I've been a Verizon customer since 2005, and will keep a phone until it no longer works. On Sunday my almost 5 year old phone decided it no longer wanted to come on. Being a mom to little ones I didn't want to spend my entire afternoon waiting in line for a replacement. I called this Verizon Authorized dealer, and a representative told me there a few associates whom could help me without a wait. Upon entering Erik had a few options available for to me to view, completed the transfer, and device upgrade within 30 minutes. He truly went over and beyond with yielding excellent customer service!!he was extremely courteous, efficient, and mindful of everyone whom walked into the store all while assisting me. We recently upgraded our new phones at this Verizon location. We have to go back several times since we have to trade our daughters phones at different time. Every time we went there we received exceptional services. Trevon and Zane assisted us with our trade in and new purchases. They both were very nice and helpful. Today we have to go back to the store again since my daughter's cell phone number had issues. Isabel Cepurna was so helpful and patient. She takes the time to troubleshoot my daughter's phone and was able to fix the issue. I highly recommend going to the Verizon store to get your phone. Staff very slow to help, taking over 15 minutes to get settled with his laptop before doing anything for me, all the while not telling me what he's doing. Only perked up once he understood I was planning to purchase a higher end phone. Very inefficient in their work. To return Verizon internet setup I cannot simply hand it back, unopened. I must await a label to be mailed to me so I can mail it back. This is contrasted by my next stop where it took me 30 seconds to drop off a Fed Ex package and get a receipt. And what's with the idle Verizon staff standing around listening to the entire conversation? Not sure how Verizon stays in business. I'll be switching my carrier. I can't support such poor business practices and policies. read more

I decided to go to this store because I work nearby and have never heard of this particular retailer. I walked in one afternoon and there were a few employees talking to customers. The store layout is like you're buying a car. Desks with chairs everywhere, nice and different from other Verizon retailers. Took them about 30 seconds to walk up and greet me. I asked if they have the Blackberry Q10 in stock. It had came out the previous day so I highly doubted it. The guy says "the Z10?" I firmly say "No, the Q10," (with emphasis on the Q). He invites me to his back desk to have a seat. Goes into the back because there aren't a whole lot of live devices and comes back with a box. Proceeds to open it and set it up then asks me if I already have a Blackberry. I say no. My coworker calls and I answer the phone as he hands me the Blackberry. It's a Z10, not the Q10. I look at him and say I don't want this, I asked for the Q10. He casually walks to the back and comes out then shakes his head no. Did you think I wasn't going to notice what phone it was? I corrected you once before. Seems shady. Nuff said. read more

I highly recommend Tim Javier at Cellular Sales. I am a long-time Verizon customer and was having major problems with my old IPhone. This was increasingly unnerving during the covid pandemic order to stay at home and the need for reliable communication. I tried in vain to get Verizon Customer Service to help me with equipment problems and overcharges using their phone, email, text and live chat options. After a week and countless wasted hours trying to get help from Verizon, I discovered Tim Javier's Cellular Sales office was still open in Bothell. They were using social distancing practices and it felt safe to go in. Tim was amazing -- he navigated and cut through the Verizon red tape on my behalf, and I ended up with a new working phone and Verizon's overcharges reversed. read more

It's unfortunate that I had a bad customer experience here at the store. I've been a Verizon customer for over 12 years. I went in for a simple screen install that I got from Zagg. He said he would not be responsible for something that happened to my screen, which I understand. Basically I waited for a while Hoping he would help me out, but then I just left. I didn't realize that every Verizon store does not carry Zagg products, but then Verizon shouldn't turn somebody away because they carry other screen protectors only. I initially got my screen protector from a Verizon store. I've always gone to this same store in the past to get my screens installed and the reps have always been good about screen installations. Unfortunate to see a manager who's been there for six years treat a customer this way. I should add that manager did not say no to me, but I could tell he didn't really care. read more

