Josh didn't offer me insurance coverage or ask about it, proceeded to add it on both my new iPhone 15 pro max and iPad Pro 13" without my knowledge, had to call and cancel it the following day. He also put the 2nd device under a completely different plan, and not my current plan that my other device is on. He put it on the most expensive plan possible without even asking me. Also didn't offer or ask about the next up program that I stated I wanted added when we first started the process on the phone, so I had to drive 30 min back to the store after working today to have this fixed, which is becoming a huge headache for both Oz and Alex. Josh should be re-evaluated by higher ups on his sales and they should investigate his commission to see if he's just automatically putting everyone on the most expensive plans available and not offering anything for the phones and automatically adding insurance when it wasn't asked for or mentioned a single time. He also didn't inform me of ANY numbers for anything, so I have no idea what my next bill is going to look like after adding 2 devices and AirPods. Didn't give me the correct color iPad, asked for purple and he gave me black and didn't notice until I got home to open it. Haven't gotten my emails for any of my visa gift cards I was told I was going to get for adding fiber internet and the iPad.

Had my cracked screen replaced on a iPhone 11 Pro plus in November of 2020. I wasn't thrilled about…read morethe $300+ price tag, but it had to be done. Had to take it back the next day, because he didn't blow all the dust from the previous phone, so my front facint camera didn't work. He opened It and cleaned it out, and a week later I was back in with the same issue, dust under the screen at the camera. Did this one more time, and just decided to live with it. Then the screen started acting up on me, being non responsive, or moving when I didn't touch it called them back, and they only offer a 30 day warranty on parts. Noticed on March of 2021 that the screen was separating from the phone, took it back up on 3/13/21 and he said it's the actual replacement screen coming apart, and there is noting he can do, unless I want to pay for a new screen replacement. Either go to an Apple store, or just buy a new phone. Don't waste your money here.

The guy running the store was about 19 and after he was done replacing the screen a lot of stuff was wrong with my phone. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and after he replaced it my Touch ID no longer worked, my camera wouldn't work, and my speakers were messed up and wouldn't play out loud. I took it back to him and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and told me to come back tomorrow because he was closing. I had to work the next day so my bf took my phone there for me. He explained that he didn't have anymore white screens and that he could put a black one on there. I was okay with it as long as it worked, but even after he tried to fix it my camera and speakers still didn't work. He didn't even test it to make sure before giving it back. My mom had to pick it up for me because I was working and she didn't know to check for these things (even though I told her). My boyfriend called the guy and was really mad telling him he owed me a new phone because he broke mine. He was apologetic so we took it back AGAIN and he replaced the parts which fixed it but now my camera is really crappy bc they use really cheap parts that I assume come from China. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend it to anyone. The screen that he replaced my phone with is so cheap and half the time it doesn't let me click on what I'm trying to.
