They were really nice guys that I enjoyed chatting with, but the work they did was sloppy & very shoddy. My re-key of a simple t-handle on a storage shed ended up with them swapping out the entire locking mechanism that included them aggressively drilling big holes in the door to accommodate the different t-handle they decided to install. It seemed that all was well until the next morning when I went to see what had happened in the dark the night before. First the screws they used to anchor the replacement t-handle were the wrong size which let me literally pull the entire handle out of the door - a convenient entry opportunity for someone wanting to steal my stuff. Then it became clear how much they butchered their install by overdrilling the holes in the door to force their replacement t-handle into my door. What I was left with was a useless "replacement" t-handle, so I went to Home Depot to get screws that fit their handle to hopefully secure it. It appears they stripped the screw pockets on the handle which leaves me with a decision - buy a tap for $5 bucks to repair the screw pockets, add $2 bucks to buy screws that will maybe work, then add the $30 bucks I paid them to screw everything up, or spend $8.00 to buy a brand new t-handle from Home Depot that will fix everything. The equation is: $37.00 not including my time to get screwed $ 8:00 to fix it right Sure wish I'd looked at Home Depot before I got screwed... Since there seems to be only one other locksmith "up here", the pickins' are pretty slim, but I suggest you use caution in making your selection so you don't experience a similar hatchet job as I did.

I explained that I had already gone online, but UPS has many international forms and I did not know which one applied. I asked if the store could tell me which form I needed and print it for me. I was told there were "hundreds of forms" and that he did not know which one I needed. I explained that this was a commercial customs form for a package containing religious objects being returned to Italy. I was then told that because I already had a prepaid label, they "only do drop-offs" and could not help with the customs form unless I paid again for the shipping label. I explained that the label was already paid for and that I only needed the customs documentation. When I asked if he could print the form for me, he said there would be a charge. I said that was fine. He then again asked me which form I wanted. I explained that I did not know and was asking for assistance precisely because this was a UPS Store and I expected someone there to know which UPS customs documentation was required. After several minutes of going in circles, I asked whether there was a manager. He replied that he was "the boss," that there was "nobody bigger than me," and then told me I had to leave or he would call the police. I had not threatened anyone, refused to pay, or caused any disturbance. I was simply trying to get help with UPS customs paperwork and had even agreed to pay for printing. I understand that independently owned UPS Stores may have limits on what they can do with prepaid labels, but being told that they "only do drop-offs," receiving no meaningful assistance with UPS customs paperwork, and then having the situation escalated in this way was extremely unprofessional. I left without the customs form and found the correct UPS commercial invoice online myself afterward.
