Also the placement of the screen seemed to not fit for my iphone 15, it was not flushed against the frame and stuck out about 2mm looking as if it was floating on top of the device itself. Which leads me to my final issue. Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

After searching for a nearby repair store, I found this one. I took it in on a Thursday afternoon. The employee there was very professional and told me the repair would take about three days. I paid the initial service fee, and three days later, I received a call saying my laptop was ready. When I went to pick it up, I learned that it would have to be wiped clean. This meant I would lose all my saved documents since they had done a hard reset. I understood that, but when I arrived, I couldn't use the touchpad to move my mouse. (On the day I picked up my laptop, the "boss" was there.) He initially told me to use my wireless mouse. I told him I had one but didn't use it. He seemed slightly irritated because I was waiting around after paying for my fixed laptop, which now had an issue I didn't have before. I asked if I should walk around the store, and he said he would call me when it was ready. That was on a Sunday. Four days later, on Thursday, I went back when they called to say it was fixed. The employee there wanted to make sure I could log in and use the touchpad, so I left thinking I was satisfied. When I got home to prepare for a team meeting, I noticed the camera wouldn't work. I called the store, received no answer, but someone texted me back, and I decided to take my laptop back while heading to the store. During the trip, I received a call from the employee, who said his boss told him to call me. I explained that the camera wasn't working. The employee said they hadn't done anything to the hardware or software, just "whitewashed" it. When I mentioned that the camera software might have been wiped out, he responded with something smart.
