I told him I was wanting to go home and he looked at me and said Go. I told him I would just as soon as he fixed my phone. His name Dovey. Then he started smiling like he was Mr. Know it all. Then I went back to take things back and his manager was helping me and he sit there just grinning like a ape.

When I tried calling the local office, someone with an accent started screaming at me. I asked to speak to someone in the local office, and he started yelling asking if I thought Windstream started in Dalton Ga. He just kept screaming that I needed to call customer service and hung up on me. I called same number back and he went straight to yelling and screaming telling me not to ever call that number again, and then hung up. I didnt get to say anything. A couple of c/s ppl have helped, but when you have talked with 20 of them and only 2 tried. Thats bad.

The customer service is awful. They make it very difficult to speak to a person. They are rude, not…read morefriendly, and the English is poor. they charge $6.95 to run your card, and if it doesn't go through they will continue to run it, while charging $6.95 each time. Asking a person to reverse these charges is near impossible.. also my service would lag a lot, and randomly go out, taking up to 10 minutes each time to reconnect. The charge of $128 a month is ridiculous. I wouldn't use them if you have another choice.
