The rep let me know that the phone was out of stock online and suggested that I look in my area for a store that may still have it. It was getting late and the T-Mobile stores in my area were closing in 20 minutes. I called the 5803 Northern Store and spoke with Alex. He was very helpful and even though the store was closing soon he did not rush me at all. He even offered to look for the phone and asked me to call him back in 10 minutes. When I called back Alex had found the phone. I arrived this morning at the 5803 Northern store at 9:57 and the doors were already unlocked. Alex had the phone waiting for me and I was in and out of the store with the new phone in hand in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, Alex! You have made my Easter shopping so much easier! Our family's baskets will be full and my mom's basket will have a new phone! Call this T-Mobile Store @ 623 915 2000 and ask for Alex - he will not let you down! They appeared to have three or four staff working. Nobody said anything when I walked in. They told people that came in after me to sign in. I'm not sure how long all the waits were, and the check in kiosk wasn't helpful at letting you know. Surprise, they have a check in after you enter that just says Hello on the front. Apparently you can get Cox Mobile as low as $30 per line for up to five lines. The black Friday steal allows you to get an iPhone 17 Pro on them with eligible trade in, must be why the sales person kept trying to get me to get one. I wasn't impressed with the assistance online, so I wasn't expecting much from the store. After my name was called the person tried to sell me a phone. I know it would lower my price, but I don't need an additional phone, even a burner though I'm sure some people could use that. They've got music playing pretty loud, so I couldn't hear the associate too well. Once my name was called, about twenty minutes later, I spent about five minutes with the associate. I need to return my old modem within 10 days, but he told me I could just pay for it. I'm sure my many years of renting it paid for a couple of them.
