Natalie, the manager is not suited for customers service. She has no people skills and if you asked questions she ask you to leave the store and threatens to call the Fort O police to escort you out. She stays in the back for hours(I was there 4 hours last Wednesday and 2 hours Friday) leaving all the customer service to one person. She is very confrontational with custoners. I spoke to my mother today who is a senior citizen. I am highly concerned about the treatment she endured from a person named Natalie who somehow holds the title of manager. My mother waited two hours in this store and when asking the manager, Natalie, if she could come help field some of the customers, Natalie responded by threatening to call the police. ????!!!!!????!!! She told my mother that she wasn't showing her proper respect !!!????!! All my mother did was ask her if she could help! Natalie clearly does not want to work or be responsible for representing TMobile. She also has zero respect for our law enforcement if she is willing to waste their time by calling them when a customer asks her for assistance. I am so upset that my mother was treated this way. This store is totally out of touch. I was told by tech support I needed a router exchange. Nataly was managing the floor and failed to do a proper hand off to her associates. I asked her to please explain my situation while I called Tech Support as she was in familiar with the process. She told me that since I commanded her to do her task I had to leave with no service rendered. I continued with my call with support on my cell and she called the Police to escort me out of the store. I called tech support back and they simple mailed me the exchange and told me that was totally mishandled and apologized. T-MOBILE! It's one of the worst carriers I've ever had. Every text I try to send AT HOME, takes 10+ minutes to send. I should not have to keep checking my phone to see if a message I sent actually got sent. And customer service at the store near me, NO help. Just told me to restart my phone, and I've had to do that for every single text I've sent since I got the service. I have not even had it for a year. read more

They told me that if I can get a better deal somewhere else to go there instead because they won't do anything that does not pay commissions. This company is awful. I wanted a SIM card and activate pay as you go service. They had me pay for a service card then couldn't activate the sim. So when I left I had no card and no money. I got jacked by this company. They are thieves. read more

We had the worst experience on the phone with the T-Mobile reps. We drove over a hour to get to the only store that had the phones that we needed in store. We walked into this store and the place was packed up and we waited a hour to get help and Dusty and his coworker worked fast to help everyone and they closed at 8pm but we didnt get out of there until after 9:30 and they helped us and were so kind and helped beyond what they even had to. They were the sweetest and most kind and helpful people we have ever had help us over the two week period of us dealing with this company. We would highly recommend this store and worker to anyone.
