This place is incredibly shady. They had us sign a blank screen, claiming it was for Verizon to…read moreupgrade our device. Later upon viewing the receipt, what they've actually done is tack on extra fees for some Ready?Go! Package and a REDUX membership. We were not asked if we wanted these, nor told that we would be paying them. When I called to ask about them, they first tried to claim that they were in place of Verizon's standard $40 upgrade fee (I called Verizon; this is false). Then they claimed that the Ready?Go! package was for data transfer to the new device, which they didn't actually do for us. They also charged us $10 more in MA tax than it should have been at 6.25% of the cost of the phone. I called them and they refuse to refund the services we never agreed to, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I'm also filing a formal complaint with Verizon to revoke their status as an authorized retailer, and I highly suggest you all do the same. Let's put these criminals out of business.

His colleague was also super helpful and I didn't catch her name!! But she sold me on a new car magnet adapter phone holder thing that I've needed for ages. Overall super glad I got them when going into the store, Danny and his colleague deserve a raise and a bonus and more for being so helpful and bearing with my crazy energy coming into the store

No one came and we asked the woman again and she wouldn't take our name and told us to wait. My husband is disabled and the security guard was concerned and came over and offered him a seat. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave.
