When purchasing a new iPhone from this location, I respectfully declined the insurance plan and purchased a life proof case instead. Chad felt that he didn't care about my wishes and decided on his own to add the insurance plan to my bill anyways so that he could get the commission. I don't understand why he asked me if he was just going to do what benefited him in the end. I realized what he had done after the fact when seeing the insurance charge on my bill for the last 2 months. Chad, you are literally the worst kind of person. read more

Went to store to see about not being able to use the data I paid for. Was dismissed by person who greeted us. Saying you need to call customer service and that when asked why we were not told this by previous sales reps he said well they are new and did not know. Just because I wanted a prepaid plan and brought a phone with me does not give anyone the right to dismiss someone. Customer service skills are serverly lacking. read more

After watching my best friend struggle with Sprint, we came across the street to get her situated with FirstNet. (Best option for first responders to save some money!) At Sprint the employees seemed annoyed by our presence, where at this store Corey came right over, introduced himself and helped her get situated on a new plan with a new phone! Erica ruined our bill and made it go from $200 to almost $600. She lied about what she was doing to my plan. She withheld information from me, and did not tell me until AFTER I signed the contract. She did not even try to correct her mistakes and scammed us into getting another line that "had nothing attached to it but we'll get a discount" however she tied my OLD TRADED IN PHONE to the line so I cannot take it off until I finish paying the installments on it even though I traded in the phone for credit. Double scam. After 22 years of being on AT&T I would have expected better customer service. I'm extremely disappointed in the company as a whole and Erica in particular. She had an attitude the entire time. I will be switching providers because they clearly do not care about their long term customers that actually have a manageable bill. read more

Went into the store to provide AT&T business. Chaz was very short with me and seemed to be in a rush. Chaz said my phone number was ported from Verizon to AT&T but it wasn't because of a lock which I warned him about. Chaz also added Insurance to my plan and added AT&T Next Up ($5/mo charge) without my consent. I might go back to Verizon after paying off my device because of this. read more

The absolute worst. The sales rep scammed us into getting 2 new phones (we wanted one) by adding 2 new lines. She told us our bill would be $143 a month. Turns out she ADDED 2 new lines, increase our bill to over $200. The 2 new lines do not even have phone connected to them and we are being charge $20 a month insurance and a $5 charge for upgrading early on 2 lines that do not even have a phone attached to it . Customer service has been terrible, manager is never available and the sales people are very unhelpful. Do not go there!!! read more

As a long time AT&T Wireless Customer, since they were called "Cingular" I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement walking into the store. It just didn't happen to me but to 2 other customers who walked in after me. I was there for an upgrade but after seeing the way the 2 employees ignored new and the other customers without even acknowledging people waiting or even saying someone will help you shortly. Other stores I have visited the store employees provided better service. The two black store employees need retraining on Customer Service. I walked out and will take my business to the Apple store where they know how to treat customers right whether you have to wait a long time or not. I expect a boring response from AT&T and no real action taken against the store employees. read more

Beware of untruthful and Liar manager/ customer representatives in this location. The manager of this location is moneysucking monster and a big liar. They purposefully add wrong coverage and service to your phone bill. I was charged $800 extra for the mistake(or purposefully lie) of customer representative in this location because they added wrong service which I didn't get back from AT&T Customer service even after calling 10 times. They dont help anything for service. I felt so harrased after the behaviors of manger Jon, I moved from AT&T to other member for all my 10 members of the family. read more

This store should get a zero score. They are commission based and no matter what you go in for they will scam you and lie to get the commission. They hope when you get your first bill you'll call customer service and complain and they will take care of your issue. New thing they do is insurance and the next plan is automatically added to your account now and you have to call to tell them you don't want the programs. Which I did , however they reappeared the next month . I had to call and waste more of my time to get them once again taken off. If you have Verizon and are thinking of switching to AT&T don't do it. Service in our house is horrible and even bad in our town. Pay a little more and stick with Verizon. read more

David was fantastic, as was the manager (Craig? I'm sorry if I got that wrong!) helping us on the evening of April 5th. We had a replacement Samsung phone sent to us by AT&T because of a faulty battery - but the one HQ sent us had no battery, back, or return shipping label. David very patiently walked me through getting all my numbers and such from one phone to the other, and even removed the glass protector from the old phone to reuse on the other. The manager resolved the mystery of not only the missing phone battery but of the missing return label. We really appreciated the assistance and patience shown to us by both David and his manager, who apologized for any inconvenience despite the issues being no fault of the store whatsoever. David also gave us his card in case we had further concerns or questions. read more

Not impressed by this AT&T at all, went in on 09/15/17 to get the bogo with directv and someone put my address in wrong even though I said it 16 times and to get to the point now I have to pay $200 extra dollars in order to keep the bogo. Haven't had AT&T for two weeks yet and I want to leave it. Customer service was good when we went, but one of the managers got really rude when we said we weren't going to pay the $200 for somethinb that WASN'T our fault. read more

I'd give this location zero stars if i could. Came in looking to upgrade my mother in-laws phone and the clerk, Steve, immediately went into the "upsell". He didn't qualify her by asking what she currently uses her phone for now or ask what she'll be using her new phone for going forward. We were looking at a basic iPhone which is the 5C and he said "oh, you don't want that phone, the operating system alone takes up almost 5 gigs and those phones only come with 8 gigs. You really want an iPhone 5S". The poor customer service may be because he also mentioned that "we close at 8" so he wanted to get out of there quick and we came in at 7:50p. I was so frustrated at the lack of customer service which should be expected with places like this because they want to turn customers quick. There are plenty of other ways of doing business and this place exhibits the poorest way. Not the first time i've had a similar experience here, but it was the only other choice in the immediate area because the mall location up the road had about an hour wait, definitely the last visit here for me. read more
