I've been an AT&T customer for nearly 20 years with 6 lines and an iPad with wifi, but my experience at the Sierra Vista Mall store was terrible. I went in to transfer one of my phone lines that I had for 20 years to the iPad and cancel the iPad line, but the manager, Tino the manager, insisted it couldn't be done, I explained to him that I had it done in the past. Instead of finding a solution, he asked me to leave the store. I refused to leave and had him call customer service to cancel my account. After 20 minutes waiting on the phone for the customer service to pickup, I complaint about the manager Tino, they promised to investigate and call me back. I received no follow-up call. However the customer service resolved my issue with the extra line that I wanted to keep and gave me credit not to cancel my account I would not recommend this location. read more

Don't go to this store! The staff is incompetent and will upsell instead of fix any issues. My mom's phone was not working for text or internet but worked for calls, the staff talked her into needing a new phone and then when that one didn't work she was told, that it was because Verizon and Comcast are hacking her phone and downloading drivers to make it not work and then told by another associate she had to go to Apple they couldn't do anything. My parents spend hours at this store trying to figure out the issues spend thousands of dollars ( talked into needing a new phone) once none of that worked my parents let me know what was happening and within 5 mins of looking at the phone I could tell her sim was blocked. Called att this morning got the block removed and phone works fine. This team needs training and customer service support all in all a horrible experience that cost my parents thousands. Friday 1pm during covid-19 My husband and I walked up to the store and the first thing we noticed was a large sign on the door. All customers must be wearing a mask and the number of customers is limited inside the store. As there always is, an AT&T associate greets you at the door, asks your name, and your business for the day. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait and asked for a phone number we could be reached. We were not allowed to wait in the store. Since it was a hot day we walked over to the mall. Since the stores open are very limited, we decided to wait in our car. After a total of 45 minutes, we decided to walk back to the store. The associate at the door said we were next . After 5 minutes standing outside, we were called in. The associate helping us was wearing a mask (incorrectly) and we were wearing masks too. We stood on the opposite sides of the table while we shared our business. In a nutshell, the associate couldn't help us. He gave us the phone number to the "loyal customer" person and said she we should call to get our problem solved. read more

I've been back to this store 3 times because the phone keeps forwarding to voicemail not by my doing. I go in there today and tge curly haired guy tells me I had it set on call waiting and that's why it's forwarded to voicemail. I told him I do not have any settings forwarded to anything. He looks to see that I'm right. Just say you don't know. It's an iPhone 15 pro max that I purchased in February and having this issue. One more time and they're going to have to replace this phone. Ordered and paid for a new phone from the app to pickup the next day. about 930 I received a call from Mary saying the phone was ready. When I show up and information is given to the man who helped us (very nice person), he ended running back and forth to his manager, who ultimately told us that their "service" was down (even though there were about three other guests in the store???) and they would have to cancel my order and I would have to wait three or four days for my money back to reorder the phone. Wasted about 45 minutes of my day, didn't get the phone (that I PAID FOR), the manager was impertinent, and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in dire need of an explanation of my benefits, bill, family insurance policy, as well as questions about adding a business line. I believe the man that helped me was named Ryan, but I may be mistaken. AT&T has been constant, attentive, delightful and loyal to my needs as a customer for over half of my life, I have been very happy with their services. Even when I accompanied family members to resolve their issues, it was always a pleasant experience. Through filing claims, purchasing new devices, as well as any miscommunication or lack of clarity that may have taken place throughout the years, the company has truly never let me down. I am so very grateful to be able to connect with both my immediate family, as well as long-distance relatives and friends! Had to deal with customer service which is even worse, spent over an hour to get account fixed due to misinformation which I asked repeatedly both employee and manager that it wouldn't affect my account - lied! The service was terrible. They should have a zero rating option. They made switching from Verizon to AT&T a horrible experience. The manager and sales associate promised me verbally and in writing that I would receive activation credit for new lines. The credit never appeared on my statement and each time I visited the store to inquire, the manager I dealt with was not available or simply ignoring me. On my sixth visit to their store to correct the credit and huge mess they created with my account such as phone plans, insurance, etc., another manager informed that they would not be able to give the activation credit promised. I will never visit this store again and once my contract is up, I can't wait to return to Verizon. read more