Had to get a new phone. I have been carrying around with me a flip phone that had lost the back to it for about 6 months now. My daughters suggested it was time to upgrade and because I love having a flip open phone have been putting this off. We went into the store and was greeted promptly knowing what I already wanted startled the conversation with what my needs are which is basic just phone calls no texting no data. My daughters found a couple if different options a samsung and an LG phone, the process was pretty painless considering I was ready to shut down a conversation of me moving into a iPhone or smartphone. I ended up with the samsung model because it fit good in my hand and didn't feel like I would lose it or drop it right away. read more

Why 1 star? If I could give 1 star I will. 1. Waited an hour and a half for the next sales guy. No Hi or Hello or anything. 2. When its our turn, this Next support is so full of attitude. We had to go to Verizon to get new SimCard coz my phone was stolen/lost. after a long wait, its our turn. When we are almost done, they are charging us $16.41 for the SIM. We didn't know that because, when you order it online, its Free or go to NOT third party Verizon Wireless. He didn't told us that they are a 3rd Party store but instead, gave us a scenario that goes something like this: "Ok guys, let's see (with rolling eyes and eyebrow attitude), if i bought my verizon phone at best buy, lost my sim card, asked for a new one, would it be free of charge? Ofcourse, No! You only get one Free sim card when u buy the phone. Same here." We walked out. read more

My experience with Larry Wong at this store started with a phone call to discuss some upcoming upgrades I had for my family. I explained to Larry my needs and my request for some incentive to stay. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Well, he did call me back and he explained all my options and then we arranged for a late meeting at the store to get our new upgrade phones for my family. We arrived about an hour before closing at 9pm. Larry was very professional, patient, and just worked to get us all set up and done that night after 9pm came and went. It took a while, but Larry had a great attitude, he left me feeling good about my purchases and my package. I have been to this location several times, each time I go into the store with a simple problem such as asking questions about replacing a battery to just asking about the different phones on my plan, their solution is to always buy a new phone! It is ridiculous my phone works fairly well and no matter what my problem is they don't care they just want you to buy a new phone...I defiantly will not be returning and I will be telling lots of other people not to go there, terrible business. I realize that this place is fairly new and quiet. I bought the iPhone 6 from them when it first came out. That's when I knew people were not aware of this store. Barely anyone lined up for the release. I was very satisfied with my visit. A female representative that works there (forgot her name) was really friendly and gave me some good advice about where to sell my old phone, which phone insurance plan to buy, etc. I was off with my new iPhone after staying there for about 20 minutes. Since the next closest Verizon store is in Woodinville, my hope is that they don't go out of business! I recommend you go through this store to buy your next phone! Know what you have and what your looking for before giving these guys any business. They will try to take advantage of you. Go to a corporate verizon store. There is a good one by Everett mall. I went into this verizon because it was close to me. I needed to upgrade my phone. The guy was quick to greet me and took me to his desk. We started with account info and when I said I shared a plan with my sister he tried to sell me my own plan. Not what I came in for... They had the phone I wanted in stock so I asked them how much trade in was on my iPhone 4s as my sister just traded her iPhone 4 in for $100. He told me they could offer $82 for my phone and needed all kinds of info. I got it all for him and he looked a little more in his computer and said oh I can get you $200 but they send you a gift card and you have to pay for the new phone today. Seemed like he didn't care and only offered what was fair when I knew the difference. I left there and headed to the verizon by Everett mall. I was told they were a corporate store and had better service. It was night and day they took care of me quick and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want pulled up my account and asked for my id and I was done with the full $200 credit and out of the store in 20 mins. read more

The man helping me, got on the phone with Tech support and handled the whole situation for me. He was very gracious and thanked me for my patience several times. I have been in and out of this store about 5 times this week for various reasons (mainly due to complications from my former cell provider.) I worked with a couple different people, but the one who stood out to me the most was Ana. She really seemed to genuinely care about working with me, and she literally spent hours helping me figure out how to fix my problems and take care of my situation. OMG, can I give it 0 StarS??? Representative was not helpful, just a "in and out" type of service. When I returned my phone 2 weeks later and cancelled my service, they continued to bill me for a phone I CLEARLY returned 2 weeks after starting service. Verizon in general seems to hire a lot of idiots. Would not recommend Verzion to ANYONE, especially because of incompetent customer service. Gross. read more
