What is very happy switching over to T-Mobile after being a customer for almost 20 years at Verizon. It got to the point at Verizon. I couldn't get any customer service help and the bill kept escalating about every three months to the point where I was looking at my phone and asking myself is it worth paying the exorbitant amount of money that I'm paying, I want to T-Mobile and the guy there actually explained everything I told him my situation and he was very patient and said let's see what we could do. Although ultimately, I ended up buying the phone and switching the service over using T-Mobile corporate basically over the phone. The person I talk to was instrumental in having me do so, I ended up getting a plan for 55 and over the magenta plan and it was $50 a month and that includes my iPhone 14 which I had an iPhone 6 before then. and I have gone back to T-Mobile Swampscott location afterwards to ask some questions about my phone and no matter how busy they were. They always answered the questions quickly and help me out. I highly recommend T-Mobile if you're getting tired of those companies such as AT&T and Verizon who once they sign, you don't give a shit about you, it's just about how much more money can they get from you and they would rather get a new customer then retain an old one. Will stay with T-Mobile at least 20 years I'm sure if not for good highly recommend one last thing. If you have any questions you can go on your phone and there's always somebody there to work with you to help you with any problems that you have without having to wait hours to talk to someone. So what I'm saying is they have great customer service again five stars and I highly recommend they will give you what you asked for at a good price. read more

We went in to switch over our plan from a Sprint one to a T-Mobile one... the transition (Joel waited on us) went smoothly and he also didn't try to talk us into buying something we didn't need... we got a plan at a very reasonable price. read more

I walked in on the late side, they were closing soon, but I only planned to order the new iPhone to ship. I lucked out and they had one left in stock and even though it was almost closing time, they still took a lot of time to help me set up my new phone. Sophie straight out lied to me back in May. I went to the store and added a line in order to get a new phone. I also paid for my son to get a new phone as well. So purchased a phone that day and got one free for adding a $20 line. She told me that I got to pick out new cases for my phones. So we did. She also told my son he got a free pair of Beats (which we took, however, did not need because we have Ear Pods) but figured since they were free I would take them! Then she said we got new charging stations with the promotion - which I have not even used mine. Well, I get my bill and guess what? $60 equipment charge monthly. $8.88 in 12 installments for BeatsX Earphones that I have never used. $5.18 in 12 installments for Belkin charging pads (one which we have never used) and $3.75 in 12 installments for our cases. I would have just gone to 5 Below and bought cases and used the chargers that came with our new phones. ABSOLUTE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Called the 800 number and they can't help me because I signed a contract for the equipment. Have called the store 2 days in a row and still waiting for an answer from the manager. Calling the Federal Trade Commission now. Hopefully will get this resolved before having to call an attorney. All I want is to return all of my equipment and go buy a few new cases. I'm not looking for something for nothing. It's a shame they con you into signing these contracts. I was in the store for 3 hours and just wanted to leave. At that point I would have signed my life away. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION if you are stuck with TMobile like I am. I tried to cancel autopay and it would have made my bill go up another $25 and I tried to cancel my service but they said I owed $1500 for the phones. I can't wait to switch to AT&T or Sprint !!! read more

This is probably not the fault of the employees there but I bought a phone that asked me to log into the phone with a google account which i did and it told me I had to log on with the original users account?? I then went back and they told me I had to buy a new phone because apparently it got locked and they could not open it again. 3 weeks later my cousin unlocked the phone and was able to use it. read more
