The Battery Exchange - Battery Stores Near Me - Fresno, California

Great prices on refurbished batteries. Great! Grantee would buy again. Definitely much better than buying retail batteries. Their motorcycle batteries are a little overpriced read more

These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. On two different occasions, they have had the opportunity to sell me a battery. However, it was only a loose terminal, or the battery was low due to vehicle inactivity. I have also purchased at least three batteries at other times, when it was necessary. read more

Service is spectacular, friendly and attentive from start to finish. Even came out and took the battery directly from the trunk and brought the new out as well. I bought used at a great price and it has a six month warranty too. Gives me time to keep running til I buy a new one and make this a back up. Thanks guys! read more

I purchased a car battery here in 2021 with a 2 year warranty, my warranty was up next month & when my battery went out they replaced it no questions asked! I was super worried having to spend my last dollars on a new battery and thanks to their fantastic warranty I can have a seafood boil for dinner and not ramen. I spent all morning working on my car, cleaning out throttle bodies and all that manly stuff, but even when I showed up close to closing time, they made it so easy for me. Other shops would probably turn you away but they were nice and didnt seem bothered that I showed up so late! It was the least stressful part of my day. I watched youtube videos on how to do the battery switch and was not confident (i dont have a dad =[ ) they gave me tips on how to correctly install the battery and honestly that helped me so much! I wish I would have got their names but thank you so much and my car is running! I did not explode hehe highly reccommend! I will be referring all my friends here from now on :) read more

I went to this place because I needed a battery. I trusted these people. They were very nice but ever since they put my battery in my car , I was having trouble with my car not starting. Went a few months like that. Went back to the place and they told me it was my terminals on the battery, wanted to charge me 20$ to clean them. After all this fuss I went to the dealer ship and they told me that wasn't the right battery for my car. I had to pay for a whole new battery on top of the one I already paid for a few months ago. read more

Since discovering them, I've now purchased 3 batteries in the last year (2 in the same week-just coincidence) on 3 different cars. Their prices are always lower than all the auto supply stores, even Walmart, for a comparable battery, or better. If you are OK to make the drive out west Belmont, and you don't care about the brand name of the batteries (they are high quality, just not a name you would recognize), This place will save you some cash, and they are super helpful. What caused me to write this was my experience today. Took my daughter's 17 year-old Toyota Camry there because the "Die-Hard" battery in it had given up (5 yrs). When the guy at Battery Exchange looked at it, he informed me that the case around the positive post had cracked. It was clear from all the corrosion that acid had leaked out. He wasn't sure he could remove the terminal without it breaking. Anyway, he spend a good 20 minutes working it out, while his partner doused everything around the battery with a baking soda solution to help neutralize the acid. Over-and-above service, so impressed. Beside new ones, they also recondition old batteries and resell them, even cheaper, but that's a choice you can make. Highly recommended. read more

I've been here a few times. They always have had what I needed and they were always friendly. I'll continue to use their service.

Cheap and quick. Also they install for you as well at no extra charge. Used and new batteries available for almost all cars.

FORGET ALL OTHER BATTERY PLACES. Pep boys charges 150 for a battery replacement (including labor fee) This place is nearly three times as less. Do great work, great batteries, great price and they have the best workers. If you go there, I recommend Jeff, he's the best there. read more
