This store deserves ZERO stars. After a year & a half, I had to finally upgrade for the first time & the bills following have been a f***ing nightmare! Remaining balance to PAY OFF on old phone in order to upgrade: $208.30 - paid! Down payment on new device: $0 + upgrade fee, taxes and fees- paid! First bill increased by $35...... Second bill increased by $778.75! Goodbye paycheck, hello overdraft fees Wasted my entire evening on the phone with a CSR who didn't know **** ......I did their job for them as far as investigating historical records and figuring out where they had me ****** up. They finally understood and suggested I go in to the store for a resolution. If you do decide to do business here....be cautious. I went to a corporate store FOR A REASON !!!!!!.....The store rep failed the assignment.....royally!

Manager was rude, they did not offer to help for an extended period of time. There are far better Verizon locations in the area.

What followed looked less like retail and more like a live demonstration of how to violate California's consumer-protection laws: * Refusal to identify - The individual who later gave the name "Arturo [--]" withheld both full legal surname and employee ID when asked. Under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17500.3 a person representing a regulated service must disclose true identity on request. * Stonewalling class-wide complaints - Staff loudly claimed they are "not allowed" to discuss unresolved systemic issues. That is flatly inconsistent with Comcast's own escalation policy and may constitute unfair business practice under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17200. * Aggressive ejection of a paying customer - After the representative could not complete a transaction "a five-year-old could execute," he ordered me to leave, asserting he would "still be here three months from now," immune from consequences. That bravado collides with 47 C.F.R. §76.309 (c)(1)(ii), which obligates franchised-service agents to provide competent customer assistance. * Potential privacy red flags - Multiple prior patrons have alleged identity-verification shortcuts at this site. If true, that behavior implicates Cal. Civ. Code §1798.81.5 (data-security obligations) and Penal Code §530.5 (ID theft). Bottom line: this is not a company-run Xfinity store despite the signage. It is an independent dealer whose conduct now jeopardizes Comcast's brand and your personal data. I have issued preservation notices to Comcast, Rich Development (landlord), and the California Public Utilities Commission. Anyone with similar experiences may contact legal@ikigaisanctuary.org or (559) 461-9980 so counsel can aggregate evidence. Until this outlet can document remedial training, steer clear. The oxygen they consume could serve a more customer-centric establishment.

Don't even bother with this location. Basic customer service skills are terrible here. I walked…read moreinto ask questions regarding a service issue that I am experiencing with my phone. The rest of my family members on the same plan are not experiencing this service issue so I decided that I would go into Verizon to ask about it. Walked through the door and saw the Verizon employees sitting at a table on their phones. There were no other customers in the store at this time, just me. The employees did not greet me at all, they did not get up from the table they were sitting at, they were not even trying to pretend to be nice. In less than 30 seconds I was told there was nothing that they could do about the service issue and sent me on my way. I do not expect employees to fix major service issues that are out of their control. I was not even relatively irritated about the service issue. I was just trying to figure out if it was something wrong with my phone. I walked into the store with a smile and a friendly tone of voice/demeanor. I completely understand the frustration behind having to deal with an influx of customers who are not satisfied over things outside of the employees control, but it's like the absolute bare minimum to greet someone appropriately and it takes very minimal effort to be friendly to someone who is being friendly back. It was a sad representation of the Verizon Company and I will not go back to that location in the future.

He claimed I couldn't get my Apple Watch exchange because there was "no financing" available on my account (keep in mind I had already gotten approved for a watch, I was just there to exchange it), which turned out to be false. The other Verizon store I went to helped me with no hassle. It was clear Samuel did not want to help a customer, so instead he spends an hour on the phone cancelling my watch line. To make matters worse, both Sam and Melissa were unprofessional throughout the entire interaction, smiling and giggling while I tried to explain and object to what they were saying. It felt very disrespectful and lazy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location altogether. Go to any other Verizon store if you actually want competent, professional service.

Another reviewer (W.L.) already mentioned this shady practice by AT&T, but here is my experience…read more My wife and I did a trade‑in deal for the iPhone 17. The agent, Stephanie, never mentioned anything about adding the "Next Up" plan or the "Protect Advantage" insurance, which cost $10 and $19 per month, respectively. With two phones, that's $58 added to the bill. When I saw the upcoming bill amount, I went back to the store and asked another male agent. He told me the charges would change once our old phones were dropped off. They didn't. Three weeks later, I returned to drop off my wife's old phone and asked the same question to another male agent. He gave me the same answer: "it would take 2-3 billing cycles for the amount to change". Later, I discovered that they had added the "Protect Advantage" insurance, which I canceled, so I didn't end up paying the full $19 × 2. But the bill still seemed higher than expected. When I examined the details, I found the "Next Up" plan already charging me $10 × 2, which I canceled immediately. I felt scammed. Many people might keep paying without realizing these plans were added. This is a very shady practice by AT&T. At the very least, the agents should have disclosed these add‑ons. Even when I asked directly, none of them mentioned that these plans had been added.

This is the closest AT&T store to our house so I've been stopping in here when I need AT&T services…read moreand when I remember they are there. There were two men working and three people in the store so I waited about 5 minutes for service. I asked my question, received an answer and left the store. Here's the deal: Our 34 year old son and daughter in law are on our account and are also designated as authorized users. I was told by doing that they can do whatever is needed on the account just as we do. Since I had the time, I went into AT&T and asked them to put them on their own account. AT&T guy says, "You can't do that. They need to be here to do that. You can take them off the account but then they will lose their phone numbers." Of course I don't want that to happen and why can't I do that? An hour later my son goes into another AT&T store and tries to take he and my DIL off the account and onto their own account. That AT&T guy says, "Your mom has to do that." Ridiculous. Get your act together AT&T. An hour after that my son goes into this AT&T store and is told by AT&T person #1, "You can't do it, your mom needs to do it." AT&T person #2 hears him and says, "Oh your mom came in this morning, right?" He tells AT&T guy #1 to go ahead and do it.
