The manager Kevin needs to be terminated from this location he is a thief, a liar, and a scammer that likes to steal customers credit cards, and make purchases for his personal needs. Today he called the cops on me for no reason today, I originally went in there because my phone was disconnected and I wanted to see why was that because I had already made a payment a couple days back he was being useless about the situation he was not helpful at all this all could've been avoided i ended up arguing with two other customers and him included that's three people all because of him he was telling the other customers watch "I'm going to play games with her She's going to see" as a manager who says that you're a gossiping about me to your customers and he instigated it and that's why I ended up arguing with other two customers because they had spoken to me I didn't speak to them first they approached me and I defended myself. he clearly doesn't know how to be a manager because a manager would know how to go about the situation. A manager doesn't get their customers to argue with other customers or instigate the situation which she did he was instigating it this is very sad, especially at the plaza that this store is located at is very upscale so when the cops arrived, there were other customers in the store so imagine that this huge scene for no reason the cops did not say one word to me when they arrived, they spoke to him he said what he said and that was it and the cops left and they did not say one word to me so all that was for no reason when I didn't do nothing wrong to begin with which is unacceptable. He needs to get terminated it's very disgusting I still managed to make my payment of $440 which I never got the receipt for towards my phone bill and get it reactivated despite everything he said that he was going to let me stand there and that he was going to pay me no mind until the other worker got there which was a female and she's blonde which she was very helpful. I have friends and family that use AT&T as their phone carrier I would not recommend anyone going to the store location minding you live two minutes away from this store I should call the cops on him for fraud. That's a felony its a crime using someone else's "THE CUSTOMER" identification credit card to make purchases off of your personal uses in the customer went back in there and confronted him about it and she asked for a copy of her receipt We should call the cops on him He's the one who needs to go to jail based on the activities Hes performing and participated in I don't even feel safe going back to the store not even to use my credit card or debit card. Imagine that because Kevin is going to steal my information identity and use it for his personal needs which is embarrassing, this is sad. as soon as I left the store, I called AT&T to speak to the upper management, literally corporate, and I did get in contact with the upper management. They said that it doesn't matter how mad the customer is the manager. The representative is never supposed to call the cops on the customer, and this was clearly said by the upper management , so imagine that you don't even know how to do your job because if you did, you wouldn't call the cops cause you're not supposed to call the cops unless it's really an emergency. I received a new Iphone as a gift and did not understand how to transfer all the information from my old phone to my new phone. When I went on the internet for instructions, it said that transferring would take up to 3 hours, which did not make sense to me. I decided to seek help from the AT&T store in Salem MA. Duvan was amazing. He was so patient and explained everything to me as he set up my Iphone. He was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing. It also did not take 3 hours for the transfer. But there is no doubt in my mind that if it had taken this long, Duvan would have stayed with it until the task was complete. When I went back a few days later, I had a few other questions. Duvan was not there. Luis was able to answer all my questions. He too was so polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store. My experience was criminal! I own a local surf shop, and have been using this AT&T for years. The current employees at AT&T took my brand new Iphone 11 (I had just received from an insurance claim after I broke mine) & said I qualified for $700 trade in towards an iphone 13. They never credited my acct and kept my 1 day old iphone 11. They said I didn't have a receipt for the credited iphone. I thought it was fishy so a few days later my business partner stopped by the store. They told him the credit wasn't entered in system yet (3 days later!), but said they would enter it in while he was there. Now, I just saw my AT&T bill & called AT&T, the store lied to both of us. Our plan apparently didn't qualify for the credit, so they essentially just stole my brand new iphone11. I also, just found out they signed us up for a 3rd phone line w/out consent. I will be filing a police report, I have cc receipts & date & employees names, super sketchy! read more

Went in to help my 90 year old mother get a new phone. Dealt with the Store Manager and one of his associates. Found the store manager to be a bit glib but tried to work through the transaction with him. Talked about the cost of the new phone with him prior to proceeding with the transaction. He handed me a transaction confirmation and I saw a $500 cost versus the $69 price we spoke about. When I asked him about this he became very testy with me (in front of my mother). It turns out that he did not hand me all of the completed correct transaction information. He knew this immediayely but did not apologize for his misstep. If had been for me I would have walked out of the store at that point and gone to the Verizon store where I know I would deal with pleasant people. Fortunately, he pushed us off to his colleague who was much better to deal with and we were able to complete the transaction but I will not visit this store anytime soon based upon this poor treatment from the store manager. They have a deal going on with iPhone 11 & 12...turn in an old phone, get up to $700 credit towards new one, bla-bla-bla...all the staff are wonderful, informative, patient with those that are not as tech savvy, etc. That being said, they are BUSY!!! I walk in on a Sunday afternoon, around 1:00, and there is only ONE person on with 5 people ahead of us. Why? As great as Jose, the sales associate was, he was running ragged, doing his best, engaging, very kind...we just don't have hours to waste to hang around. If that is how management runs that store, then it should be by appointment only. We got up and left. I'll just have to figure out a different way to have questions answered. It's just nice sometimes to be able to talk to an actual person instead of living on the web searching and searching and maybe still not getting the answers. Do better AT&T! Stop setting up your staff to fail! They are only as good as the tools given them. read more