I start by saying we have been customers of AT&T for more than 20 years. My wife and I went to this store to look at a new phone for my wife. The salesman told us that we could get free basic internet because of our age and my military service! GREAT!! That we had to wait until the day after installation to go online and sign up for the "free" internet. That there would be no cost to us. The day after installation, we went online, There is no free internet! We canceled the internet that day, telling them we were lied to and misled. Returned the equipment. A month later, we get a bill not from AT&T but from a collection agency for $121 for installation fees!!!! I am over 65 years old and have never had a letter from a collection agency. They have no loyalty to customers. So we have switched our phone service to another service starting with a "T" we have never been happier, great service much cheaper. read more

Went to upgrade phones and was told that adding a third line would reduce my bill. In fact, it added $100 a month. I was able to call customer service and get it fixed. Was also told that only a USB-C block would work for the iPhone when that is completely false. Was told that our phones would be delivered and AT&T would help set up phones at that time. We walked into the store at around 5pm. We were looking to get 3 lines but keep all of our phone numbers. We got paired with Michael who was way beyond excellent. He was professional, took his time to explain to us everything, had so much patience and incredibly nice. Would definitely come back for his service and recommend anyone to him. This man deserves a raise! We took a lot of his time for our certain situation but he was great and Lance was holding it down. I went in to try and get help with my tv and internet billing and the manager Nancy was unable to help me because she don't know what was promised to me over the phone. I went in today to try and see if there was anything I could do to get my cell phone bill lower because I am paying $230 a month for 2 lines which is ridiculous. I bought 2 iphones and was told it would take 2 to 3 months for the promotion to take effect on my bill. Fast forward 16 month and numerous phone calls and I'm still paying for both phones. Keep in mind I have an unlimited talk and data plan and there was nothing to change. I ask for proof or documentation of what was change and they wouldn't provide it to me. I've been a customer for 13 years, but will be switching. They do not return calls as promise. Instead, you have to call them which is so hard for them to pick up. Managers don't return your calls after 2-3 days of leaving them voice messages. At one point, I felt like I was calling once everyday just to get some answer. They just don't return your call so you have to go in. Still, they give you the run around. They sure know the right things to say to make you get out of their place only to have you return upset because they didn't do anything about it after weeks of waiting. Bad customer service. I had an appointment made January 7, 2023 at 5:00pm (I got there in time). I walked in and someone asked me what I needed help with and I told them I had an appointment. They said they will check me in and to wait in the corner (where there was seating) and someone will be there to help me. The store seemed busy, so I waited patiently. Was there with my daughter to pick up her phone (her birthday gift). We waited an hour until I asked someone how long my wait would be. Apparently I was never checked in, and the guy that greeted me at the door never checked in on me. Other staff sees me sitting there. I can't blame just the guy in the front. Where is the communication? The team work?!! Seriously?!! No one cared to ask if I have been helped??!! I had to cancel a dinner reservation for my daughter's birthday because we were late. I wanted to walk out of there but then my daughter would have no gift. Not only that... but they couldn't help me transfer her iCloud to her new device. I had to take both her old and new phone home and do it myself. I really wish I just did everything online. Now I still have to go back to the store and drop off her old phone. Uverse internet service is the worst ever ..moved 3 houses down had to transfer service ...internet was so worthless keep having to reboot modem 2 3 times a day or more ...they sent 2 technical personnel out both said it was the main box outside wires crossed and not grounded ...have had service for over 6 years but since we moved I got charged for early termination fee ..on something that never worked properly.. I came in and got my phone upgraded and then came back today to get my wife's phone upgraded and had two totally separate experiences. The first one was absolutely great and the staff member was very friendly. When I came in today it was completely opposite. The guy rushed us through upgrading and didn't even let my wife set up her phone he skipped through the whole thing. Come on man you weren't even busy! And they were supposedly out of screen protectors but I can somehow come back tomorrow morning and they will magically have more. Convenient location in the Sierra Vista plaza. Very visible from the street so you're not driving around looking for the store. Every time I've come in, there's little to no wait. They look over staffed. Always at least a couple workers standing around. So it seems crowded. Don't get me wrong, it's good there are a lot of ppl on staff and prepared to help. I have always been greeted and asked how I was. Customer service is good. Friendly staff. Sometimes they may not know the correct info or what needs to be done but they'll find out, ask around or have someone assist me that knows more. The only con is you can be there a lot longer than needed or expected. Overall, good location. No problems so far. read more
