I have been in and out of this store about 5 times this week for various reasons (mainly due to complications from my former cell provider.) I worked with a couple different people, but the one who stood out to me the most was Ana. She really seemed to genuinely care about working with me, and she literally spent hours helping me figure out how to fix my problems and take care of my situation. In the end I wound up switching carriers and buying an iPhone 6 from her. My fiancé did the same and we have no complaints so far. Thanks again for the great service! read more

OMG, can I give it 0 StarS??? Representative was not helpful, just a "in and out" type of service. When I returned my phone 2 weeks later and cancelled my service, they continued to bill me for a phone I CLEARLY returned 2 weeks after starting service. Verizon in general seems to hire a lot of idiots. Would not recommend Verzion to ANYONE, especially because of incompetent customer service. Gross. read more

There was miscommunication when I switched over to Verizon from AT&T. I had two managers call me to correct the issue. It's good to see businesses offer good customer service and provide loyalty. Thank you for your help and you have gained a loyal customer to your store because of it. read more

First of all, I am much more likely to write a positive review than a negative one, so they earned this. I have now had every major phone carrier out there, and Verizon is by far the worst. Since this is the only location I have been to, I sincerely hope that the rest of the company is worth anyone's business, as this store certainly isn't. An overview: 3+ hours spent switching, during which we encountered a salesman who was utterly clueless, and a second employee who took the time to brag about the company in a way that was so conceited I was immediately annoyed that we were signing up to give them thousands of dollars a year. Part of this pitch was explaining why they don't give discounts in a way that suggested they are proud of this fact. We left with two iPhones (I got lucky enough to receive one that is faulty, but don't worry, I just need to completely reset it) and a promise that if we told xfinity we had switched to Verizon, they would give us a discount on our internet and tv service. I can tell you after hours of pursuing that claim, it is not true. Interesting, considering they have xfinity brochures in the store. I filled out a post visit survey with my constructive dissatisfaction, and they called me about it, not to make it right, but to inform me that it was unacceptable feedback. No apology. Since then, we have had a nightmare of a time trying to submit our final bill from the old carrier for reimbursement. It is such a mess you will definitely stop reading this long review if you haven't already if I explain all of it. I will say that the highlight was not being taken seriously when I went in to respectfully explain to the manager that we were having a bad experience. He pretended to be competent and concerned. However, when my husband went in to follow up because the problem solving instructions he had given me weren't working, he was met by a team of employees ready to "solve the problem", while admitting that they were really clueless. I feel strongly that this was a case of calm down the upset woman but actually listen to the man. That's a fun case of gender discrimination. To wrap up the experience, this team of men spent another three hours , while my husband sat there patiently, to solve the problem. Except they didn't even address the actual problem, they just did what I, the woman, already knew how to do. So, after 9+ hours invested in this mess, it's still not resolved. Congratulations on some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If someone from the store wants to contact me, it needs to be the actual person in charge, because the "manager" I spoke to couldn't have actually been the boss, since he was going to have to check with his boss before he could actually do anything. If you're looking for a phone company you can feel good supporting as a business, keep looking. This isn't it. read more

I have been to this location twice and it fits our needs. Now is it the best experience buying a phone or doing anything with my phone? No but it does get the job done when we need an upgrade or to fix something. The first time we went to upgrade my phone. We got there 30 minutes before closing and asked if it was still okay to do it. The guy said yes but didn't seem happy and by the end he made it clear he didn't want it to take this long. It's kinda awkward when the person you're buying something from starts to complain.. The second time we went to put my husband on my plan. The sales guy was decent - I don't remember his name. The one thing that I really didn't like is that we were told even with the promotional package we were given that we would be able to apply my employer discount which is 22% a month. I asked him multiple times even with our package we would get it he said "yes, bring in your paystub and we will apply it". Sweet, save an extra 30 dollars a month by showing my paystub? I'm in. WRONG. After two months of not receiving it I called corporate and they said we couldn't do that and were misinformed. Not okay. It feels like we were told something just to make sure we would stay with Verizon because it was really either switch him to mine or switch me to AT&T - who would combine promos and employer discount. Now is the 30 a month going to make me not be with Verizon? No but I just don't like being deceived by the store people when they know it's not good on the corporate end. read more

SCOTT GREEN helped us out and really came through for us. There was a slight glitch in fulfilling a promise and he went the extra mile to get that promise fulfilled. I'm happy with the 3 smart lines and 2 "dumb" lines we have with Verizon and would recommend using this store in the future, especially if you get to work with Scott. read more

Needed a phone for a birthday present and Sergio took care of everything! From getting the number and contacts transferred to helping me figure out all the apps!! A DROID user going to an iPhone. It was a seamless transfer and he was there a couple days later for additional questions too!! Will definitely use him for my next upgrade! read more

I originally went to the Woodinville Verizon store, but the service there was so horrible I had to find a new Verizon store (an employee at the Woodinville Verizon store told me iPhone's did not have batteries, well then how do they work?). Rakesh helped my mom and I, and he gave off the impression he thought he was above my mom and I. I did not like him from the beginning. He told my mom she would receive $300 for her iPhone trade-in, but she ended up receiving $11.40. He told me I would receive nothing for my trade-in, and I received $64.00. VERY upset he lied and was unethical by saying multiple times my mom would receive $300 for her trade-in when she got close to nothing for it. We will likely be switching carriers because Verizon's customer service has been below average for many years now, and every time I've been "helped" in recent years, it has just caused frustration. read more

This was my first time visiting this store since it has recently opened in the area. Let me say I can not have been more pleased with my decision. I was greeted warmly by the staff who promptly assisted me with filing an insurance claim. After they helped me with my phone they were able to bundle my Comcast services and save me like 60$ a month. I had no idea Verizon offered Comcast promotions. I will send all my friends and family to cellular sales from now on for their wireless and home services needs. read more

Go to a Verizon store vs a retailer such as this one. 1 year ago I bought my phone and was quoted a price and when my phone came in it was nothing but drama to get that price promised. In addition, I was sold insurance that was suppose to be better than Verizon's because you get a brand new replacement phone the same day...sadly this was not the case. Since the insurance company no longer does business with Verizon I would have to wait. After 2 hours and drama I was offered a 32gig phone when mine was 64. No thanks. I coughed up almost $400 at the Apple Store for a new phone. Long story short stick with a Verizon store not a retailer. Their sales tactics are misleading. Also don't buy insurance through Verizon if you have an iPhone. You can purchase apple care plus upfront for $129 through the Apple Store that covers any accidental damage on the phone for 2 yrs, it just doesn't cover theft. read more

Go see Chris and Larry, they were so amazing and helpful, and made what was a bad situation so much better! We got into the store about an hour before close, with a couple different problems that needed to be solved, we needed to reevaluate a plan, add a smart phone and figure out a way to replace a phone that we had just gotten 2 months prior that had been stolen, Chris and Larry listened to all of our concerns and had genuine empathy for how upset my mother in law was about losing her phone and all of her pictures especially. They re worked the plan to where adding the smartphone, getting a new phone and adding more data now is less than what was being paid before. Larry and Chris stayed late to help finish up helping us and I am so grateful for them for making a crappy situation better, and turning the day around for my mother in law. From now on for all of my cellphone needs/problems I will be contacting Chris or Larry. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service! read more
