Two of 3 of phones were ported but not my husbands. He waited beyond the port tome and now they wont give him his number back--they wont port back to Verizon. Cricket said i could transfer back to Crickett then they would give us a new port number so his number (which he has had for at least 25 years) could be returned to him. That is the biggest problem is i have a 3 year cintract with Verizon and 4 on my account, all 3 if which must forfeit the free offer and pay $799 each according to the contract.

After I received the replacement phone, I could not transfer anything from my broken phone and was told I would have to replace the screen (which i tried to do prior to the replacement phone but was told it was not possible) to being told to even think about transferring all my stuff it would cost me $300.00 -$500.00 to repair my broken phone to transfer everything, which was crazy because I was informed differently prior to the replacement. I searched and called and went by other stores to have them tell me the same thing. Then I came across Selectel here in Ellijay and met Kolby. Kolby not only was a God send, he was patient and understanding and said he could fix it but he would have to order a device. He had the device ordered and was able to transfer everything with no problem plus saved me a lot of money. If you have any issues with your phone, I would highly recommend going by there and speaking to Kolby before giving up hope. I can not thank them enough for helping me with the debacle that my Samsung flip phone went through and saving my photos, videos and everything else that I had on it.

Popped drive out of existing enclosure and bought $12 cable on amazon to test myself (exactly what i asked them to do). The drive not corrupted at all. It just needed a new enclosure as I thought. I don't know what sort of scam they were running or if just incompetent. Dives do not go from structured to RAW back to structured. Guy who owns place was smug and refused to refund $30 diagnostic fee. Im sure they sometimes do good work and can probably fix your cracked phone, but place is run by an unethical person. Thankfully I checked their work before spending $1000+ on recovery. If it's anything more advanced than fixing your phone screen, stay away!
