Kayla and Alyssa were fantastic! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Put cartoons on for the kids while they waited.

On 9 June 2025 I entered the Xfinity store at 850 Herndon Ave. (Suite 101A, Trading Post Center) to…read morecomplete a routine equipment purchase. What followed looked less like retail and more like a live demonstration of how to violate California's consumer-protection laws: * Refusal to identify - The individual who later gave the name "Arturo [--]" withheld both full legal surname and employee ID when asked. Under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17500.3 a person representing a regulated service must disclose true identity on request. * Stonewalling class-wide complaints - Staff loudly claimed they are "not allowed" to discuss unresolved systemic issues. That is flatly inconsistent with Comcast's own escalation policy and may constitute unfair business practice under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17200. * Aggressive ejection of a paying customer - After the representative could not complete a transaction "a five-year-old could execute," he ordered me to leave, asserting he would "still be here three months from now," immune from consequences. That bravado collides with 47 C.F.R. §76.309 (c)(1)(ii), which obligates franchised-service agents to provide competent customer assistance. * Potential privacy red flags - Multiple prior patrons have alleged identity-verification shortcuts at this site. If true, that behavior implicates Cal. Civ. Code §1798.81.5 (data-security obligations) and Penal Code §530.5 (ID theft). Bottom line: this is not a company-run Xfinity store despite the signage. It is an independent dealer whose conduct now jeopardizes Comcast's brand and your personal data. I have issued preservation notices to Comcast, Rich Development (landlord), and the California Public Utilities Commission. Anyone with similar experiences may contact legal@ikigaisanctuary.org or (559) 461-9980 so counsel can aggregate evidence. Until this outlet can document remedial training, steer clear. The oxygen they consume could serve a more customer-centric establishment.

Don't even bother with this location. Basic customer service skills are terrible here. I walked…read moreinto ask questions regarding a service issue that I am experiencing with my phone. The rest of my family members on the same plan are not experiencing this service issue so I decided that I would go into Verizon to ask about it. Walked through the door and saw the Verizon employees sitting at a table on their phones. There were no other customers in the store at this time, just me. The employees did not greet me at all, they did not get up from the table they were sitting at, they were not even trying to pretend to be nice. In less than 30 seconds I was told there was nothing that they could do about the service issue and sent me on my way. I do not expect employees to fix major service issues that are out of their control. I was not even relatively irritated about the service issue. I was just trying to figure out if it was something wrong with my phone. I walked into the store with a smile and a friendly tone of voice/demeanor. I completely understand the frustration behind having to deal with an influx of customers who are not satisfied over things outside of the employees control, but it's like the absolute bare minimum to greet someone appropriately and it takes very minimal effort to be friendly to someone who is being friendly back. It was a sad representation of the Verizon Company and I will not go back to that location in the future.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I would give it zero stars if possible. I had a very disappointing experience…read moreat this Verizon location. Sam (Samuel Bibb) was completely unhelpful and made no effort to actually resolve my issue. He claimed I couldn't get my Apple Watch exchange because there was "no financing" available on my account (keep in mind I had already gotten approved for a watch, I was just there to exchange it), which turned out to be false. The other Verizon store I went to helped me with no hassle. It was clear Samuel did not want to help a customer, so instead he spends an hour on the phone cancelling my watch line. To make matters worse, both Sam and Melissa were unprofessional throughout the entire interaction, smiling and giggling while I tried to explain and object to what they were saying. It felt very disrespectful and lazy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Go to any other Verizon store if you actually want competent, professional service.

I had an incredibly negative experience with Victra Verizon that I feel compelled to share. My…read moreencounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, we purchased a phone through the Verizon website, selecting a specific model and color. However, when we arrived at the store to collect our phone, there was only one person working. To make matters worse, this employee was preoccupied with upselling a variety of other needless services and accessories to another customer, causing a delay of over 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Eventually, we were able to obtain the phone we had ordered, or so we thought. Upon leaving the store, we noticed that the box had been tampered with. The seal on the box explicitly stated that it should not be accepted if broken, yet it had been opened and crudely resealed with tape. When we returned to the store to address this issue, the representative (and self proclaimed manager), Ruggero Berti, outright refused to accept the box, claiming it absolutely okay for them to open the box and in this case did so to show the customer the color of the phone that was previously interested in it. I objected, stating that their actions were completely unacceptable and against Verizon corporate policy (confirmed), but the employee became confrontational and verbally assaulted us while we were on the support line with Verizon to which heard everything unfolding. He insinuated that we were ignorant and clueless, insisting that he had been engaging in such practices for seven years without anyone complaining. He even attacked the Verizon support person we had contacted and told the guy to take time to go back and ready their own policies. This incident led me to believe that Verizon is turning a blind eye to the shady activities of its resellers, especially Victra resellers. It is incredibly disheartening to think that a company as reputable as Verizon would allow its partners to engage in deceitful practices and deceive the public while also being extremely rude and using intimidation tactics. Verizon support directed us to an authorized store to return the phone and have the correct one shipped to us. I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this particular store, which deceitfully presents itself as an official Verizon establishment, to stay far away. There are no signs indicating that it is a Victra reseller, and they purposefully mislead customers into believing they are a genuine Verizon store. This level of misrepresentation is simply unacceptable and calls into question the integrity of both Victra and Verizon should require some form of easily identifiable notification that they are in fact a reseller and the name of their parent company.. Save yourself the headache and choose a different provider. UPDATE: After visiting a real Verizon store we discovered that in fact Victra is violating Verizon policy and added with the seal broken they automatically caused a $50.00 restocking fee. Verizon was gracious enough to waive that and marked phone as DOA due to Victra's unethical (and dare I say) illegal handling of the phone sold as brand new.
