If I could give negative stars I would. This store is no exception to AT&T's overall attitude which, in my opinion, is that AT&T exist to take your money, give you horrible service, expect you to take hours and hours of your time to straighten out their mistakes and in our case will attempt to steal your money by making bogus charges to your credit card then expect you to pay them so it won't affect your credit rating. Our company got a business account through this store. After being sent a summary of what our actual monthly charges were going to be, we returned the phone which hadn't even been taken out of the box. There was of course the usual wait to do this. We received a receipt showing the return of the phone, the restocking fee and a refund of the sales tax we paid. About a week later we received a bill from AT&T for the phone. Since it was dated right around the time the phone was returned I ignored it, thinking that it was a timing thing on their part. Well a month later we got a thirty-day notice on the full price of the phone. My son went into this store and was there for just under two hours getting it straightened out, we thought. Four days later AT&T charged our credit card, without our permission for the full price of the phone. We went into the store and asked to talk to manager. There was going to be an hour and fifteen minute minimum wait to talk to anyone, from there we would have to wait for a manager. The person registering people at the door asked if we wanted to make an appointment for later today, but by golly, there weren't any appointments available until the next day. The manager, who was also registering people at the door, told us we could either wait, however long it would take, or make an appointment for another day. She said it wouldn't be fair for us to go ahead of people that were there before us. My son reminded her that he had already waited when he had been in there for two hours, four days before. She couldn't care less. We have an appointment for two days later but were informed that the we have an 11:00 appointment but we will then have to wait for someone to be available to help us after 11:00. They don't care about how much time the consumer has to spend straightening out AT&T's mistakes, nor do they have any qualms about charging a consumer's credit card for a phone that he has an AT&T receipt showing the phone was returned and the consumer was charged a restocking fee for. AT&T is such a crooked company and have trained their associates to be completely unconcerned about right and wrong. I personally could never work for a company that has the ethics that AT&T has. read more

I went in to the store after my husband had visited to talk about our TV and I now needed to purchase a new iphone. I was talked in to switching from direct tv to uverse (first mistake) and also a first responder network. Overall, Christian was super helpful that day and even gave me his cell number to communicate with any questions. That day, he got approval from the manager to offer me a $350 reward card for switching (which would take 4-6 weeks to arrive). Well, fast forward 3 months and after hours on the phone holding for an At&T rep and finally speaking with one, they have no record of the reward and Christian won't return my text. The guy "KIM" check me in & told me I'm next in line & to wait outside for couple minutes. 20 minutes passed by so I decided to go and check what's going on since Kim is no longer to be found& it's hot outside. I have been a loyal customer for many years but there customer service is terrible. I would have gave the Manager Aaron a 0 if that was an option. I went in for a iPhone upgrade 3 weeks ago and I desperately needed it by Nov 15th due to going out of town. I was told by the salesman that it should take about 7 days and sometimes sooner. Granted if he would have told me it could take several weeks I would not have bought it. So I get a notice that it will not be delivered until Nov 19th. I was very frustrated and called them back to see why they told me it would only take 7 days but according to them there is nothing they can do. For my inconvenience I asked them if they could comp me a battery pack because my iPhone 8 doesn't hold a charge...they pretty much said it's not our problem and would not even give me a credit or anything for there mis -communication with me.. All they (Aaron the Manager) care about is selling iPhones.. not you as a customer. I will definitely not ever shop in there again. I don't know how this Aaron character is even a manager. My parents had AT&T internet. To use AT&T services, I added my Yahoo account to AT&T to get the music, etc services. My parents canceled internet years ago. Now I can't change password on my email account because it is forever locked under the old canceled internet plan. Talked to Yahoo and AT&T and nothing they can do to help me. So my account has been lost it is no longer secure because the password on it was stolen in a data breach at another company. All this to say, poor customer service and poor technical understanding of by customer service agents. read more

If I could give no stars I would. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. All I went in for was a new SIM card the guy barely gave me a new one and acted like I was lying about needing a new one the whole time. When I was talking to him about my phone's problem he kept interrupting me and clearly wasn't even looking at me as I was talking. I would give them less than one star if I could. The worst customer service that has ever existed. I was there for an hour to get a SIM card replaced (a 2 minute procedure). 2 greeters just stood by the door, doing absolutely nothing. A worker just talking to his buddy about football. 2 others spent 30+ minutes trying to hard sell a couple on an iPhone 7 with trading in their phones (it was brutal to watch). They left without buying anything. I ended up having to leave because we were told we had another 30 minutes to go! Do yourself a favor, go to any other reseller or retailer and just spend the six bucks for a Sim card. read more

