The girl when I came in may 7 around 6 pm was rude for no reason. I walked in she gave me a dirty look, didn't greet me or tell me anyone will be right with me nothing. When I asked the wait time she said with a snarky tone "it's just me right now" I understand that that's not the problem I just wanted to know how long not how many people were working. Well, maybe I should've looked at the review before walking into the store, but as this location is the closest to my work and I was going after work I went in to upgrade my watch in which I knew I was eligible for an upgrade and that I didn't qualify for their promotions due to the fact that I had a cancellation on my account The girl that I spoke with told me that in order for me to upgrade my watch, I had to purchase another line. I told her no I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service and they told me that I could go in and upgrade my watch. The girl then told me that I need to purchase another line for me to qualify for the promotion I told I didn't want the promotion and that I just wanted to buy the watch. She told me I couldn't. I said then why does it give me the option to purchase the watch online on and pick up in store, she told me that it wouldn't go through. I told her I'll just go to my normal store. Went to my normal store after work walked in told the girl what I wanted told her I had already spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. I don't qualify for their promotion and that I just wanted to purchase the watch. She then told me absolutely no problem. You will have to purchase online due to they do not accept cash or cards and store anymore and everything is done online and they just check your device out of the system once arriving so I don't understand why it would be different at one location than another. 59th Northern has no idea what they're talking about the staff at 59th and Bell, however have always been on top of their game and very helpful. read more

Just like the many others...terrible customer service. Been having network issues for over a month. Called the T-Mobile customer service who sent a replacement phone to this store as I have a warranty & it was ready for pickup (their customer service was horrible as well and outsourced out of the country). Employee refused to exchange my phone b/c he found what believed to be a possible mechanical issue. Employee said "this may come out of my paycheck" if he exchanged it as I had ALREADY arranged via the customer service line...are you serious?! He referred me to call insurance & make a claim. Asurion (T-Mobile insurance) refused to make a claim saying I needed to go back to the store or use my warranty for the replacement. So btwn this store location, the warranty mainline & the insurance line....they just kept passing the buck. No one issued a resolution. Staff at this store focus on sales & could care less to actually HELP. Been w/ T-Mobile for 21st se (when it was Voicestream. Now, I'm in talks w/ Verizon. Don't bother w/ this location or Tmobile at all. Not worth the hassle as employees could care less. read more

We were lied to and a line was added without our authorization. We were charged for accessories which were supposed to be promotional free items. This has still not been resolved despite at least 10 visits to the location. Management refuses to address the problem and hides in the back room. read more

Stopped by for my T-Mobile Tuesday deal... I have learned to not come back to this location. I walked in and said I wanted to take a look at the Samsung items since I got 25% off and they immediately said that is online only and we don't honor that. I was like okay, but you've got products in the store I can look at right? They said yes you can go ahead and look. I asked if they honor the free towel and they said yes, but did not get me one. They didn't even direct me to the Samsung section. This would be more acceptable if they were busy, but there was three staff visible and not a single customer. I'm not sure if it was just me, but I really felt like I should not walk into this location to redeem any offers, even if I have to go to a location to do so. Lesson learner, but it's such a shame that a convenient location is so inconvenient. read more

Worst customer service ever. Walked in the store as another customer walked in right behind me. I was helped by Bre. Bre took my driver license and name told me someone will be right out to help cause a new SIM card was gonna be $30. I've had service with T-mobile for over 6 years and never been charged for a new SIM card. Im not paying that. Erik the store manager walks out and comes over all confused on what's going on. Says he gonna get these next two people checked in. Mind you Bre is helping the lady that walked in right behind me already. Erik comes back and says I have to wait cause this guy was before me. How does that work when the lady behind me is already being helped by Bre. Erik could care less about customer service and training his team correctly and wants to charge for things that T-mobile doesn't do. I warn you don't go to this store worst customer service. The service "experts" here are far from being expertise or helpful. I am being charged for UNNECESSARY & INACTIVE fees on a simple wifi account. They promise you a price and it's complete BS. I come into the store to ask why these extra charges are on my account - service rep says, he can't pull up my account. Hm? Coincidentally. He also mentions he can't call customer care because customer care only responds to certain request. If that's true, the service system T-Mobile is carrying is garbage and inconvenient. How do you come into the store and ask for help yet they can't help you but they can definitely sell you phone lines, wifi services, accessories etc... Haha. Pure joke T-Mobile. Do better. Hire real people that offer real service. read more

I was appalled at his behaviors towards myself and other customers! I am definitely switching services to metro pc a.s.a.p and will not refer anyone to this location period. I traded in an Iphone 5 for an Iphone 5C just before Christmas and the staff stated that they had a Christmas special which included several accessories for free including case, screen protector, and wireless headphones or Bluetooth speaker. I took the offer, my niece picked out the accessories and we left. My next TMobile bill showed I received half of the value they promised for the trade in and I was charged for ALL of the accessories. Read all paperwork carefully and if the staff says anything about a special, ignore them completely. They will make you pay it all later, despite what they say in person. It really sucks to be lied to and it sucks even more when you expect to get your monthly bill of $150 and it ends up being $298.00 with all the "free" items marked at full price. Try a different TMobile store instead. They may be the uncarrier, but, they are also definitely untruthful, at least at this new location. read more

This is now our family's new T-Mobile store. I called T-Mobile customer service last night looking for a specific phone. The rep let me know that the phone was out of stock online and suggested that I look in my area for a store that may still have it. It was getting late and the T-Mobile stores in my area were closing in 20 minutes. I called the 5803 Northern Store and spoke with Alex. He was very helpful and even though the store was closing soon he did not rush me at all. He even offered to look for the phone and asked me to call him back in 10 minutes. When I called back Alex had found the phone. I arrived this morning at the 5803 Northern store at 9:57 and the doors were already unlocked. Alex had the phone waiting for me and I was in and out of the store with the new phone in hand in less than 10 minutes! Thank you, Alex! You have made my Easter shopping so much easier! Our family's baskets will be full and my mom's basket will have a new phone! Call this T-Mobile Store @ 623 915 2000 and ask for Alex - he will not let you down! Horrible service. Came in to get an upgrade and the T-Mobile manager came out said they could help me, waited 3 hours and turns out he added 2 additional lines a jump plan and some other features that I have not authorized. Please if you do go here make sure to check your statements and call T-Mobile corporate to have them fix everything that was added. These guys are sneaky and will do anything for commission. read more

Worst customer service received by the store's Sales Associate (Ignacio) and the Store Manager (Adan)! Was misled from day one of signing up regarding what was included and not included with my plan! I was midled, lied to, and disrespected by the sales associate (Ignacio) in that store in front of another customer and the store manager (Adan) was standing right next to the sales associate who disrespected and embarrassed me in front of another customer! I've never been so embarrassed and disrespected by a employee from any store before! This employee was very rude and unprofessional to do that to a customer! I called T-Mobile Customer Care and filed a complaint against this T-Mobile Store, which is actually owned by a 3rd Party contractor, owned by Wireless Vision, LLC and explained to the customer service rep. on the phone about my experience with this T-Mobile Store and it's Sales Associate and Store Manager The Customer Care Rep. said her supervisor will be in touch with this store's District Manager regarding this store's Sales Associate and the Store Manager for their rude and poor customer service I had experienced!
