I went in Memorial Day weekend to replace my iPhone 12 with a new iPhone 16 and was working with Devon to upgrade. Since my iPhone 12 had died, it was very difficult, restoring my account both with Apple and all I had on my phone, yet Devon explained to me how to do it, and to simply be patient and everything would eventually work out if I followed her instructions. The hardest part was confirming my identity with Apple, which took exactly 8 days as per their policy and procedures, but once I came back up on my Apple phone, my pass key allowed me back into my applications and it was business as usual. But perhaps the biggest surprise was that my monthly service went from $109 a month to $77 a month without any change in service level Thank you, Devon!

I thought, surely they can help with this simple task. I over estimated the ability of Stafford AT&T. First trip: "computers are down, gonna be down for hours." Fine.... Mildly annoying but I get it. Second trip weeks later: "we're out of those screen protectors, go to Enfield they will have one." Mind you I have the newest iPhone out. Was also told they won't have more for a month! After much back and forth, the chat guy said that while it was working, he could not diagnose the problem. Well how the heck could he diagnose it if it wasn't working?!? So then I turned to MacCoy - my first experience with them. Brought it in, and Brandon quickly diagnosed it as a power supply problem, as evidenced by the green light at the back going out. The Dell chat guy never mentioned that. With that diagnosis, we were able to have Dell send a replacement to MacCoy. It was in warranty, so I was only charged for a minimum amount of service time - well worth it! Bottom line - if I ever needed another computer I would go directly to them for. And for any future service that might be needed.

I was quickly approached by an associate, got the necessary information and later picked up my phone. From beginning to end, everything went well. Soon after, we stopped in to add my husband to my family plan. Although this was a long and time consuming process, the associate was pleasant throughout the whole experience.
