AT&T's apparent disregard for customer concerns is reprehensible. Time and time again I was met with a complete lack of accountability and empathy with customer service demonstrating a profound indifference toward resolving my issues. The entire experience described below reflects a business model that de-prioritizes the customer (sadly, no surprise here) but also refuses to honor the customer's self-agency in desiring to switch carriers. I will put in a plug for two in-store customer service representatives who tried: Romo and Samantha - thank you for your human decency in the midst of a stupendously ridiculous runaround. I will preface this review by noting that I have been an AT&T wireless customer for over 10 years. AT&T's oppressive practices and recent runarounds left me without wireless service for 4 days after I recently decided (for a number of personal reasons) to switch my wireless service to Xfinity. You've heard variations on this theme before: I spent hours on the phone and the MyAT&T app chat talking to AI trying to contact a representative at AT&T with some iota of customer care who could help me with accessing my "passcode" so that I could "port" my wireless number to my other carrier of choice. Then my device was locked. Which means ANY number you try to call defaults to calling AT&T. I finally (after hours on the phone trying to reach a an AT& customer service representative) got some person to begrudgingly unlock my device, and I quote, "for 24 hours." I've had this device for just under 2 years and it is paid off. Who authorizes a lock on a device when a customer decides they want to use a different service? Meanwhile, my bills are paid (this includes, btw, charges for two additional lines on a watch and a tablet I was given "for free" that I did not register for) and installments for my phone paid off. So my account reads $0 owed. I still can't "port" my device since I don't have a "passcode" and no representative can, apparently, help me with a reset of this passcode I didn't even know I had or needed (this is a 4-7 numbered pin that is different from your account password). So the next day I visit an AT&T store where I get some support in finally resetting my passcode. Now I can finally *PORT my wireless number over to Xfinity. Then, I find myself without ANY wireless service... Next obstacle: AT&T has now re-locked my phone apparently and although I've ported my phone number to Xfinity, Xfinity cannot proceed with activating my Xfinity eSIM without an AT&T "Network Code." And without a wireless service, I cannot call AT&T or anyone else for that matter. So I go back to the AT&T store only to be told, "we don't know about a network code." I tried using the AT&T landline from the store only to be told I had the "wrong number." "But I'm calling from an AT&T store on an AT&T landline," I reply and hand the phone to the store representative who is told the same thing. Help me out here please AT&T? So now, I have to enlist the support of an Xfinity store representative, Miranda (Xfinity Store, Mill Creek, WA), who, by the grace of God, knows her shit. She goes well beyond the scope of her job description to try to help me acquire this elusive "Network Code" from AT&T. She knows all about these "network codes" and puts in a text request which is supposed to take no more than 10-20 minutes, and according to AT&T, certainly no more than 2 business days. FOUR DAYS LATER, I am still without wireless service. With the help of Miranda, we try AT&T's chat service from the MyAT&T app on my phone over Xfinity's wifi, only to be placed on hold, then cut off, twice. We tried X's AT&T chat service and got hung up on as well. Loaded with 4 days of frustration, I finally went out an bought another phone from Samsung. Disappointed in AT&Ts service, representation, and treatment of customer requests is an understatement of the highest order. I would have put 0 stars if that had been an option. read more

I wrongly assumed this was a corporate AT&T store, which is on me. I purchased a new phone and was not only signed up for upgrades I said I didn't want, but was double charged for my upgrade fee! Nothing was explained to me, and I ended up calling AT&T to get all the charges removed. I will never set foot in this store again, and hope others read this and don't give them your business. Both myself and my girlfriend have been to this location for different issues. We were ignored, or talked down too, and nothing was done to help either of us (all she wanted to do was buy a new phone) on both occasions. I wouldn't suggest trying this place, they are less than helpful and rather incompetent. Try a corporate owned store, they are much better equipped to sell you products and also assist in helping when you have an issue. I cannot recommend NOT trying this store enough. You will most likely leave frustrated and un-helped. read more

Just had a pleasant experience trading my son's phone in. Fast, nice, and accommodating!

