She answered my calls, my text messages, moved dates in my calendar and at this point I am not sure what else she hacked into on my phone. I know she did not do this alone, but even if she did, I went to this store because my phone was not charging by cable and ended up with my phone and account changed to an IMEI number belonging to an IPhone 12. I have the info on the phone she used and have been on the phone with, who I assume, was BoostMobile many times since this happened and the last person, who was a supervisor named "Jean" was the first person to tell me another way to fix the problem without any stores being involved. What was done was criminal, unethical and dangerous to my health due to issues I am having at the time. Do not use BoostMobile in Everett or Somerville, MA.

I have been here twice for phone repairs and have had good experiences overall both times…read more First time was a battery replacement a couple years ago, communicative and friendly staff, timely turn around, I did find out phone was ready when I called in to check rather than receiving a notification. I originally made an appointment through Verizon and then called the store and the store advised that Verizon doesn't actually communicate with them so best to call them directly. Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready. Overall good experiences and would highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs as overall both experiences were positive and the work was completed in estimated time frame and no further issues with phone.

I used beverly computer for my dell xps computer. the technician arrived at my house without the…read moreproper tools, then took computer with him, called a week later, and told me he could not do anything, I should probably just get a new computer. also told me i would not be able to recover any data from my hard drive. I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I am glad i did not listen to this person's advice. the worst part is that I was also charged 75 dollars to be given wrong information. i just wish he had said he couldn't help me from the beginning.
