We learned from Brad…read morethat the independent retailers don't get credit for these sales, but he was gracious with his time and helped us get it activated. I definitely recommend supporting our local retailers during this time. The store was clean and had tape on the floor for social distancing. The employees wore masks. If we hadn't gone into the store, we would not have learned about upgrades going on at this time (e.g. LG paid off the balance of my phone). My husband and I both ended up upgrading our phones and getting some accessories. Brad was a big help and not pushy at all.

(later confirmed it was fine). Paid lots of money for someone to come out and remove two rows of hardwood floor and rescheduled delivery for Nov 20 They kept confirming delivery. But then someone called me and said that was just confirming install not delivery (none of the confirmations said this). So now they are going to try to figure out when they can come out. and yiu can never talk to anyone at the store. they keep routing you to corporate and they are clueless. Not sure when if ever I will get this delivered. If I can get it from somewhere else I will cancel this order. Not that they care at all

My SPECTRUM wireless internet service is still totally unreliable, booting me out between (just in…read morethe last 10 days) between 14 and 30 times a day. This includes both televisions, my laptop, and even occasionally my iPhone. There is no rhyme or reason, it just happens, and while I am typically able to reconnect, that's not the service I'm paying for, which I am contractually required to acquire through my apartment property owner, as though it's a rent obligation. That itself is anti-competitive. Obviously I am not recieving anything close to SPECTRUM's promised, advertised, and contracted for 1GB service, which I have confirmed using SPECTRUM's own app. I believe on information and evidence that the reason for the constant outages is that SPECTRUM puts far too many nodes on the system, and then when a larger number of users are tapping bandwidth, it's insufficient to support the load. This is tantamount to communications FRAUD, in my view. I am filing a formal FCC complaint and another complaint with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Video Service Authorization Section. I hope there's a reasonable alterative to SPECTRUM, the most unreliable service I have ever had the displeasure to use.
