I've been a super happy t-mobile customer for YEARS, and I decided to add a line to my account, but wanted to know exactly what my bill would be before agreeing to the upgrade. I was assured by Brandon that my bill would absolutely be 110 (my bill prior to the upgrade was 98). ASSURED! I even said to Brandon that I'm always leery because mobile companies and car dealerships tend to tell you one price and then it's WAY more when the first bill comes. Brandon was So Personally Offended by that observation, he MADE me concede the point that he, Brandon, had never lied to me -- which i did at the time. Yesterday i went to check my account ---- my bill was for $183.00. Seriously .... i'm not even shocked. I went back in just now and the manager reset everything back the way it was before i walked in, but i'm not going to even act like the manager went above and beyond. He did the bare minimum to retain a customer that loved t-mobile before dealing with his store and his employee. Experiences like this one are exhausting and demoralizing. I know all cell phone providers are basically the same and they're all horrible, but do yourself a favor and just call the 800 number.

I've been in recently for two technical issues with my phone. Both times I was told my iPhone 13 is old and really could not be fixed. They didn't even attempt to fix it whatsoever. Both times I either went over to Walmart or Stapels. At Stapels the tech was out but another gentleman working the Desk was able to fix the issue in three easy minutes. Not sure if this has been bought out by private equity, but I get the feeling that they are not to help a customer under any circumstances unless they are buying a new phone with a two-year service plan.

I tried to decline it but they would not let me. I called Verizon and they said that was untrue, the extended warranty could be declined. Called Marisol the manager and she said she would remove charges but offered no apology for her staff lying to me. Scam artists!
