We have been here for 2 hours. No employee spoke to us until 1 hour and 15 minutes in to this atrocity of a business. There's no urgency or care to even be considerate of peoples time. The reps are only interested in killing time to not have to help others it seems. There are currently 4 people still waiting and 3 others walked out because of the wait. I gave it a one star because zero isn't an option. They need a rep to deal with small issues so everyone doesn't have to listen to them answer the dumbest questions ever. read more

Brenda helped us out so much on a recent week day visit. We had tried visiting another location-maybe not a corporate store-and they were unsure how to help us add a line to a very old account. We explained what we wanted and there was not issue at all at the Sierra Vista Mall area location. Brenda worked fast to get all our issues solved, had a phone in stock at the price we wanted, and helped us get all set up , including transferring a verizon number. There's legit no way to get the customer service reps attention. You can't even join a queue when all they're doing is focusing on the 30minute-1 hour long consulting there doing per person. I sat in there for 30 minutes with absolutely none of the reps even batting an eye to me. Why is it so hard to just ask questions? Not everyone has all day to sit in a mobile rental store. The rep Brenda just ignored everyone that came in, and with the amount that was coming in, who knows, they could have just helped them first without knowing i've been there longer. Either learn to staff more, or teach your reps decent human kindness. read more

I came in wanting a breakdown of my bill and was put with an employee named Jake who seems very frustrated right from the beginning about answering our questions. I don't understand how or why we upset him due to how simple our questions were. I want to emphasize how simple the questions were. Nonetheless I would expect better customer service from a mobile expert who's been working with the company for seven years. My question was answered in the end but was left with a nasty feeling leaving the store due to his attitude. He seemed to immediately get defensive when I told him I came from another store. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over five years. I was surprised to see the low negative ratings for this store. I have been to the store several times for various reasons but have always found the employees friendly, helpful, accommodating, and kind. I feel like a valued customer when I go there because they welcome and acknowledge you when you step into the store even when they are busy with customers. There was one time I had to wait an extended amount of time because the store was busy but I was assisted way sooner than they projected. I didn't mind waiting because they take time with every customer. They are patient and answer all your questions thoroughly and clearly. I bought some new phones so I called the store beforehand and I spoke to Trevor, the store manager, about coming in to set up my new phones. I called at 930 am and he answered the phone even though the store doesn't open until 10 am! I like to set up things up on my own so he patiently explained what I needed to do to transfer my data from my old phones to my new ones. I had 3 new phones for the family so I was able to transfer all the data which minimized my time in the store. It worked out great. When I went into the store yesterday to turn in my old phones, I had a minimal wait and Liana assisted me. She provided me with great customer service. She took her time with me and answered all the questions that I had. She was friendly, personable, kind, and helpful. Although she wasn't making a sales commission on my transaction, she made me feel like a valued customer. I truly appreciated her kindness, work ethic, and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend, Liana, Trevor, and this T-Mobile store in Clovis. It was a wonderful experience. read more

UPDATE!!!!!! Please avoid, I repeat please avoid T-Mobile as your choice of phone service! The reasons why I am saying that is because I was charged on a closed nonexistent OLD account a billing cycle I never used! I was never notified about this t-mobile bill as usual because usually t-mobile always send emails/text (I still have the same number) stating that I have an upcoming bill due. My bill eventually went to collection after so many months, which I thought it was a scam. I then contacted the debt collector regarding this matter and paid the full amount for a closed account! I talked to a t-mobile store representative about this bill, he said I was charged because I closed my account at the end of a billing cycle which means T-Mobile would automatically generate a bill. Well let's talk about this worker I spoke too. Let me tell you guys before we switched and closed my account I liked & TRUSTED him. I even Yelped about how much I liked his service. He made it seem that we can easily switched the primary holder to my fiancé so that we can get the military promo!!! Walked in about 12:05 today Placed my name on the list. Waited almost 1.5 hrs but my name kept bypassing by people not physically present when I came in. Agent insisting that they were there earlier and have to leave and came back. If I have known you can do that I should not waisted 1.5 hr waiting and instead do my errands productively. Also Dana took extra time going through how to use the iphone 13 as it is different operating systems than my previous phone. Today I went in to T-Mobile at Sierra Vista Mall to upgrade the phones on my account and I had a great experience. Although the online system had some issues and I was there for longer than normal wait the manager Matt and two employees named Jeremy and Dana were super helpful and ensured that I was happy with what I got before I left and compensated me because of the online issues! They were all very knowledgeable on the promotions and deals going on in store! They 100% went above and beyond I recommend going in and getting an upgrade and ask for one of these employees to help you, you won't leave dissatisfied! read more

Their customer service is terrible. they check you in make you wait while you have three different employees helping one customer, then they finally call you just to have another associate come and take the one that's helping you to help him with his customer all the while just abruptly leaving what he started with you. been here 3 different times and this sierra vista mobile is a disaster. I've had a corporate account for over 8 years with over 10 company phone lines, if it was possible i would give them zero stars... This review is regarding Tmobile's insurance through Assurant. Something a potential customer should know is if something happens to your phone and you need to file a claim for a new one first is the customer service is terrible through Assurant, and second you are not guaranteed the device you originally had. They will send you a different color and say that your insurance doesn't cover color just the device. And if they don't have your phone model they will send you what they consider to be a comparable model. Tmobile has no control or say over it even though they are who you are paying for your phone. Because of this I will be switching carriers. Tmobile your chosen insurance carrier is a terrible representation of your company. You guys can do better!!! read more

My phone screen was getting stuck today so I went in to store . Josh L. Took off the protective cover and the top right corner was separated. Josh L. Said that's the problem. I said I had insurance. He said insurance won't cover this, this was caused by you. He said there would be a $150.00 deductible. I was upset and left store. My husband looked at my phone, snapped that part into place in few seconds and my phone working perfectly! So Josh L. Was going to have me pay a unnecessary big expense! Josh L. didn't even try to snap it into place . My husband couldn't believe it. My husband said are they trying to take advantage of a woman? Thinking I would just pay fee?! Also when we bought insurance the guy had said this way if you drop it or anything it will be covered. But then go into store and Josh L. implying I broke phone, I need pay?!
