Awesome job, customer service and surprised me with the price. Highly recommended…read more Fixed my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. After calling around and getting prices at $210 - $260. Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! Yes we are aware that the LCD screens for iPhone 14 Pro Max is $50 on Amazon prime and people are trying to take advantage of people making a crazy profit. T-Mobile: 2023 - 2024 (from March 2023 to February 2024) 1 of 5…read more We have T-Mobile internet, so I thought I'd bundle my mobile phone service with them as well. For nearly a year, they could not help me with the change. Then two weeks ago, they said it can be done. I just needed to get a transfer pin from my other carrier and they'll send me the sim cards to make the change. My gut instinct told me not to make a complete change until after I'd tested the service. I requested a one-week test to see if their carrier would work in our area. Well... it didn't. After two days, I requested a change back to our original carrier. T-Mobile would not release my phone number - creating havoc. After roughly 8-hours of phone conversations - and a 3.5-hour drive to their store, they finally gave our number back. We went through weeks of distress and hours of our life taken away because of their incompetence and their uncaring attitude. Let this be a lesson to all. Being one of the third largest wireless providers, T-Mobile is certainly one of the worst... if not the worst of the lot.

We waited until 3:43 p.m. before finally being seen by someone, who then told us he was still waiting for someone else to help us. Multiple walk-in groups were helped before us. I understand that what I'm here for doesn't make money for Verizon, but this was such a simple request that should have only taken no more than 5 minutes. We were finally able to leave the store 3:46pm.
