen in a while. The young lady who was supposed to be helping kept demanding that we tell her what case we wanted while it was still locked up. We don't know, can you unlock it and tell us the price first? You can tell she was very annoyed that she was being asked to do anything. She did not want to be bothered. She unlocked one that we thought we wanted and walked away. We went to the counter and were still discussing it....she started asking, "do you want it or not?" A few moments later I asked her if I could ask her a question 3 times and she completely ignored me, refusing to make eye contact and not responding. We finally told her that she was giving us awful customer service and it made us not want to shop. She said, "I don't know what to say," I said "maybe sorry"? They need to shut this location down. My grandma recently visited this store and was asking questions regarding an account. She had an issue because the account was under someone who was ill and she needed her own. The gentlemen at the store told her she needed her id so she went to go retrieve it. They eventually told her due to fact that it's under someone else's name they could do nothing to help. She left to go back to her car but she came back because she didn't feel as though they understood what she was asking for. Instead of letting her in they BARRICADED the door and told her you were already here 3 times you can't come in here no more. BAsically shouting at her to leave and that she had no business here. Last time I checked you can enter a store as many times as you want. Mind you this an old elderly women. So I called the store and demanded an explanation because my grandma has never had a problem at any store in her life. I asked to to speak to the manager and wow just wow was he rude and belligerent. I was quite shocked at his responses and how he was speaking to me, especially if he is the stores manager. I corrected him on his etiquette because I wasn't tolerating any disrespect. He ended up apologizing for what happened to my grandma and the way he was speaking to me and said if we were to come in he would help us out. However, I will not forget the fact that he refused to give me employee first names so that I could make a formal report of what happened which is fishy to me because first names are allowed to be given out. The next day I take my grandma to the store so that we could figure it out and was met with a long line which we waited patiently in. Dan said he would be with us as soon as possible. Yet, he would shout from different parts of the room "what exactly are you here for" "what do you need". Which we would reply "account issues". There was no need for us to state the privacy of our account to the whole store. We get as though we could wait our turn. He then asked us an hour in the same question and I went into a little detail. He stated that he heard the problem and that he can't do anything and that we have to wait til the store manager comes in. When I asked him when was that. HE REFUSED TO TELL ME. He stated that he can't give me that information and that I would have to call everyday and see if he's in. YOU HONESTLY HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever gotten. This store needs a completely makeover with their employees or at least some training in customer service. read more

The Laziest customer service.. around 4:30pm on Saturday,11/28/2020. Ray, the gentleman of color was the CS who tried to deny service me as soon as I ask for an Upgrade. First he said, no you can not upgrade. Then i told him that I have upgraded one line at other tmobile store and it was fine. So he started to help me . He purposely find fault to not working with me by saying "you phone screen had a scratch". there is no scratch on the phone.at that time i have no more time to waste so i just say" you do not want to help me " and i quickly stepped out without further wasting time.. i figured a comment on Google and yelp will guide the company better.. I went to a different store and they did the upgrade for my phone as smoothly as They could.. My day was oke. They are many tmobile store so i have no problem when one had bad Staff. i just have to let they read the comment on the internet which is more affective than trying to going st it with them in store. read more
