As it stands, we have already lost money on your account." Wow, truthfully - who cares if they lost money? They showed up 3 deep to sell me the account and then it took FOUR DAYS to get a technical support email answered. Absolutely impossible to accept. Then, do I get a refund for the $300 a month I spent for my 10 lines? No - instead they tell me I can spend another $400 to fix it. When I deny that - they send me a bill for $45 more dollars. Want to talk about losing money - how about trying to close a sale talking to someone and it sounds like you're in a barrel going through a tunnel on a $10 cell phone at the North Pole.