A one star rating for the lack of professionalism dealing with the Manager Ali. I made multiple phone calls with ATT 611 service dealing with a mix up with the iPhone12 Pro Max. This is the only corporate store in the local area and the lack of communication between 611 and the store is a failure. Ali did not want to settle the matter when further management had made authorizations. Mary also is problematic helping assertions with Ali. My interaction with the customer service representatives is usually at a one star. Benny, a new employee, i feel is not being trained in proper or professional customer service handling. being that this store is a corporate, the standards are humiliating lacking. probably could say that better but ehhh. Two other employees working there seemed to want to help but wanted to show me the door without talking to the manager or asking for his guidance, but i think where his leadership is lacking has to do with his employees showing the customer the door. Ali took pride in telling me that i am wasting my time and there is nothing he could do. i explained i would be wasting his time since i usually have most of everyday to deal with matters as they pop up. Employees emphasize Business lines since they give the equal treatment to customers that are business clients. The situation could have been handled better if had made the phone call his own. Having me do his job for him. Ali is a local resident and interacts with multiple customers on the ATT network and i would have no doubt in my mind that he makes his own network within the network. The best way to deal with this manager is to call 611 from your ATT service phone. I expressed my concerns with this manager to the customer service line and explained i will be making public comments about his performance. I also explained to ATT that in no way do i find Ali to be a representative of this great company. His, you can't make me do this attitude does not reflect the excellent service i have always received from ATT. I love ATT and would never leave the service because of Ali. I also would not like to do walk-ins at this store as i have already been given the feeling of unwelcoming. How i see there customer service can be summed up like this. If you can get the customer to leave ASAP, congratulations be upon that employee. Edit. Ali plays undercover boss too. Thought he had insight how to handle me by interacting with me before having to. I would go back to this AT&T before going to the Fresno stores. They were very busy, but I was greeted as I walked through the door. I had the product I needed in my hands within 1 minute of walking in. I bought a wireless router. The gentleman who helped me gave me different bundle options, but did not pressure me. I did not accept any of the bundles and felt comfortable with my choices. Again I would go back here for phone, wireless, internet, or TV services. read more

Would give this place a zero star if I could. I have been in there twice in one year same stupid crap. Why do they want to copy your ID? Why? It's not necessary when you have a code. With all these institutions hacked, your personal ID is not safe. Next, they always steer you to the internet. I told the tech "Juan" and the idiot manager are you sure? With the complaints in congress with "Robo Jobs" replacing actual jobs, they stated they didn't care. Wow, great customer service. I ordered new phones on internet, no ID required, no hassle, easy. Honestly the worst carrier I've ever used and I've used all of them. The service, or lack of service after you purchase their product gets a negative score. I bought my phone and service in August 2015 and went back the very next day to have them show me how to use a feature on the phone that I didn't understand in the directions. The door greeter told me they couldn't do that at the store and that It would be a good idea to check youtube for tutorials. What?? really. Then I lost my phone and went back again for help, they told me they didn't track phones in the store and that I should use my account and youtube for the tutorial on how to track a phone. While the employees there are friendly and appear to want to help they're hands must be tied by corporate. I bought a Fitbit Charge there less than a month ago I procrastinated downloading the app when I did download it. It said it was a Fitbit Force which had been recalled a year ago. They won't just replace this and deal with the manufacturer which they could easily do. I have my home phone, internet ,tv, alarm system and 4 cell phones with them. AT&T's customer service stinks. The sales associate Josh at the store told me I have to go through the manufacturer myself if they don't resolve it then come back in they will talk to a manager to see if something can be done. He couldn't ask the manager while I was there. I guess it's time to start looking for services else where. If you want customer service this definitely isn't the place to get it. read more

I have been an AT&T customer for well over a decade and have been content with them for the most part. I had recently gone on an international trip for my business class and during this trip my phone was using cellular data in the background without me knowing. I thought I would be covered when I selected the international plan but customer service at all levels said since the data was used before I selected the plan and that the bill has already been sent out that there is nothing that they can do. $250 dollars for 128 MB used in the background without knowledge and there is nothing that they can do to remove it from my account. From every store to every company department I have talked to I keep getting they same response and it doesn't provide any satisfaction. I am done with AT&T and since I am a service member in the military, I will be going to T-Mobile who care for the loyalty of a customer and their service.
