I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching. I have returned and talked a two managers and was told I would have an answer in the next few days. So far 5 days and no call. Will return Tuesday and maybe get some answers. It's not right that you're not told the whole story about different fees and charges when you sign up. I am really disappointed after receiving a bill for over $250.00.

Chad felt that he didn't care about my wishes and decided on his own to add the insurance plan to my bill anyways so that he could get the commission. I don't understand why he asked me if he was just going to do what benefited him in the end. I realized what he had done after the fact when seeing the insurance charge on my bill for the last 2 months. Chad, you are literally the worst kind of person.
