**Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Treatment at AT&T Store**
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at one of your retail locations. On 07/17/2025], I visited your store in Fort Oglethorpe GA 2994 battlefield parkway phone 706 866 7288 seeking assistance with my device, and was met with open hostility, disrespect, and a complete disregard for customer service.
Upon arrival, I was told that they could sell me a new phone but refused to offer any help with repairing my current device. When I attempted to take a private phone call outside, I was informed that if I stepped out, the doors would be locked behind me--a statement that felt controlling and deeply unprofessional.
The most alarming part of my visit was the behavior of an employee named Cameron, who raised his voice at me, prompting me to ask him to stop yelling. Instead of de-escalating, he told me I was "not a customer of his," and insisted he had the right to refuse service. When I asserted my right to file a complaint, he dismissed me further.
In addition, when I asked for help understanding what options were available, I was told dismissively that "I don't listen," even though I was clearly trying to understand the situation and seek a solution. Not only did the employee refuse to offer support, but he also failed to provide any constructive guidance or alternatives.
To make matters worse, I was repeatedly pressured to leave the store because the staff wanted to go home, despite the fact that I had arrived before other customers who were assisted ahead of me. This blatant disregard for fairness and professionalism made me feel belittled and unwelcome.
As a paying customer, I have the right to respectful service and clear communication. This experience made me feel dismissed, demeaned, and unsafe in your store. I am requesting that this matter be investigated thoroughly, and that appropriate disciplinary action be taken to ensure no other customer is subjected to similar treatment.
and to call a customer out of her name like I was called is grounds for firing Cameron. why does he even work with the public? read more
