    I always have a good experience at the North Beverly AT&T store. Today was no exception. Really like the staff and I trust their insight.

Today he called the cops on me for no reason today, I originally went in there because my phone was disconnected and I wanted to see why was that because I had already made a payment a couple days back he was being useless about the situation he was not helpful at all this all could've been avoided i ended up arguing with two other customers and him included that's three people all because of him he was telling the other customers watch "I'm going to play games with her She's going to see" as a manager who says that you're a gossiping about me to your customers and he instigated it and that's why I ended up arguing with other two customers because they had spoken to me I didn't speak to them first they approached me and I defended myself. he clearly doesn't know how to be a manager because a manager would know how to go about the situation. A manager doesn't get their customers to argue with other customers or instigate the situation which she did he was instigating it this is very sad, especially at the plaza that this store is located at is very upscale so when the cops arrived, there were other customers in the store so imagine that this huge scene for no reason the cops did not say one word to me when they arrived, they spoke to him he said what he said and that was it and the cops left and they did not say one word to me so all that was for no reason when I didn't do nothing wrong to begin with which is unacceptable. He needs to get terminated it's very disgusting I still managed to make my payment of $440 which I never got the receipt for towards my phone bill and get it reactivated despite everything he said that he was going to let me stand there and that he was going to pay me no mind until the other worker got there which was a female and she's blonde which she was very helpful. I cannot speak on her. I'm speaking on Kevin the manager that shouldn't even be a manager that clearly has no management experience because he didn't know how to go about the situation. I have friends and family that use AT&T as their phone carrier I would not recommend anyone going to the store location minding you live two minutes away from this store I should call the cops on him for fraud. That's a felony its a crime using someone else's "THE CUSTOMER" identification credit card to make purchases off of your personal uses in the customer went back in there and confronted him about it and she asked for a copy of her receipt We should call the cops on him He's the one who needs to go to jail based on the activities Hes performing and participated in I don't even feel safe going back to the store not even to use my credit card or debit card. Imagine that because Kevin is going to steal my information identity and use it for his personal needs which is embarrassing, this is sad. as soon as I left the store, I called AT&T to speak to the upper management, literally corporate, and I did get in contact with the upper management. They said that it doesn't matter how mad the customer is the manager. The representative is never supposed to call the cops on the customer, and this was clearly said by the upper management , so imagine that you don't even know how to do your job because if you did, you wouldn't call the cops cause you're not supposed to call the cops unless it's really an emergency. Do not go to the store. I do not recommend anyone going to thie store until they change mangement

    Feb 16, 2020....2 of us went in today to switch over from At& T to Verizon, after much diligence…read morebefore doing this....we decided "the deal" was good for us. However, after seeing another person and telling them what we were ready to do, "the deal", was not "the deal" we were told 24 hours before. So that is something to be careful of the upfront costs, they were significantly different than originally told to us. In the end Humza Elsiah did a really nice job managing the store alone as several people came in and out with lots of questions. He is very precise, patient and direct, really very polite and helpful and can handle multiple people in the store at one time, impressive really! It seems these big companies do not mind letting employees work like this, when they know the reality is that they need 2 people to be most effective. Anyway, my appreciation for Humza today and the way you were dialed into everyone in the store and maintained very professional and helpful skills the entire time. Keep it up Humza, you certainly deserve a raise and some recognition. Kind Regards, Christine & Stu

    I just had perhaps the worst sales experience of my life. I would give zero stars, but that is not…read morean option. I had ordered a phone through Jeff, a rep there, a couple of weeks ago and it was delivered today. When I came to pick-up my phone the monthly rate was higher than I remember being originally quoted (by $10/month). I did not have the written quote with me, but when I challenged the pricing I was told "that is the price, there is nothing I can do and I don't want to argue with you for an hour". I reluctantly accepted the new pricing, but then I was told that I could not buy the phone because he "didn't want the heartache" of selling to me and that I was being "aggressive". When I said that he hadn't seen me aggressive, he offered to check out, implying that he was going to meet me in the parking lot. Needless to say, I left the store without a phone. I have since recovered the original quote, and my memory of the monthly pricing was accurate. Jeff's behaviour was totally unacceptable and I would never go into this store again. I urge all of you to do the same.
