Multiple people were standing around unsure of where to go or who to check in with. 3. Employees seemed scattered, with no one consistently keeping track of waiting customers. It took too long to simply identify where the item was and paying for the accessory felt like it required multiple steps and multiple people. Overall, I usually expect smooth and efficient service from an Apple Store, but this visit missed that standard. The store felt disorganized, and getting basic help took far more effort than it should.

We went to T-Mobile in the north shore mall (lower). There, we had the pleasure of working with Xio. She apologized for the long wait time, and took us even though they were closing soon. Xio say with us and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. She got us the best deal we could get. Xio stayed with us 1 hour PAST the time they closed. After having such a bad experience over the phone, Xio was a breathe of fresh air. She was friendly, personable, and really makes sure her customers are getting what they need and more. I will only be going to this T-Mobile from now on solely because of Xio.

Last week I needed advice regarding one of my older laptops; I was also giving consideration to purchasing an IMac. After speaking with Henry, I bought a 27-in. IMac. Took it home, opened the box; there was a glitch. Details are not important; it was a minor miscommunication, mistakes happen. What is important to me is how a problem is resolved. Henry and I worked together to make it right. No waiting in line, no arguments, or "I'll get the manager". It was a simple, polite and professional business transaction. In the end, we shook hands. Though I did not buy another IMac that day, I will return again to Middleton Experimax in a few weeks to do so. Consumers have choices. On-line, big box, Amazon, the Apple Store etc. The above, sterile and impersonal and resolution can be difficult if a problem occurs. At Middleton Experimax you walk in and talk to the owner. My choices are based on relationships. Henry will listen (much better than I do) and work with you to meet your needs. Whether you are buying a box of screws, family gift, or computer, spend your money locally and support the businesses in your community. Middleton Experimax has earned my trust; it is not often I purchase a computer or need repairs, but when I do I will return to Experimax to work with Henry.