Came in to get our own lines transferred from an existing line and the salesman forgot to input our social security numbers and forgot to give us the passcode that is needed when we call and get information about our account. He also asked us lots of questions about why we wanted to pay off our phones and unlock them. Very rude. I am transferring to T-Mobile after this experience. We went back in and he acted like we were the problem when he forgot to have us set up a passcode. This is my first time I've been into a phone place and the person didn't know what he was doing and was also working alone. No one else was there to help or answer any questions. read more

I've been to this location twice and received amazing service both times. Cory and Sarah went above and beyond to help me save money on my plan. They also made me aware of a special offer and I was able to get a free iPhone 8 for my wife. While I was there today I saw them fix about a dozen costumers phones with friendly and professional service. I don't know how you could give them any less then a 5 star review! read more

Unprofessional, unfriendly store. No care for the customer. I was moving my lines from tmobile to att. Went to store to do it, sales person did it and told me to come back within 7 days with old phones to get the new phones for free per the available offer. I trusted the sales person. When i went back two days later with phones to tradein, the other sales person said the offer should have been taken on the day I signed up for new lines !! The sales person who did this mess was standing right there saying nothing about him doing it wrong. The store manager did nothing infact the manager did not even return multiple calls made to highlight this issue. read more

Beware of the fraudulent activity in this store! I went in to inquire about a SIM card for a hotspot. I was told it would be $20 per month (less 25% because of a discount for where I work) for 25 GB. I came back two days later and confirmed the cost with the same employee and decided to move forward. The next day I couldn't get the hotspot to work so I questioned if he had entered the wrong IMEI number so I went into my account to check and was surprised to see that the cost of this hotspot plan was listed as $50 per month. I went into an actual AT&T store (this is an AT&T authorized retailer) and they confirmed that it was $50 per month. Luckily because I discovered this immediately I was able to get this hotspot cancelled. read more

In 10+ years of being chained to AT&T, I've yet to have an "amazing" experience start-to-finish at any AT&T store (corporate or "authorized dealer"), but this was by far the easiest and best I've had. Yes, I had to wait 10-minutes for an associate to help upgrade my phones, and no, I wasn't greeted when I came in (to be fair, only one associate was working and the customer he was talking to would NOT shut up...), but once I got with the associate who helped me, it was great. Josh - the store manager - was helpful, patient (I was there with my 11-year-old nephew, who's on the spectrum and therefore a bit wild), and actually made the time entertaining. He gave me the info I needed, worked quickly, and managed to do it all while smiling and giving bits of info and help to his staff and customers while my upgrades, etc. were processing. I'm hoping to NOT have to make any more changes anytime soon, but if I do need to, I would go here over other AT&T stores, and specifically seek out Josh - he's a great guy and runs a good store. read more

I always have to come to the store in person to get questions answered. Yesterday, the rep was able to answer my question in 30 seconds... No one answers that phone and I have called on 5 separate occasions. Also, I concur with the other reviewers in that there's always only one person working. T-Mobile always has 2 more staffed, by comparison - they never had just one person. read more

Two men come knocking on my door. They say their from at&t. I told them that I'm not with at&t and not interested and there's no soliciting in here. They left and another one came back again the next day. I said get out of here and don't come back. Why are they acting like those religious creeps that go door to door and you cant get rid of them. And I called the police because I don't believe they are from at&t but the police said they checked them out and says they are ok, because they have phoney badges made up and a licence plate from Idaho. They are not welcome here and I don't appreciate being bothered. If I want to shop for something I do it, I do not want them coming to my door knocking all day long and being a pest. Fix it, this isn't right! I've got mase and I'll use it next time! read more

I always come here because it s the closet AT&T store but it's getting hard to come back because there is ALWAYS one person working here. Today Zach acknowledged me but could have at least told me "I'll be with you shortly" or give me an approx. time. I've been waiting here for a good 30 min along with another customer with no one helping. I just need to pay a darn bill and leave. If it keeps staying like this, then I'll make the drive somewhere else to be seen right away with more than just one person working. Not happy. Not happy at all read more

I have been to this store four times in the last six months. Each time there has been only one employee working with a wait of over an hour each time (my longest wait was 2.5 hours). Typically I get a "hello" when I walk in but not today. I've been waiting around 30 min, with three people walking in after me and the employee working hasn't even acknowledged we are here. This store could really use more staff. If you plan on coming, plan for a wait! read more

I've been into this store twice in the past few weeks for phone trade ins and worked with both Jessi and Josh. Both were extremely helpful and patient with me and my wife as we decided which phones we wanted. We were in with our kids and they were helpful in keeping the 4 year old busy while we shopped and dealt with the usual stuff that this sort of purchase takes. Great customer service and worked out some billing problem to boot. I will definitely go back here and recommend them to anyone based on my experience. read more
